Tieto zne\u010dis\u0165uj\u00face l\u00e1tky poch\u00e1dzaj\u00fa zo sadry pou\u017e\u00edvanej na podiatrickom stole, zo sudovej fr\u00e9zky a p\u00e1sovej br\u00fasky. In\u0161talovali sme aj zariadenie <a href=\"https:\/\/obera.fr\/sk\/produits\/traitement-cov\/filtre-anti-poussiere-epur010-b-ca\/\">ePur10CA<\/a> na \u010distenie z\u00e1pachu a rozp\u00fa\u0161\u0165adiel vznikaj\u00facich po\u010das v\u00fdroby \u017eivicov\u00fdch prot\u00e9z.   <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-buttons is-horizontal is-content-justification-center is-layout-flex wp-container-core-buttons-is-layout-03627597 wp-block-buttons-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-button has-custom-width wp-block-button__width-100\"><a class=\"wp-block-button__link wp-element-button\" href=\"https:\/\/obera.fr\/sk\/kontaktujte-nas\/\">Ve\u010d o tem<\/a><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Lie\u010dba CMR v zdravotn\u00edckych zariadeniach<\/h2>\n\n<p>Expoz\u00edcia CMR faktorom je na pracovisku v\u0161adepr\u00edtomn\u00e1. Prach, rozp\u00fa\u0161\u0165adl\u00e1, \u010dinidl\u00e1 a farbiv\u00e1 s\u00fa pre oper\u00e1torov nebezpe\u010dn\u00e9. V tejto pr\u00edpadovej \u0161t\u00fadii sa zaober\u00e1me prachom zo sadry, CMR, ktor\u00fd sa m\u00f4\u017ee zda\u0165 ne\u0161kodn\u00fd, ale v skuto\u010dnosti je zdraviu nebezpe\u010dn\u00fd.  <\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u010co s\u00fa CMR?<\/h3>\n\n<p>Niektor\u00e9 l\u00e1tky CRM sa pova\u017euj\u00fa za karcinog\u00e9nne, mutag\u00e9nne alebo toxick\u00e9 zo strednodob\u00e9ho a dlhodob\u00e9ho h\u013eadiska. Vystavenie t\u00fdmto l\u00e1tkam m\u00e1 z\u00e1va\u017en\u00e9 d\u00f4sledky na zdravie, a preto je tak\u00e9 d\u00f4le\u017eit\u00e9 odstr\u00e1ni\u0165 ich z pracoviska. CMR sa klasifikuj\u00fa do troch kateg\u00f3ri\u00ed:  <\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Karcinog\u00e9nna l\u00e1tka\/proces: l\u00e1tka, chemik\u00e1lia, pr\u00edpravok alebo proces, ktor\u00fd m\u00f4\u017ee sp\u00f4sobi\u0165 rakovinu alebo zv\u00fd\u0161i\u0165 v\u00fdskyt rakoviny.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mutag\u00e9nne \u010dinidlo: chemick\u00e9 produkty alebo procesy, ktor\u00e9 zvy\u0161uj\u00fa frekvenciu bunkov\u00fdch mut\u00e1ci\u00ed a sp\u00f4sobuj\u00fa dedi\u010dn\u00e9 genetick\u00e9 defekty.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Toxick\u00e9 l\u00e1tky: chemick\u00e9 l\u00e1tky alebo procesy, ktor\u00e9 maj\u00fa \u0161kodliv\u00e9 \u00fa\u010dinky na plodnos\u0165 \u017eien a mu\u017eov.  <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>Okrem toho existuj\u00fa dva sp\u00f4soby kontamin\u00e1cie:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Inhal\u00e1ciou: prenikanie cez d\u00fdchacie cesty<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Derm\u00e1lne: prenikanie cez ko\u017eu (ruky, tv\u00e1r, o\u010di, krk, ramen\u00e1).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Praktick\u00fd pr\u00edpad sadrov\u00e9ho prachu  <\/h3>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ako sa vyr\u00e1ba omietka?<\/h3>\n\n<p>Sadra sa be\u017ene pou\u017e\u00edva v r\u00f4znych priemyseln\u00fdch odvetviach vr\u00e1tane v\u00fdroby sadry, tmelov alebo poterov, foriem a tvarovac\u00edch materi\u00e1lov alebo izol\u00e1cie stavieb sadrov\u00fdmi stenami, prie\u010dkami, m\u00farmi at\u010f. S\u00e1dra sa v\u0161ak pou\u017e\u00edva aj v zdravotn\u00edctve, napr\u00edklad pri v\u00fdrobe foriem na podporu zlomen\u00fdch kost\u00ed, chirurgickej sadry, konsolid\u00e1cii obv\u00e4zov, v\u00fdrobe prot\u00e9z at\u010f. <\/p>\n\n<p>Sadra je pr\u00e1\u0161kov\u00e1 zmes, ktor\u00e1 vznik\u00e1 kalcin\u00e1ciou a mlet\u00edm sadry. Sadra je takzvan\u00e1 sediment\u00e1rna hornina, ktor\u00e1 bola predt\u00fdm zn\u00e1ma ako &#8222;sadrov\u00fd kame\u0148&#8220; alebo &#8222;pierre de pl\u00e2tri\u00e8res&#8220;. V\u00e4\u010d\u0161ina sadry sa \u0165a\u017e\u00ed v podzemn\u00fdch baniach alebo lomoch, potom sa kalcinuje, drv\u00ed a nakoniec melie, \u010d\u00edm vznik\u00e1 biely pr\u00e1\u0161ok, ktor\u00fd mo\u017eno vidie\u0165 pri manipul\u00e1cii so sadrou alebo pri jej rezan\u00ed.  <\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ak\u00e9 nebezpe\u010denstvo predstavuje sadra (alebo sadra)?<\/h3>\n\n<p>Sadra je miner\u00e1lny prach, ktor\u00fd m\u00f4\u017ee by\u0165 pri vd\u00fdchnut\u00ed \u0161kodliv\u00fd. Tieto miner\u00e1lne prachy po\u0161kodzuj\u00fa d\u00fdchacie cesty a pri ich nadmernom po\u017eit\u00ed sa \u010dastice dostan\u00fa priamo do nosa, kde m\u00f4\u017eu sp\u00f4sobi\u0165 alergick\u00fa n\u00e1dchu alebo z\u00e1pal nosovej sliznice. Najjemnej\u0161ie z t\u00fdchto \u010dast\u00edc m\u00f4\u017eu prejs\u0165 cez nosov\u00fa dutinu a m\u00f4\u017eu dokonca sp\u00f4sobi\u0165 podr\u00e1\u017edenie sliznice priedu\u0161nice a priedu\u0161iek priamym \u00fatokom na priedu\u0161nicu a p\u013e\u00faca. Neust\u00e1le vdychovanie sadrov\u00e9ho miner\u00e1lneho prachu m\u00f4\u017ee vies\u0165 k chronick\u00e9mu ochoreniu p\u013e\u00fac a astme.   <\/p>\n\n<p>Suspenzia sadrov\u00e9ho prachu je tie\u017e ur\u010duj\u00facim faktorom rizika v\u00fdbuchu. Sadrov\u00fd prach sa pri kontakte s hor\u013eav\u00fdm zdrojom pova\u017euje za v\u00fdbu\u0161n\u00fd. <\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ak\u00e9 s\u00fa ochrann\u00e9 opatrenia?<\/h3>\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Vys\u00e1vanie\/zachyt\u00e1vanie prachu priamo pri zdroji<\/h4>\n\n<p>Na trhu je k dispoz\u00edcii mno\u017estvo priemyseln\u00fdch vys\u00e1va\u010dov na ods\u00e1vanie prachu, ktor\u00fd je nebezpe\u010dn\u00fd pre obsluhu. Niektor\u00e9 priemyseln\u00e9 vys\u00e1va\u010de sp\u013a\u0148aj\u00fa aj <a href=\"https:\/\/obera.fr\/sk\/nasa-rada\/zone-atex-norme-atex-bases-protection-contre-risque-explosion\/\" data-type=\"post\" data-id=\"17925\">normu ATEX<\/a>, aby sa zabr\u00e1nilo riziku v\u00fdbuchu.   <\/p>\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Vyhnite sa mie\u0161aniu vzduchu alebo prievanu<\/h4>\n\n<p>Odpor\u00fa\u010da sa pracova\u0165 v uzavretom pracovnom priestore, aby sa zabr\u00e1nilo pohybu prachu v samotnej miestnosti a mimo nej.
