Hoci franc\u00fazske pr\u00e1vne predpisy nestanovuj\u00fa presn\u00fa hranicu maxim\u00e1lnej teploty na pracovisku, existuj\u00fa normy a odpor\u00fa\u010dania, ktor\u00e9 poskytuj\u00fa r\u00e1mec pre tepeln\u00fa bezpe\u010dnos\u0165 a zabra\u0148uj\u00fa nebezpe\u010denstv\u00e1m spojen\u00fdm s nadmern\u00fdm teplom. V \u010dl\u00e1nku R4223-13 Z\u00e1konn\u00edka pr\u00e1ce sa stanovuje, \u017ee zamestn\u00e1vate\u013e mus\u00ed &#8222;zabezpe\u010di\u0165 bezpe\u010dnos\u0165 a ochranu zdravia pracovn\u00edkov&#8220;, ale nestanovuje sa v \u0148om teplotn\u00fd limit, ktor\u00fd sa nesmie prekro\u010di\u0165. Z\u00e1kon teda nestanovuje pr\u00edsne hodnoty a ponech\u00e1va na zamestn\u00e1vate\u013eovi, aby <strong>zabezpe\u010dil bezpe\u010dn\u00e9 pracovn\u00e9 podmienky na<\/strong> z\u00e1klade vlastnost\u00ed svojho prostredia.  <\/p>\n\n<p>Hoci pr\u00e1vne predpisy nestanovuj\u00fa maxim\u00e1lnu teplotu, existuje nieko\u013eko noriem a odpor\u00fa\u010dan\u00ed, ktor\u00fdmi sa zamestn\u00e1vatelia riadia, pokia\u013e ide o riadenie tepla na pracovisku.<\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Existuj\u00face normy a odpor\u00fa\u010dania<\/h3>\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Norma ISO 7730  <\/h4>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-28f84493 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"flex-basis:66.66%\">\n<p><strong>Norma ISO 7730<\/strong>, ktor\u00e1 sa vz\u0165ahuje na navrhovanie priestorov, definuje<strong> podmienky tepelnej pohody vo vn\u00fatornom prostred\u00ed<\/strong>. Jej odpor\u00fa\u010dania s\u00fa nasledovn\u00e9: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>20 a 22 stup\u0148ov v kancel\u00e1rii ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>16 a\u017e 18 stup\u0148ov v dielni s priemernou fyzickou aktivitou ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>14 a\u017e 16 stup\u0148ov pre trval\u00fa fyzick\u00fa aktivitu.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Tieto teplotn\u00e9 rozsahy sa pova\u017euj\u00fa za optim\u00e1lne na<strong> zabezpe\u010denie tepeln\u00e9ho komfortu<\/strong> bez naru\u0161enia produktivity zamestnancov. Tieto odpor\u00fa\u010dania sa vz\u0165ahuj\u00fa najm\u00e4 na klimatizovan\u00e9 alebo dobre vetran\u00e9 prostredie. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"flex-basis:33.33%\">\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image aligncenter size-large is-resized\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"1024\" src=\"https:\/\/obera.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/03\/conseil-raf-1024x1024.png\" alt=\"Normy\" class=\"wp-image-77456\" style=\"width:207px;height:auto\" srcset=\"https:\/\/obera.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/03\/conseil-raf-1024x1024.png 1024w, https:\/\/obera.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/03\/conseil-raf-300x300.png 300w, https:\/\/obera.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/03\/conseil-raf-150x150.png 150w, https:\/\/obera.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/03\/conseil-raf-768x768.png 768w, https:\/\/obera.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/03\/conseil-raf.png 1200w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Odpor\u00fa\u010dania INRS  <\/h4>\n\n<p>Franc\u00fazsky N\u00e1rodn\u00fd in\u0161tit\u00fat pre v\u00fdskum a bezpe\u010dnos\u0165 (INRS) odpor\u00fa\u010da <strong>udr\u017eiava\u0165 teplotu okolia<\/strong> v pracovnom prostred\u00ed na \u00farovni, ktor\u00e1 minimalizuje zdravotn\u00e9 rizik\u00e1. Pod\u013ea INRS sa nebezpe\u010denstvo zvy\u0161uje, ke\u010f teplota okolia prekro\u010d\u00ed 30 \u00b0C pri sedavej pr\u00e1ci a 28 \u00b0C pri fyzickej pr\u00e1ci. Pri teplote nad 33 \u00b0C sa v\u00fdrazne zvy\u0161uje <strong>nebezpe\u010denstvo \u00fapalu a dehydrat\u00e1cie<\/strong> a je potrebn\u00e9 ur\u00fdchlene zavies\u0165 prevent\u00edvne opatrenia.  <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Povinnosti zamestn\u00e1vate\u013ea v oblasti tepelnej bezpe\u010dnosti<\/h2>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Hodnotenie riz\u00edk s\u00favisiacich s teplom<\/h3>\n\n<p>Zamestn\u00e1vatelia s\u00fa<strong>povinn\u00ed zabezpe\u010di\u0165 zdravie a bezpe\u010dnos\u0165 svojich zamestnancov<\/strong> vr\u00e1tane riadenia tepla. Musia pos\u00fadi\u0165 tepeln\u00e9 rizik\u00e1 identifikovan\u00edm situ\u00e1ci\u00ed, v ktor\u00fdch teploty m\u00f4\u017eu predstavova\u0165 riziko pre zdravie ich zamestnancov. Toto pos\u00fadenie mus\u00ed zoh\u013ead\u0148ova\u0165 teplotu okolia, vlhkos\u0165 vzduchu, druh vykon\u00e1vanej pr\u00e1ce a trvanie vystavenia teplu. Pri hodnoten\u00ed sa musia zoh\u013eadni\u0165 aj \u00fa\u010dinky tepla v kombin\u00e1cii s \u010fal\u0161\u00edmi faktormi, ako je <strong>fyzick\u00e1 pracovn\u00e1 z\u00e1\u0165a\u017e<\/strong>, pou\u017e\u00edvan\u00e9 vybavenie a pracovn\u00fd odev. Zamestn\u00e1vatelia by mali pou\u017e\u00edva\u0165 vhodn\u00e9 n\u00e1stroje, ako s\u00fa teplomery a vlhkomery, a v zlo\u017eit\u00fdch podmienkach po\u017eiada\u0165 o radu lek\u00e1rskych odborn\u00edkov. Po vykonan\u00ed hodnotenia je potrebn\u00e9 zavies\u0165 prevent\u00edvne opatrenia na<strong>obmedzenie vystavenia zamestnancov<\/strong> nebezpe\u010dn\u00fdm podmienkam v s\u00falade s \u010dl\u00e1nkom L.4121-1 franc\u00fazskeho z\u00e1konn\u00edka pr\u00e1ce.     <\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Prevent\u00edvne opatrenia, ktor\u00e9 sa maj\u00fa vykona\u0165<\/h3>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-28f84493 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"flex-basis:66.66%\">\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Reorganiz\u00e1cia pracovn\u00e9ho \u010dasu<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Jednou z prv\u00fdch vec\u00ed, ktor\u00e9 treba zv\u00e1\u017ei\u0165, ke\u010f \u010del\u00edte hor\u00facemu po\u010dasiu, je \u00faprava pracovn\u00e9ho \u010dasu. Mo\u017eno bude potrebn\u00e9 <strong>presun\u00fa\u0165 pr\u00e1cu na chladnej\u0161ie hodiny,<\/strong> napr\u00edklad skoro r\u00e1no alebo ve\u010der. Mali by sa tie\u017e zavies\u0165 pravideln\u00e9 prest\u00e1vky, aby si zamestnanci mohli odd\u00fdchnu\u0165 a rehydratova\u0165 sa. Okrem toho musia by\u0165 vonkaj\u0161ie pracovisk\u00e1 vybaven\u00e9 tak, aby poskytovali primeran\u00fa ochranu pred extr\u00e9mnymi poveternostn\u00fdmi podmienkami v s\u00falade s \u010dl\u00e1nkom R. 4225-1 franc\u00fazskeho z\u00e1konn\u00edka pr\u00e1ce.   <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Z\u00e1sobovanie \u010derstvou pitnou vodou<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>V s\u00falade s \u010dl\u00e1nkom R. 4225-2 franc\u00fazskeho z\u00e1konn\u00edka pr\u00e1ce musia ma\u0165 v\u0161etci zamestnanci zabezpe\u010den\u00fd pr\u00edstup k \u010derstvej pitnej vode.<strong>Zamestn\u00e1vate\u013e je povinn\u00fd zabezpe\u010di\u0165<\/strong> dostatok<strong>vody<\/strong>, aby sa zabr\u00e1nilo dehydrat\u00e1cii, najm\u00e4 v prostred\u00ed, kde s\u00fa zamestnanci fyzicky akt\u00edvni alebo v uzavret\u00fdch priestoroch. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Vetranie a klimatiz\u00e1cia<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>V s\u00falade s \u010dl\u00e1nkom R. 4222-1 franc\u00fazskeho z\u00e1konn\u00edka pr\u00e1ce mus\u00ed zamestn\u00e1vate\u013e zabezpe\u010di\u0165 primeran\u00fa v\u00fdmenu vzduchu v priestoroch, aby<strong> sa zabr\u00e1nilo nadmern\u00e9mu zv\u00fd\u0161eniu teploty<\/strong>. V priestoroch, kde zne\u010distenie nie je \u0161pecifick\u00e9, sa t\u00e1to obnova m\u00f4\u017ee uskuto\u010dni\u0165 mechanick\u00fdm vetran\u00edm (napr\u00edklad riaden\u00fdm mechanick\u00fdm vetran\u00edm) alebo prirodzen\u00fdm vetran\u00edm (cez okn\u00e1, otvory at\u010f.) (\u010dl\u00e1nok R. 4222-4). V <strong>prostrediach, kde sa teplo \u0165a\u017eko reguluje<\/strong>, ako s\u00fa dielne alebo tov\u00e1rne, m\u00f4\u017ee by\u0165 na udr\u017eanie bezpe\u010dnej a pr\u00edjemnej teploty nevyhnutn\u00e1 in\u0161tal\u00e1cia vetrac\u00edch alebo klimatiza\u010dn\u00fdch syst\u00e9mov. Vo ve\u013ek\u00fdch otvoren\u00fdch priemyseln\u00fdch priestoroch m\u00f4\u017ee by\u0165 \u00fa\u010dinnou alternat\u00edvou na zabezpe\u010denie vhodn\u00fdch a vyhovuj\u00facich pracovn\u00fdch podmienok <a href=\"https:\/\/obera.fr\/sk\/produits\/rafraichisseurs-air\/\">adiabatick\u00e9 chladenie<\/a>.   <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"flex-basis:33.33%\">\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image aligncenter size-large is-resized\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"1024\" src=\"https:\/\/obera.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/07\/3-1024x1024.jpg\" alt=\"Teplomer so &#x161;&#xED;pkou smeruj&#xFA;cou nadol\" class=\"wp-image-33122\" style=\"width:255px;height:auto\" srcset=\"https:\/\/obera.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/07\/3-1024x1024.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/obera.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/07\/3-300x300.jpg 300w, https:\/\/obera.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/07\/3-150x150.jpg 150w, https:\/\/obera.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/07\/3-768x768.jpg 768w, https:\/\/obera.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/07\/3-24x24.jpg 24w, https:\/\/obera.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/07\/3-48x48.jpg 48w, https:\/\/obera.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/07\/3-96x96.jpg 96w, https:\/\/obera.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/07\/3.jpg 1200w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pr\u00e1va zamestnancov pri vysok\u00fdch teplot\u00e1ch<\/h2>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Podmienky uplatnenia pr\u00e1va na odst\u00fapenie od zmluvy<\/h3>\n\n<p>Pod\u013ea \u010dl\u00e1nkov L.4131-1 a\u017e L.4131-4 franc\u00fazskeho z\u00e1konn\u00edka pr\u00e1ce maj\u00fa zamestnanci pr\u00e1vo opusti\u0165 svoje pracovisko v pr\u00edpade v\u00e1\u017eneho a bezprostredn\u00e9ho ohrozenia zdravia. V pr\u00edpade ve\u013emi hor\u00faceho po\u010dasia, ak sa zamestnanec domnieva, \u017ee <strong>vystavenie teplu<\/strong> m\u00f4\u017ee sp\u00f4sobi\u0165 bezprostredn\u00e9 po\u0161kodenie (napr\u00edklad \u00fapal), m\u00f4\u017ee opusti\u0165 pracovisko. Toto pr\u00e1vo sa mus\u00ed uplatni\u0165 v ur\u010ditom r\u00e1mci a<strong>zamestn\u00e1vate\u013e o tom mus\u00ed by\u0165 okam\u017eite informovan\u00fd<\/strong>.    <\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Postup v pr\u00edpade v\u00e1\u017eneho a bezprostredn\u00e9ho nebezpe\u010denstva<\/h3>\n\n<p>Ak <strong>zamestnanec uplatn\u00ed svoje pr\u00e1vo na odst\u00fapenie od zmluvy<\/strong>, mus\u00ed dodr\u017ea\u0165 osobitn\u00fd postup:<\/p>\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>O nebezpe\u010denstve okam\u017eite informujte svojho nadriaden\u00e9ho.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Od\u00f4vodnite jeho stiahnutie vysvetlen\u00edm s\u00favisiaceho rizika.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>V pr\u00edpade sporu zdokumentujte incident.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n<p>Ak<strong>zamestn\u00e1vate\u013e neprijme vhodn\u00e9 opatrenia na<\/strong> n\u00e1pravu situ\u00e1cie, zamestnanec sa m\u00f4\u017ee rozhodn\u00fa\u0165 od\u00eds\u0165 z pracoviska bez rizika sankci\u00ed. Uplatnenie pr\u00e1va na odst\u00fapenie nesmie ma\u0165 za n\u00e1sledok \u017eiadne sankcie ani zr\u00e1\u017eky zo mzdy. Zamestnanci m\u00f4\u017eu toto pr\u00e1vo uplatni\u0165 pod\u013ea vlastn\u00e9ho uv\u00e1\u017eenia. Na druhej strane, ak \u017eivot alebo <strong>zdravie zamestnanca nie s\u00fa skuto\u010dne ohrozen\u00e9<\/strong>, m\u00f4\u017ee by\u0165 zamestnanec sankcionovan\u00fd.   <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">D\u00f4sledky extr\u00e9mneho tepla na zdravie pracovn\u00edkov<\/h2>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pr\u00edslu\u0161n\u00e9 rizik\u00e1  <\/h3>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-28f84493 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"flex-basis:66.66%\">\n<p>Pri vysok\u00fdch teplot\u00e1ch hroz\u00ed najm\u00e4 <strong>\u00fapal<\/strong>, dehydrat\u00e1cia, svalov\u00e9 k\u0155\u010de a \u00fanava. Tieto javy m\u00f4\u017eu vies\u0165 k v\u00e1\u017enym telesn\u00fdm \u0165a\u017ekostiam a v niektor\u00fdch pr\u00edpadoch a\u017e k hospitaliz\u00e1cii. Najm\u00e4 \u00fapal je lek\u00e1rska pohotovos\u0165, ktor\u00e1 m\u00f4\u017ee ma\u0165 <strong>fat\u00e1lne n\u00e1sledky,<\/strong> ak sa situ\u00e1cia r\u00fdchlo nerie\u0161i.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Okrem toho m\u00f4\u017ee teplo <strong>zhor\u0161i\u0165 u\u017e existuj\u00face patologick\u00e9 stavy,<\/strong> najm\u00e4 srdcovo-cievne, obli\u010dkov\u00e9 a endokrinn\u00e9. Zamestnanci musia by\u0165 vy\u0161kolen\u00ed, aby tieto pr\u00edznaky rozpoznali a r\u00fdchlo reagovali.
