S\u00fa vyjadren\u00e9 vo forme koncentr\u00e1cie v ovzdu\u0161\u00ed pre dan\u00fa chemick\u00fa l\u00e1tku a za stanoven\u00e9 \u010dasov\u00e9 obdobie. Predpoklad\u00e1 sa, \u017ee zdravotn\u00e9 d\u00f4sledky bude ma\u0165 len vystavenie vy\u0161\u0161\u00edm koncentr\u00e1ci\u00e1m alebo po\u010das dlh\u0161ieho obdobia.  <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ako sa nastavuj\u00fa TLV?<\/h2>\n\n<p>Od smernice 98\/24\/ES sa VLEP stanovuj\u00fa na z\u00e1klade vedeck\u00e9ho pos\u00fadenia vz\u0165ahu medzi \u00fa\u010dinkami nebezpe\u010dn\u00fdch l\u00e1tok na zdravie a \u00farov\u0148ou vystavenia pri pr\u00e1ci. Referen\u010dn\u00e9 obdobie na stanovenie TLV je bu\u010f 8 hod\u00edn pre 8-hodinov\u00e9 TLV, alebo 15 min\u00fat pre kr\u00e1tkodob\u00e9 TLV. <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ak\u00e9 s\u00fa r\u00f4zne typy VLEP?<\/h2>\n\n<p>Existuj\u00fa dva <a href=\"https:\/\/obera.fr\/sk\/nasa-rada\/reglementation-vlep-evaluation-risque-chimique-lieu-de-travail\/\" data-type=\"post\" data-id=\"6575\">typy regula\u010dn\u00fdch limitn\u00fdch hodn\u00f4t<\/a>:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Obmedzuj\u00faci VLEP, ktor\u00fd aj pri n\u00edzkych \u00farovniach expoz\u00edcie predstavuje<strong>  zdravotn\u00e9 riziko. Bez oh\u013eadu na to, \u010di ide o skrinku, sondu alebo analyz\u00e1tor vzduchu, zariadenie mus\u00ed by\u0165 umiestnen\u00e9 v mieste v\u00fdskytu zne\u010dis\u0165uj\u00facej l\u00e1tky. Tieto r\u00f4zne zariadenia analyzuj\u00fa vzduch a ur\u010dia mno\u017estvo a typ zne\u010dis\u0165uj\u00facej l\u00e1tky pr\u00edtomnej vo vzduchu vo va\u0161om pracovnom priestore. V\u00fdsledky kontrol ovzdu\u0161ia sa potom zaznamen\u00e1vaj\u00fa do n\u00e1rodnej datab\u00e1zy<strong>(datab\u00e1za SCOLA<\/strong>), ktor\u00e1 umo\u017en\u00ed org\u00e1nom verejnej spr\u00e1vy vyu\u017e\u00edva\u0165 tieto \u0161tatistiky.   <\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n<p>V\u00fdsledky atmosf\u00e9rick\u00fdch meran\u00ed a monitorovania sa oznamuj\u00fa lek\u00e1rovi pr\u00e1ce a <strong>CHSCT<\/strong>. Prispievaj\u00fa k pos\u00fadeniu riz\u00edk vypl\u00fdvaj\u00facich z expoz\u00edcie chemick\u00fdm faktorom a pom\u00e1haj\u00fa ur\u010di\u0165 vhodn\u00e9 prevent\u00edvne opatrenia. <\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Kto m\u00f4\u017ee monitorova\u0165 VLEP?<\/h3>\n\n<p>Vo v\u0161eobecnosti plat\u00ed, \u017ee ka\u017ed\u00fd, kto vlastn\u00ed analyz\u00e1tor vzduchu, m\u00f4\u017ee skontrolova\u0165 ELV pr\u00edtomn\u00e9 v jeho priestoroch. Z h\u013eadiska z\u00e1kona v\u0161ak v\u00e1\u0161 test nebude ma\u0165 \u017eiadnu hodnotu, preto\u017ee nie ste akreditovan\u00fd. Preto je nevyhnutn\u00e9 vyu\u017e\u00edva\u0165 organiz\u00e1cie akreditovan\u00e9 COFRAC (Comit\u00e9 Fran\u00e7ais d&#8217;Accr\u00e9ditation). Tieto org\u00e1ny, ktor\u00e9 s\u00fa nez\u00e1visl\u00e9 od spolo\u010dnost\u00ed, v ktor\u00fdch sa vykon\u00e1vaj\u00fa technick\u00e9 kontroly, s\u00fa akreditovan\u00e9 na stanovenie <strong>strat\u00e9gie merania<\/strong>, odber vzoriek a vykon\u00e1vanie anal\u00fdz.   <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ako zabr\u00e1ni\u0165 expoz\u00edcii nebezpe\u010dn\u00fdm chemick\u00fdm l\u00e1tkam a CMR na pracovisku?<\/h2>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns are-vertically-aligned-center is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-28f84493 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-vertically-aligned-center is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"flex-basis:25%\">\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image aligncenter size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"150\" height=\"150\" src=\"https:\/\/obera.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/11\/CMR.jpg\" alt=\"Karta bezpe&#x10D;nostn&#xFD;ch &#xFA;dajov - Chemick&#xE1; l&#xE1;tka\" class=\"wp-image-1832\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-vertically-aligned-center is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"flex-basis:75%\">\n<p>Pod\u013ea vyhl\u00e1\u0161ky a nariaden\u00ed z 15. decembra 2009 mus\u00ed zamestn\u00e1vate\u013e vykona\u0165 hodnotenie rizika meran\u00edm kvality ovzdu\u0161ia aspo\u0148 raz ro\u010dne a v\u017edy, ke\u010f d\u00f4jde k akejko\u013evek zmene, ktor\u00e1 by mohla ovplyvni\u0165 expoz\u00edciu zamestnancov.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Je dodr\u017eiavanie VLEP povinn\u00e9?<\/h2>\n\n<p>\u00c1no, prekro\u010denie obmedzuj\u00faceho regula\u010dn\u00e9ho VLEP mus\u00ed ma\u0165 za n\u00e1sledok : <\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>V pr\u00edpade chemick\u00e9ho faktora in\u00e9ho ako CMR 1A alebo 1B alebo celkov\u00e9ho alebo respirabiln\u00e9ho prachu okam\u017eit\u00e9 vykonanie <strong>ochrann\u00fdch opatren\u00ed<\/strong> (\u010dl\u00e1nky R. 4412-28 a R. 4412-29),<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>V pr\u00edpade chemick\u00e9ho faktora klasifikovan\u00e9ho ako CMR kateg\u00f3rie 1A alebo 1B<strong>zastavenie pr\u00e1ce<\/strong> na pr\u00edslu\u0161n\u00fdch pracovisk\u00e1ch a\u017e do vykonania opatren\u00ed na zabezpe\u010denie ochrany zamestnancov (\u010dl\u00e1nky R. 4412-77 a R. 4412-78).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>Ak sa prekro\u010d\u00ed orienta\u010dn\u00e1 regula\u010dn\u00e1 hodnota VLEP, mus\u00ed sa vykona\u0165 nov\u00e9 <strong>pos\u00fadenie rizika<\/strong> s cie\u013eom ur\u010di\u0165 vhodn\u00e9 prevent\u00edvne a ochrann\u00e9 opatrenia.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u010co treba urobi\u0165, ak s\u00fa prekro\u010den\u00e9 TLV spolo\u010dnosti?<\/h2>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-28f84493 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"flex-basis:33.33%\">\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image aligncenter size-full is-resized\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/obera.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/07\/VLEP.jpg\" alt=\"vlep\" class=\"wp-image-13688\" width=\"200\" height=\"200\" srcset=\"https:\/\/obera.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/07\/VLEP.jpg 400w, https:\/\/obera.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/07\/VLEP-300x300.jpg 300w, https:\/\/obera.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/07\/VLEP-150x150.jpg 150w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 200px) 100vw, 200px\" \/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-vertically-aligned-center is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"flex-basis:75%\">\n<p>Ak ide o VLEP s <strong>obmedzuj\u00facim regula\u010dn\u00fdm<\/strong> limitom, je potrebn\u00e9 okam\u017eite zavies\u0165 prevent\u00edvne opatrenia pre<strong> HCA <\/strong>(nebezpe\u010dn\u00e9 chemick\u00e9 faktory) a \u00faplne zastavi\u0165 pr\u00edslu\u0161n\u00e9 pracovisk\u00e1, k\u00fdm sa nezaved\u00fa vhodn\u00e9 opatrenia a ochrana pre <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/obera.fr\/sk\/nasa-rada\/substances-cmr-risque-exposition-au-travail-quelle-reglementation-prevention\/\" data-type=\"post\" data-id=\"6581\">CMR<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>  Ak je predmetn\u00e1 VLEP <strong>indikat\u00edvna<\/strong>, zamestn\u00e1vate\u013e vykon\u00e1 hodnotenie riz\u00edk s cie\u013eom ur\u010di\u0165 vhodn\u00e9 prevent\u00edvne a ochrann\u00e9 opatrenia.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>Za pre\u010d\u00edtanie stoj\u00ed aj \u010dl\u00e1nok: <a href=\"https:\/\/obera.fr\/sk\/nasa-rada\/vlep-quels-risques-cas-de-non-respect-reglementation\/\" data-type=\"post\" data-id=\"1816\">Ak\u00e9 s\u00fa rizik\u00e1 nedodr\u017eiavania VLEP<\/a>?<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n<p>In\u0161pektor pr\u00e1ce alebo kontrol\u00f3r m\u00f4\u017ee tie\u017e po\u017eiada\u0165 spolo\u010dnos\u0165, aby si dala overi\u0165 regula\u010dn\u00fd VLEP akreditovan\u00fdm org\u00e1nom.<\/p>\n\n<p>Akreditovan\u00fd org\u00e1n ur\u010d\u00ed svoju strat\u00e9giu odberu vzoriek, ktor\u00e1 bude predstavova\u0165 cel\u00e9 obdobie, po\u010das ktor\u00e9ho je zamestnanec vystaven\u00fd riziku, s cie\u013eom zavies\u0165 n\u00e1pravn\u00e9 opatrenia, ktor\u00e9 sa potom bud\u00fa pravidelne kontrolova\u0165.<\/p>\n\n<p>Po\u010das prvej meracej kampane (najmenej tri merania na GEH &#8211; homog\u00e9nnu expozi\u010dn\u00fa skupinu), ak s\u00fa v\u0161etky v\u00fdsledky ni\u017e\u0161ie ako 10 % stanoven\u00e9ho VLEP, riziko jeho prekro\u010denia je nulov\u00e9, a preto nie je povinn\u00e9 vykona\u0165 \u010fal\u0161ie dve kampane.<\/p>\n\n<p>Ak s\u00fa TLV prekro\u010den\u00e9, je potrebn\u00e9 \u010do najr\u00fdchlej\u0161ie prija\u0165 n\u00e1pravn\u00e9 opatrenia a zopakova\u0165 po\u010diato\u010dn\u00e9 hodnotenie.<\/p>\n\n<p>Ak je v\u00fdsledok merania medzi 10 % hodnoty TLV a <a href=\"https:\/\/obera.fr\/sk\/nasa-rada\/vlep-cobalt-et-composes-valeurs-limites-exposition-professionnelle\/\" data-type=\"post\" data-id=\"6351\">TLV<\/a>, meracia kampa\u0148 pokra\u010duje. Na konci tretej meracej kampane sa z\u00edskan\u00e9 v\u00fdsledky analyzuj\u00fa, op\u00e4\u0165 na z\u00e1klade \u0161tatistick\u00fdch v\u00fdpo\u010dtov. Z toho je mo\u017en\u00e9 odvodi\u0165 pravdepodobnos\u0165 prekro\u010denia t\u00fdchto VLEP a na realiz\u00e1ciu v\u0161eobecn\u00fdch z\u00e1sad prevencie.  <\/p>\n\n<p>Zamestn\u00e1vatelia s\u00fa povinn\u00ed vypracova\u0165 zoznam v\u0161etk\u00fdch chemick\u00fdch v\u00fdrobkov, s ktor\u00fdmi sa v ich priestoroch manipuluje, pos\u00fadi\u0165 riziko a vy\u0161koli\u0165 svojich zamestnancov. V\u00fdsledky musia pre ka\u017ed\u00e9ho pracovn\u00edka formalizova\u0165 vo forme osobn\u00e9ho expozi\u010dn\u00e9ho listu, v ktorom s\u00fa uveden\u00e9 v\u0161etky merania a v\u00fdsledky. Tieto h\u00e1rky sa predkladaj\u00fa podnikov\u00e9mu lek\u00e1rovi. Tieto nariadenia sa t\u00fdkaj\u00fa v\u0161etk\u00fdch gar\u00e1\u017e\u00ed, \u010distiarn\u00ed, stol\u00e1rskych dieln\u00ed, mal\u00fdch a stredn\u00fdch podnikov, ve\u013ek\u00fdch skup\u00edn, upratovac\u00edch firiem at\u010f.   <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ak\u00e9 s\u00fa rizik\u00e1 pre zamestn\u00e1vate\u013eov, ktor\u00ed si tieto povinnosti nesplnia?<\/h2>\n\n<p>Zamestn\u00e1vatelia maj\u00fa obrovsk\u00fa zodpovednos\u0165.
