To sa m\u00f4\u017ee uskuto\u010dni\u0165 pomocou viacer\u00fdch pr\u00edslu\u0161enstiev na zachyt\u00e1vanie: ods\u00e1vacieho ramena, ods\u00e1vacieho digestora, kapoty, ods\u00e1vacieho backsplashu, Pouyesovho prstenca, ods\u00e1vacej kab\u00edny, ods\u00e1vacej steny, ods\u00e1vacieho pl\u00e9na alebo dokonca ods\u00e1vacieho stola pri o\u0161etrovan\u00ed pracoviska. T\u00e1to met\u00f3da sa vo v\u0161eobecnosti pou\u017e\u00edva vtedy, ke\u010f je zdroj zne\u010dis\u0165uj\u00facich l\u00e1tok nezn\u00e1my, rozpt\u00fdlen\u00fd alebo nepr\u00edstupn\u00fd. Pou\u017e\u00edvaj\u00fa sa zariadenia na \u00fapravu vzduchu alebo priemyseln\u00e9 \u010disti\u010dky vzduchu.  <\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n<p>Na zachytenie zdroja je potrebn\u00e9 vytvori\u0165 dostato\u010dn\u00fa r\u00fdchlos\u0165 vzduchu. Pri dostato\u010dnom pr\u00faden\u00ed vzduchu sa zmen\u00ed po\u010diato\u010dn\u00e1 trajekt\u00f3ria zne\u010disten\u00e9ho vzduchu a bude n\u00faten\u00fd pr\u00fadi\u0165 cez v\u00e1\u0161 ods\u00e1vac\u00ed syst\u00e9m. Vzorec na v\u00fdpo\u010det potrebn\u00e9ho prietoku vzduchu je nasleduj\u00faci:    <\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Q= A Ve<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Q: prietok na vstupe (m3\/s)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A: celkov\u00e1 plocha otvorov (m\u00b2)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ve: r\u00fdchlos\u0165 vzduchu vstupuj\u00faceho cez otvory smerom do interi\u00e9ru (m\/s)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>Po definovan\u00ed met\u00f3dy zachyt\u00e1vania zost\u00e1va princ\u00edp rovnak\u00fd. Zne\u010disten\u00fd vzduch sa nas\u00e1va do priemyselnej jednotky na \u010distenie vzduchu a prech\u00e1dza nieko\u013ek\u00fdmi stup\u0148ami filtr\u00e1cie pred t\u00fdm, ako sa vypust\u00ed alebo znovu vh\u00e1\u0148a priamo do pracovn\u00e9ho priestoru. <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pre\u010do o\u0161etrova\u0165 vzduch v dielni?<\/h2>\n\n<p>Priemyseln\u00e1 \u00faprava vzduchu je nevyhnutn\u00e1 na kontrolu parametrov kvality vzduchu v budove:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Koncentr\u00e1cie prachu a zne\u010dis\u0165uj\u00facich l\u00e1tok prostredn\u00edctvom \u00fapravy a\/alebo obnovy.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Teplota prostredn\u00edctvom vykurovania, klimatiz\u00e1cie a\/alebo <a href=\"https:\/\/obera.fr\/sk\/nasa-rada\/rafraichissement-adiabatique-confort-thermique-naturel\/\" data-type=\"URL\" data-id=\"https:\/\/obera.fr\/conseils\/rafraichissement-adiabatique-confort-thermique-naturel\/\">chladenia<\/a>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hygrometria vysu\u0161ovan\u00edm alebo zvlh\u010dovan\u00edm vzduchu.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>Navy\u0161e v\u00e1m to umo\u017en\u00ed dodr\u017eiava\u0165 z\u00e1kony (maxim\u00e1lne koncentr\u00e1cie zne\u010dis\u0165uj\u00facich l\u00e1tok vdychovan\u00fdch obsluhou na pracovisk\u00e1ch). VLEP (Valeurs Limites d&#8217;Expositions Professionnels &#8211; Limitn\u00e9 hodnoty expoz\u00edcie pri pr\u00e1ci) s\u00fa hrani\u010dn\u00e9 hodnoty pra\u0161nosti, ktor\u00e9 sa nesm\u00fa prekro\u010di\u0165 na pracovisku. Predpoklad\u00e1 sa, \u017ee n\u00e1sledky na zdravie bude ma\u0165 len vystavenie vy\u0161\u0161\u00edm koncentr\u00e1ci\u00e1m alebo v dlh\u0161om \u010dasovom obdob\u00ed. \u00daprava vzduchu v\u00e1m umo\u017en\u00ed zosta\u0165 pod t\u00fdmito regula\u010dn\u00fdmi prahov\u00fdmi hodnotami. Ak va\u0161e odvetvie nesp\u013a\u0148a prahov\u00fa hodnotu pre chemick\u00fd faktor klasifikovan\u00fd ako kateg\u00f3ria 1A alebo 1B CMR, pracovisko sa mus\u00ed zatvori\u0165, k\u00fdm sa nevykonaj\u00fa opatrenia na ochranu zamestnancov. Filtrovanie vzduchu preto v\u00fdrazne zni\u017euje riziko \u0161\u00edrenia chor\u00f4b.     <\/p>\n\n<p>Ni\u017e\u0161ie n\u00e1klady na \u010distenie a vykurovanie. Jednotka na \u00fapravu vzduchu zn\u00ed\u017ei \u00farove\u0148 prachu, ktor\u00fd sa zvy\u010dajne usadzuje na podlah\u00e1ch, strojoch a tovare. Ak jednotka op\u00e4tovne vh\u00e1\u0148a upraven\u00fd vzduch priamo do v\u00e1\u0161ho pracovn\u00e9ho priestoru, kal\u00f3rie sa obnovia.  <\/p>\n\n<p>Menej por\u00fach mechanick\u00e9 zariadenia a elektronick\u00e9 pr\u00edstroje potrebuj\u00fa na spr\u00e1vnu \u010dinnos\u0165 \u010dist\u00fd vzduch. Prach sa m\u00f4\u017ee dosta\u0165 do zariadenia a sp\u00f4sobi\u0165 poruchy. V\u00e4\u010d\u0161ina strojov je vybaven\u00e1 filtrami pevn\u00fdch \u010dast\u00edc, ktor\u00e9 tak\u00fdmto probl\u00e9mom zabra\u0148uj\u00fa. Bohu\u017eia\u013e, tie sa musia pravidelne vymie\u0148a\u0165 a cez filtre st\u00e1le prech\u00e1dzaj\u00fa aj tie najjemnej\u0161ie \u010dastice. Preto sa odpor\u00fa\u010da \u010disti\u0165 okolit\u00fd vzduch, aby sa zn\u00ed\u017eila frekvencia por\u00fach a por\u00fach strojov.    <\/p>\n\n<p>V\u00fdroba kvality. Niektor\u00e9 v\u00fdrobn\u00e9 procesy si vy\u017eaduj\u00fa kontrolovan\u00fa kvalitu vzduchu z h\u013eadiska po\u010dtu \u010dast\u00edc (\u010distoty) a pr\u00edpadne teploty a vlhkosti. To je pr\u00edpad \u010dist\u00fdch a siv\u00fdch miestnost\u00ed, kde sa tieto parametre nepretr\u017eite monitoruj\u00fa, aby sa zaru\u010dila steriln\u00e1 miestnos\u0165 s kontrolovanou atmosf\u00e9rou. Vzduch sa neupravuje, ale nahr\u00e1dza sa \u010derstv\u00fdm vzduchom zvonku. <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">R\u00f4zne dostupn\u00e9 filtre?<\/h2>\n\n<p>\u00daprava vzduchu si ur\u010dite vy\u017eaduje dobr\u00fd pr\u00edstroj, ale rovnako d\u00f4le\u017eit\u00e9 s\u00fa aj filtre, ktor\u00e9 s\u00fa k nemu vybran\u00e9.
