Ni\u017e\u0161ie je uveden\u00fd ne\u00fapln\u00fd zoznam odvetv\u00ed \u010dinnosti a r\u00f4znych procesov, ktor\u00e9 vytv\u00e1raj\u00fa priemyseln\u00e9 z\u00e1pachy. <\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Oceliarne a zlievarne<\/strong>: nepr\u00edjemn\u00e9 z\u00e1pachy zo strusky, fenolov\u00fdch \u017eiv\u00edc, jadier at\u010f. Nas\u00e1van\u00edm vzduchu zhora a vyp\u00fa\u0161\u0165an\u00edm \u010dist\u00e9ho vzduchu zo spodnej \u010dasti jednotky sa vytv\u00e1ra pr\u00fad \u010derstv\u00e9ho vzduchu, ktor\u00fd <strong>chr\u00e1ni obsluhu a zabezpe\u010duje zdrav\u00e9 ovzdu\u0161ie<\/strong>. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"est-il-possible-de-mesurer-une-odeur-industrielle\">Je mo\u017en\u00e9 mera\u0165 priemyseln\u00e9 pachy?<\/h2>\n\n<p>Priemyseln\u00e9 pachy sa klasifikuj\u00fa ako ve\u013emi \u0165a\u017eko merate\u013en\u00e9. Ke\u010f\u017ee vzorky vzduchu obsahuj\u00fa \u0161irok\u00fa \u0161k\u00e1lu <strong>zap\u00e1chaj\u00facich l\u00e1tok<\/strong>, je prakticky nemo\u017en\u00e9 vytvori\u0165 analyz\u00e1tor alebo detektor, ktor\u00fd by dok\u00e1zal kvantifikova\u0165 a rozl\u00ed\u0161i\u0165 v\u0161etky zlo\u017eky, preto\u017ee <strong>ka\u017ed\u00fd z\u00e1pach m\u00e1 svoj vlastn\u00fd detek\u010dn\u00fd prah<\/strong>. Navy\u0161e vn\u00edmanie t\u00fdchto pachov z\u00e1vis\u00ed od mnoh\u00fdch faktorov, ako je vlhkos\u0165, r\u00fdchlos\u0165 vetra, teplota, pr\u00edtomnos\u0165 ur\u010dit\u00fdch zl\u00fa\u010den\u00edn vo vzduchu a rozdielna citlivos\u0165 \u013eud\u00ed.  <\/p>\n\n<p>Existuj\u00fa v\u0161ak tri hlavn\u00e9 met\u00f3dy anal\u00fdzy:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Hodnotenie nepohodlia<\/strong>: \u013eudia hovoria o nepohodl\u00ed, ktor\u00e9 poci\u0165uj\u00fa.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>\u010cuchov\u00e1 anal\u00fdza<\/strong>: vykon\u00e1va sa bu\u010f v laborat\u00f3riu, alebo v ter\u00e9ne pomocou skupiny nosov.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Fyzik\u00e1lno-chemick\u00e9 anal\u00fdzy<\/strong>: pou\u017e\u00edvaj\u00fa sa na stanovenie koncentr\u00e1cie zap\u00e1chaj\u00facich molek\u00fal.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>\u010eal\u0161\u00edm pr\u00edkladom je anal\u00fdza vzduchu pomocou elektronick\u00fdch nosov. V s\u00fa\u010dasnosti je t\u00e1to met\u00f3da na meranie zne\u010distenia ovzdu\u0161ia z\u00e1pachom e\u0161te len v \u0161t\u00e1diu v\u00fdskumu a v\u00fdvoja. Bola v\u0161ak u\u017e sk\u00faman\u00e1 v re\u00e1lnych podmienkach na miestach, ako s\u00fa \u010disti\u010dky odpadov\u00fdch v\u00f4d, kompost\u00e1rne, farmy o\u0161\u00edpan\u00fdch at\u010f.  <\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"qu-est-ce-qu-un-nez-electronique\">\u010co je elektronick\u00fd nos?<\/h3>\n\n<p>Elektronick\u00fd nos je umel\u00fd nos vybaven\u00fd <strong>senzormi, ktor\u00e9 reaguj\u00fa na prchav\u00e9 molekuly<\/strong> vo vzduchu. Hodnoty zachyten\u00e9 elektronick\u00fdm nosom sa hl\u00e1sia do rozhrania, ktor\u00e9 ich prev\u00e1dza na digit\u00e1lnu hodnotu. Ako u\u017e bolo uveden\u00e9, ve\u013ek\u00e1 \u010das\u0165 trhu s elektronick\u00fdmi nosmi v oblasti zne\u010distenia z\u00e1pachom je st\u00e1le vo f\u00e1ze v\u00fdskumu a v\u00fdvoja.  <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"les-odeurs-industrielles-quels-impacts-sur-la-sante\">Priemyseln\u00e9 z\u00e1pachy: ak\u00fd maj\u00fa vplyv na zdravie?<\/h2>\n\n<p>Je <strong>\u0165a\u017ek\u00e9 zmera\u0165 pachy<\/strong> a e\u0161te <strong>\u0165a\u017e\u0161ie<\/strong> je zisti\u0165, z \u010doho sa skladaj\u00fa. Preto st\u00e1le nevieme, ak\u00fd je priamy vplyv pachov na zdravie. <\/p>\n\n<p>Z\u00e1pach v\u0161ak \u010dasto poukazuje na pr\u00edtomnos\u0165 zne\u010dis\u0165uj\u00facej l\u00e1tky. Ak sa tieto z\u00e1pachy nelie\u010dia, m\u00f4\u017eu vies\u0165 k <strong>bolestiam hlavy alebo v\u00e1\u017enej\u0161\u00edm dlhodob\u00fdm rizik\u00e1m<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"y-a-t-il-un-cadre-reglementaire-autour-des-odeurs\">Existuje regula\u010dn\u00fd r\u00e1mec pre z\u00e1pach?<\/h3>\n\n<p>Priemyseln\u00e9 podniky sa mohli <strong>zamera\u0165 na zn\u00ed\u017eenie mno\u017estva<\/strong> tuh\u00e9ho <strong>odpadu<\/strong>. Takisto sa im podarilo vy\u010disti\u0165 a zrekultivova\u0165 svoje v\u00fdrobn\u00e9 miesta, vy\u010disti\u0165 a recyklova\u0165 odpadov\u00e9 vody a naj\u010dastej\u0161ie zn\u00ed\u017ei\u0165 emisie zne\u010dis\u0165uj\u00facich l\u00e1tok do ovzdu\u0161ia. Vo v\u00e4\u010d\u0161ine pr\u00edpadov dodr\u017eiavaj\u00fa stanovy a z\u00e1kony, ktor\u00e9 sa na ne vz\u0165ahuj\u00fa. Pokia\u013e v\u0161ak ide o problematiku z\u00e1pachu, predpisy s\u00fa ove\u013ea menej presn\u00e9. Z\u00e1kon zasahuje len vtedy, ak zne\u010dis\u0165uj\u00faca spolo\u010dnos\u0165 dostane zna\u010dn\u00fd po\u010det s\u0165a\u017enost\u00ed od miestnych obyvate\u013eov.    <\/p>\n\n<p>Z\u00e1kon \u010d. 76-633 z 19. j\u00fala 1976 upravuje zriadenie a kontrolu podnikov vykon\u00e1vaj\u00facich nebezpe\u010dn\u00e9 alebo zne\u010dis\u0165uj\u00face \u010dinnosti. Patria sem dielne, tov\u00e1rne a sklady. Tieto podliehaj\u00fa nomenklat\u00fare a \u010dast\u00fdm kontrol\u00e1m. Ak teda doch\u00e1dza k <strong>ob\u0165a\u017eovaniu z\u00e1pachom<\/strong>, pokia\u013e va\u0161a \u010dinnos\u0165 sp\u013a\u0148a hygienick\u00e9 predpisy, nem\u00e1te \u017eiadnu zodpovednos\u0165. Ak sa niekto nas\u0165ahuje do bl\u00edzkosti, bude vedie\u0165, \u017ee v\u00e1\u0161 podnik je n\u00e1chyln\u00fd na nepr\u00edjemn\u00e9 z\u00e1pachy.    <\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Neexistuje<\/strong> teda <strong>\u017eiadny z\u00e1kon, ktor\u00fd by definoval nepr\u00edjemn\u00fd z\u00e1pach<\/strong>. Ak sa vyskytne probl\u00e9m, s\u00fad najprv ur\u010d\u00ed, \u010di ste poru\u0161ili pravidl\u00e1. Potom sa in\u0161pektor pok\u00fasi ur\u010di\u0165 ob\u0165a\u017eovanie vo vz\u0165ahu k \u017eivotn\u00e9mu prostrediu. Je to ve\u013emi zlo\u017eit\u00e9 a mus\u00ed sa to vykona\u0165 na z\u00e1klade konkr\u00e9tnych okolnost\u00ed. Preto sa spory spravidla rie\u0161ia mimos\u00fadne.    <\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"que-peut-on-considerer-comme-nuisance-olfactive\">\u010co mo\u017eno pova\u017eova\u0165 za \u010duchov\u00fa nepr\u00edjemnos\u0165?<\/h3>\n\n<p>Kvantifik\u00e1cia a kvalifik\u00e1cia z\u00e1pachu je zlo\u017eit\u00fd probl\u00e9m. L\u00ed\u0161ia sa v z\u00e1vislosti od \u010duchu ka\u017ed\u00e9ho \u010dloveka a od toho, \u010do ka\u017ed\u00fd \u010dlovek charakterizuje ako &#8222;nepr\u00edjemn\u00fd z\u00e1pach&#8220;.
