Na druhej strane jednotky IC vy\u017eaduj\u00fa dobre vetran\u00fa budovu, aby sa dosiahla maxim\u00e1lna \u00fa\u010dinnos\u0165. <\/p>\n\n<p>\u010eal\u0161\u00edm rozdielom je, \u017ee in\u0161tal\u00e1cia mobiln\u00fdch v\u00fdrobkov IC si vy\u017eaduje len elektrick\u00e9 pripojenie a naplnenie n\u00e1dr\u017ee vodou. To znamen\u00e1, \u017ee chladi\u010d sa dok\u00e1\u017ee vyrovna\u0165 s extr\u00e9mnymi podmienkami. V z\u00e1vislosti od vonkaj\u0161\u00edch podmienok sa pokles teploty pohybuje od 7 \u00b0C do 20 \u00b0C. Energia pou\u017eit\u00e1 na chladenie adiabatickej jednotky preto poch\u00e1dza najm\u00e4 z pr\u00edrodn\u00fdch zdrojov.       <br\/><br\/>V\u010faka tomu spotrebuje desa\u0165kr\u00e1t menej elektrickej energie ako klimatiz\u00e1cia s rovnak\u00fdm v\u00fdkonom. Spotrebovan\u00e1 elektrick\u00e1 energia poch\u00e1dza z ventil\u00e1tora, vodn\u00e9ho \u010derpadla, nieko\u013ek\u00fdch sn\u00edma\u010dov a dia\u013ekov\u00e9ho ovl\u00e1dania ur\u010den\u00e9ho na dia\u013ekov\u00e9 ovl\u00e1danie prietoku v zariaden\u00ed zmenou r\u00fdchlosti ventil\u00e1tora. V z\u00e1vislosti od nomin\u00e1lneho prietoku m\u00f4\u017eu chladi\u010de AD chladi\u0165 plochy s rozlohou 90 a\u017e 400 m\u00b2. V pr\u00edpade v\u00e4\u010d\u0161\u00edch pl\u00f4ch sta\u010d\u00ed rozdeli\u0165 nieko\u013eko jednotiek.
