Je d\u00f4le\u017eit\u00e9 riadi\u0165 spotrebu energie vo va\u0161ej spolo\u010dnosti, najm\u00e4 ke\u010f sa bl\u00ed\u017ei zima a teploty klesaj\u00fa. Na pomoc v\u00e1m prin\u00e1\u0161ame nieko\u013eko tipov \u0161pecifick\u00fdch pre dan\u00e9 odvetvie, ktor\u00fdmi sa m\u00f4\u017eete riadi\u0165, aby ste u\u0161etrili elektrick\u00fa energiu vo svojich diel\u0148ach a kancel\u00e1ri\u00e1ch.  <\/p>\n\n<p>Zn\u00ed\u017eenie spotreby energie je pre va\u0161u firmu nevyhnutn\u00e9. Nielen\u017ee m\u00f4\u017eete v\u00fdrazne u\u0161etri\u0165 na \u00fa\u010dtoch za energiu, ale m\u00f4\u017eete tie\u017e kontrolova\u0165 \u0161pi\u010dkov\u00fa spotrebu elektriny a pr\u00edpadn\u00e9 v\u00fdpadky elektriny vo ve\u013emi chladnom po\u010das\u00ed. <\/p>\n\n<p>Ak z nasleduj\u00facej anal\u00fdzy vyl\u00fa\u010dite n\u00e1klady spojen\u00e9 s energiou potrebnou na v\u00fdrobn\u00fd proces (pece, spor\u00e1ky at\u010f.) a na pohon v\u00fdrobn\u00fdch strojov, uvedieme hlavn\u00e9 zdroje spotreby energie. Pod\u013ea \u0161t\u00fadie z roku 2013 o rozdelen\u00ed dopytu po elektrickej energii v priemysle pod\u013ea sp\u00f4sobu vyu\u017eitia predstavuj\u00fa motory 2\/3 celkovej elektrickej energie v priemyselnom sektore. Podiel na dopyte po elektrickej energii v priemysle maj\u00fa aj \u010fal\u0161ie oblasti, ako napr\u00edklad vetranie (12 %), \u010derpanie (11 %), stla\u010den\u00fd vzduch s dod\u00e1vkou strojov a \u00faniky (7 %), chladenie (7 %) a osvetlenie (4 %). Vo v\u0161eobecnosti najviac elektrickej energie spotrebuje motorizovan\u00fd sac\u00ed ventil\u00e1tor. Jeho \u00falohou je nas\u00e1va\u0165 znehodnoten\u00fd vzduch cez sie\u0165 potrub\u00ed a dopravova\u0165 ho do zbera\u010da prachu alebo filtra, aby sa mohol vy\u010disti\u0165. Energia ventil\u00e1tora je potrebn\u00e1 na uvedenie tohto vzduchu do pohybu a na prenos pr\u00fadu vzduchu, \u010d\u00edm sa bojuje proti poklesu tlaku vo v\u0161etk\u00fdch komponentoch tvoriacich zariadenie.   <\/p>\n\n<p>Uva\u017eujte, \u017ee strednotlakov\u00fd motorov\u00fd sac\u00ed ventil\u00e1tor s dobrou \u00fa\u010dinnos\u0165ou spotrebuje 10 kW a\u017e 15 kW na 10 000 m3\/h. To predstavuje prev\u00e1dzkov\u00e9 n\u00e1klady 1,5 a\u017e 3 EUR\/h. <\/p>\n\n<p>Spotreba energie ventil\u00e1tora je \u00famern\u00e1 prietoku vzduchu, poklesu tlaku v sieti a \u00fa\u010dinnosti ventil\u00e1tora. Na obmedzenie t\u00fdchto \u00farovn\u00ed spotreby uv\u00e1dzame nieko\u013eko prioritn\u00fdch oblast\u00ed \u00faspor: <\/p>\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Zn\u00ed\u017eenie alebo obmedzenie sac\u00edch pr\u00fadov<\/h4>\n\n<p>Na zn\u00ed\u017eenie alebo obmedzenie prietoku ods\u00e1vania je potrebn\u00e9 lep\u0161ie zakry\u0165 a uzavrie\u0165 zdroje emisi\u00ed prachu. Na zn\u00ed\u017eenie potrebn\u00e9ho prietoku sa odpor\u00fa\u010da pribl\u00ed\u017ei\u0165 sa k zdrojom emisi\u00ed zne\u010dis\u0165uj\u00facich l\u00e1tok. Rie\u0161en\u00edm na ods\u00e1vanie len toho, \u010do je skuto\u010dne potrebn\u00e9, m\u00f4\u017ee by\u0165 aj pr\u00e1ca na s\u00fabe\u017en\u00fa prev\u00e1dzku. M\u00f4\u017eete tie\u017e pou\u017ei\u0165 frekven\u010dn\u00e9 meni\u010de spojen\u00e9 s regul\u00e1ciou prietoku a automatick\u00e9 poklopy na prid\u00e1vanie prietoku pod\u013ea potreby. Elektrick\u00fd pr\u00edrastok je minim\u00e1lne \u00famern\u00fd zn\u00ed\u017eeniu prietoku.      <\/p>\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Zn\u00ed\u017eenie alebo obmedzenie tlakov\u00fdch str\u00e1t vo filtroch a sac\u00edch sie\u0165ach<\/h4>\n\n<p>Tlakov\u00e1 strata vytvoren\u00e1 potrubnou sie\u0165ou sa men\u00ed ako kvadr\u00e1t r\u00fdchlosti. Tak\u017ee zn\u00ed\u017eenie r\u00fdchlosti siete alebo spotrebi\u010da na polovicu m\u00f4\u017ee zn\u00ed\u017ei\u0165 spotrebu energie \u0161tvorn\u00e1sobne. Zn\u00ed\u017eenie r\u00fdchlosti nas\u00e1vania v\u0161ak nie je v\u017edy mo\u017en\u00e9. Pri vys\u00e1van\u00ed prachu mus\u00edte zaru\u010di\u0165 minim\u00e1lne dopravn\u00e9 r\u00fdchlosti, aby ste zabr\u00e1nili vzniku usaden\u00edn. To je v\u0161ak v\u017edy mo\u017en\u00e9 vo vertik\u00e1lnych kan\u00e1loch pr\u00fadiacich smerom nadol.    <\/p>\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Zlep\u0161enie \u00fa\u010dinnosti ventil\u00e1tora<\/h4>\n\n<p>Na zlep\u0161enie \u00fa\u010dinnosti ventil\u00e1torov by sa mali pou\u017e\u00edva\u0165 ventil\u00e1tory a motory s vysokou alebo ve\u013emi vysokou \u00fa\u010dinnos\u0165ou a optim\u00e1lnym prev\u00e1dzkov\u00fdm rozsahom ventil\u00e1torov. Na jemn\u00e9 doladenie prev\u00e1dzkov\u00fdch bodov sa m\u00f4\u017eu pou\u017ei\u0165 frekven\u010dn\u00e9 meni\u010de. <\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Vetranie a vykurovanie pracovn\u00fdch priestorov<\/h3>\n\n<p>Spotreba energie v zariadeniach HVAC je spojen\u00e1 s dvoma zlo\u017ekami:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>N\u00e1klady na energiu spojen\u00e9 s kal\u00f3riami vyroben\u00fdmi na vykurovanie (vykurovacie kal\u00f3rie)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>N\u00e1klady na energiu spojen\u00e9 s prepravou vzduchu (ventil\u00e1tory na boj proti poklesu tlaku v sieti a elektr\u00e1rni)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>Energia na vykurovanie je \u010dasto ove\u013ea vy\u0161\u0161ia ako energia potrebn\u00e1 na dopravu vzduchu. V takejto situ\u00e1cii uv\u00e1dzame nieko\u013eko sp\u00f4sobov, ako zn\u00ed\u017ei\u0165 po\u017eiadavky na vykurovanie. <\/p>\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Zn\u00ed\u017eenie prietoku vzduchu odv\u00e1dzan\u00e9ho do vonkaj\u0161ieho prostredia, ktor\u00e9 si vy\u017eaduje kompenz\u00e1ciu za ohriaty vzduch<\/h4>\n\n<p>Ak vypust\u00edte 10 000 m3\/h mimo budovy bez kompenz\u00e1cie, v budove sa zn\u00ed\u017ei tlak. Prietok 10 000 m3\/h sa teda znovu prirodzene zavedie cez v\u0161etky vzduchotesn\u00e9 priestory budovy. Vzduch vstupuje do budovy s vonkaj\u0161ou teplotou a mus\u00ed sa dohria\u0165 na teplotu vo vn\u00fatri budovy. Ak napr\u00edklad ohrievate 10 000 m3\/h z 0 \u00b0C na +20 \u00b0C, vy\u017eaduje si to vykurovac\u00ed v\u00fdkon 50 kW alebo n\u00e1klady 8 a\u017e 20 EUR\/h. Zn\u00ed\u017een\u00edm prietoku odv\u00e1dzan\u00e9ho vzduchu do exteri\u00e9ru m\u00f4\u017eete zn\u00ed\u017ei\u0165 n\u00e1klady na energiu.    <\/p>\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Oddelenie funkcie vykurovania od funkcie vetrania  <\/h4>\n\n<p>Oddelen\u00edm t\u00fdchto dvoch funkci\u00ed m\u00f4\u017eete dod\u00e1va\u0165 len tak\u00e9 mno\u017estvo \u010derstv\u00e9ho vzduchu, ktor\u00e9 je potrebn\u00e9 na vetranie budovy v s\u00falade s predpismi (po\u010det m3\/h na zamestnanca). Kvalitu vzduchu v budove mo\u017eno kontrolova\u0165 pomocou priemyselnej \u010disti\u010dky vzduchu s plne recyklovan\u00fdm vzduchom. T\u00fdmto sp\u00f4sobom u\u0161etr\u00edte kal\u00f3rie spotrebovan\u00e9 na ohrev vzduchu, ktor\u00fd nebol vypusten\u00fd do vonkaj\u0161ieho prostredia a ktor\u00fd by bolo potrebn\u00e9 kompenzova\u0165 a op\u00e4\u0165 ho ohria\u0165. Navy\u0161e u\u0161etr\u00edte aj energiu kompenz\u00e1ciou poklesu tlaku v sie\u0165ach pou\u017e\u00edvan\u00fdch na dopravu vzduchu. \u010cisti\u010dky spravidla spotrebuj\u00fa 10-kr\u00e1t menej energie pri rovnakom prietoku. \u00daspora pri 10 000 m3\/h za hodinu m\u00f4\u017ee dosiahnu\u0165 a\u017e 60 kW.     <\/p>\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pou\u017e\u00edvajte destrata\u010dn\u00e9 ventil\u00e1tory alebo \u010disti\u010dky na destrat\u00e1ciu vrstiev hor\u00faceho vzduchu<\/h4>\n\n<p>\u010cisti\u010dky vzduchu sa pou\u017e\u00edvaj\u00fa na destratifik\u00e1ciu tepl\u00e9ho vzduchu. Destratifik\u00e1cia vzduchu zabezpe\u010duje rovnomern\u00fa teplotu v pracovnom priestore. To umo\u017e\u0148uje cirkul\u00e1ciu tepl\u00e9ho vzduchu v miestnosti a obmedzuje tepeln\u00e9 straty cez strechu. Rie\u0161enia adiabatick\u00e9ho chladenia s\u00fa vhodn\u00e9 najm\u00e4 na chladenie dieln\u00ed s vysokou teplotou do 25 \u00b0C a\u017e 30 \u00b0C. Adiabatick\u00e9 chladi\u010de potrebuj\u00fa energiu len na prenos pr\u00fadu vzduchu. V skuto\u010dnosti spotrebuj\u00fa <strong>a\u017e 10-kr\u00e1t menej energie ako klimatiza\u010dn\u00fd syst\u00e9m,<\/strong> preto\u017ee pou\u017e\u00edvaj\u00fa zariadenia bez chladiva a neodvracaj\u00fa teplo do vonkaj\u0161ieho prostredia. Energia na chladenie sa \u010derp\u00e1 v\u00fdlu\u010dne z odparovania vody na odparovac\u00edch paneloch.    <\/p>\n\n<p>Srdcom odparovacieho chladiaceho syst\u00e9mu je chladiace m\u00e9dium, v ktorom sa odparuje voda a ochladzuje vzduch cirkuluj\u00faci vo vn\u00fatri. Odparovacie chladiace m\u00e9di\u00e1 sa vyr\u00e1baj\u00fa z vr\u00fabkovan\u00fdch celul\u00f3zov\u00fdch dosiek. Integrovan\u00fd syst\u00e9m rozvodu vody rovnomerne rozv\u00e1dza vodu po chladiacich v\u00fdmenn\u00edkoch, aby sa zabezpe\u010dilo, \u017ee cel\u00fd povrch bude vlhk\u00fd. T\u00fdm sa maximalizuje chladiaci \u00fa\u010dinok.
