Pochopenie koncepcie nariaden\u00ed o VLEP je nevyhnutn\u00e9 na zaistenie bezpe\u010dnosti pracovn\u00edkov vystaven\u00fdch potenci\u00e1lne nebezpe\u010dn\u00fdm chemick\u00fdm l\u00e1tkam. <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>\u010co je to pracovn\u00fd expozi\u010dn\u00fd limit?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Defin\u00edcia nariaden\u00ed VLEP<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image alignleft size-full is-resized\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"400\" height=\"400\" src=\"https:\/\/obera.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/12\/vlep.jpg\" alt=\"vlep\" class=\"wp-image-26580\" style=\"width:226px;height:auto\" srcset=\"https:\/\/obera.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/12\/vlep.jpg 400w, https:\/\/obera.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/12\/vlep-300x300.jpg 300w, https:\/\/obera.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/12\/vlep-150x150.jpg 150w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 400px) 100vw, 400px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n<p>OELV<strong>(pracovn\u00fd expozi\u010dn\u00fd limit)<\/strong> je maxim\u00e1lna koncentr\u00e1cia chemickej l\u00e1tky vo vzduchu, ktor\u00fa m\u00f4\u017ee \u010dlovek vdychova\u0165 bez ohrozenia zdravia. VELV stanovuje ministerstvo pr\u00e1ce, zamestnanosti a integr\u00e1cie a reviduje ich pod\u013ea stavu poznatkov. S\u00fa n\u00e1strojom na prevenciu zdravotn\u00fdch riz\u00edk na pracovisku a sl\u00fa\u017eia ako referen\u010dn\u00e9 hodnoty pre technick\u00e9 kontroly vy\u017eadovan\u00e9 z\u00e1konom (vyhl\u00e1\u0161ka \u010d. 2009-1570 z 15. decembra 2009). <strong>Zamestn\u00e1vatelia<\/strong> s\u00fa povinn\u00ed dodr\u017eiava\u0165 limity VLEP, ktor\u00e9 s\u00fa stanoven\u00e9 v \u010dl\u00e1nkoch <strong>L.4121-1 a nasleduj\u00facich franc\u00fazskeho z\u00e1konn\u00edka pr\u00e1ce<\/strong>.   <\/p>\n\n<p>Cie\u013eom <strong>nariadenia VLEP<\/strong> je stanovi\u0165 expozi\u010dn\u00e9 limity pre chemick\u00e9 l\u00e1tky pr\u00edtomn\u00e9 v pracovnom prostred\u00ed. Tieto limity s\u00fa definovan\u00e9 s cie\u013eom chr\u00e1ni\u0165 pracovn\u00edkov pred \u0161kodliv\u00fdmi \u00fa\u010dinkami chemick\u00fdch l\u00e1tok na ich zdravie. Dodr\u017eiavan\u00edm t\u00fdchto limitov zamestn\u00e1vatelia pom\u00e1haj\u00fa predch\u00e1dza\u0165 chorob\u00e1m z povolania s\u00favisiacim s vystaven\u00edm chemick\u00fdm l\u00e1tkam.  <\/p>\n\n<p>Stru\u010dne povedan\u00e9, VLEP je \u00farove\u0148 koncentr\u00e1cie chemick\u00fdch faktorov v ovzdu\u0161\u00ed pracov\u00edsk, ktor\u00e1 nesmie by\u0165 v danom obdob\u00ed prekro\u010den\u00e1. Je to referen\u010dn\u00e1 hodnota na pos\u00fadenie \u00farovne expoz\u00edcie v ovzdu\u0161\u00ed. Vyjadruje sa v :  <\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>(mg\/m3 alebo mg chemick\u00fdch l\u00e1tok na m3 vzduchu) pre plyny, pary a kvapaln\u00e9 a pevn\u00e9 aeros\u00f3ly;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>(ppm, t. j. \u010dastice na mili\u00f3n) pre plyny a pary;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>f\/cm3 (vl\u00e1kna na cm3) pre vl\u00e1knit\u00e9 materi\u00e1ly.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Princ\u00edp nariaden\u00ed VLEP<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n<p>Medzi hlavn\u00e9 prvky, ktor\u00fdmi sa riadia nariadenia o VLEP, patr\u00ed <strong>vymedzenie pr\u00edslu\u0161n\u00fdch chemick\u00fdch l\u00e1tok, stanovenie \u0161pecifick\u00fdch expozi\u010dn\u00fdch limitov, predlo\u017eenie kontroln\u00fdch a monitorovac\u00edch opatren\u00ed a met\u00f3d hodnotenia riz\u00edk<\/strong>. Tieto prvky s\u00fa \u010dasto podrobne uveden\u00e9 v z\u00e1konn\u00edku pr\u00e1ce alebo v predpisoch pre jednotliv\u00e9 krajiny. <\/p>\n\n<p>Zamestn\u00e1vatelia s\u00fa zo z\u00e1kona povinn\u00ed dodr\u017eiava\u0165 nariadenia VLEP. Zamestn\u00e1vatelia musia <strong>identifikova\u0165 chemick\u00e9 l\u00e1tky pr\u00edtomn\u00e9 na pracovisku, pos\u00fadi\u0165 s\u00favisiace rizik\u00e1, zavies\u0165 vhodn\u00e9 prevent\u00edvne a ochrann\u00e9 opatrenia, informova\u0165 a za\u0161koli\u0165 pracovn\u00edkov<\/strong> a <strong>vykon\u00e1va\u0165 pravideln\u00e9 kontroly,<\/strong> aby sa zabezpe\u010dilo dodr\u017eiavanie limitov expoz\u00edcie. <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Nariadenia VLEP: obmedzuj\u00face alebo orienta\u010dn\u00e9 limitn\u00e9 hodnoty<\/h2>\n\n<p>VLEP m\u00f4\u017ee stanovi\u0165 ministerstvo pr\u00e1ce, zamestnanosti a integr\u00e1cie alebo ich m\u00f4\u017ee odporu\u010di\u0165 CNAMTS (Caisse nationale de l&#8217;assurance maladie des travailleurs salari\u00e9s).<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>VLEP<\/strong> sa rozli\u0161uj\u00fa <strong>pod\u013ea svojej povahy<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Regula\u010dn\u00e9 <\/strong>(rozdiel medzi regula\u010dn\u00fdm a orienta\u010dn\u00fdm VLEP) ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Technick\u00e1 <\/strong>(VLEP 8h alebo VLEP kr\u00e1tkodob\u00fd).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Z\u00e1v\u00e4zn\u00e9 regula\u010dn\u00e9 limitn\u00e9 hodnoty<\/h3>\n\n<p><strong>Obmedzuj\u00face limitn\u00e9 hodnoty s\u00fa stanoven\u00e9 vyhl\u00e1\u0161kou<\/strong> a za\u010dlenen\u00e9 do Z\u00e1konn\u00edka pr\u00e1ce:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>V \u010dl\u00e1nku R.4412-149 s\u00fa v tabu\u013eke uveden\u00e9 niektor\u00e9 nebezpe\u010dn\u00e9 chemick\u00e9 faktory (DCA), ako napr\u00edklad CMR faktory (karcinog\u00e9nne a\/alebo mutag\u00e9nne a\/alebo toxick\u00e9 pre reprodukciu), ako napr\u00edklad oxid uho\u013enat\u00fd, <a href=\"https:\/\/obera.fr\/conseils\/vlep-chrome-hexavalent-valeurs-limites-exposition-professionnelle-contraignantes\/\">oxid chromit\u00fd<\/a>, olovo at\u010f.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u010cl\u00e1nok R.4412-100 stanovuje z\u00e1v\u00e4zn\u00fd VLEP pre azbestov\u00e9 vl\u00e1kna;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u010cl\u00e1nok R.4222-10 stanovuje obmedzuj\u00face VLEP pre celkov\u00fd a vdychovan\u00fd prach <strong>;<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u010cl\u00e1nok R.4412-154 a \u010dl\u00e1nok R.4412-155 stanovuj\u00fa obmedzuj\u00face OEL pre kry\u0161talick\u00fd oxid kremi\u010dit\u00fd.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>Z\u00e1v\u00e4zn\u00e9 hodnoty ELV <strong>sa nesm\u00fa prekro\u010di\u0165 <\/strong>, v opa\u010dnom pr\u00edpade hrozia trestn\u00e9 sankcie.<\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Orienta\u010dn\u00e9 regula\u010dn\u00e9 limitn\u00e9 hodnoty<\/h3>\n\n<p><strong>Orienta\u010dn\u00e9 limitn\u00e9 hodnoty s\u00fa stanoven\u00e9 vyhl\u00e1\u0161kou<\/strong>. S\u00fa ur\u010den\u00e9 ako <strong>minim\u00e1lny cie\u013e prevencie, ktor\u00fd<\/strong> sa m\u00e1 dosiahnu\u0165. <\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">8-hodinov\u00fd VLEP<\/h3>\n\n<p>8-hodinov\u00e1 limitn\u00e1 hodnota expoz\u00edcie na pracovisku (8h OELV) je maxim\u00e1lna \u00farove\u0148<strong> expoz\u00edcie<\/strong> meran\u00e1 po\u010das <strong>8-hodinovej pracovnej zmeny<\/strong>. Dodr\u017eiavanie 8h OEL zabra\u0148uje rizik\u00e1m oneskoren\u00e9ho \u00fa\u010dinku sp\u00f4soben\u00fdm chemick\u00fdmi faktormi. <\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Kr\u00e1tkodob\u00fd VLEP<\/h3>\n\n<p>Kr\u00e1tkodob\u00e1 limitn\u00e1 hodnota expoz\u00edcie na pracovisku (STEV) je <strong>maxim\u00e1lna \u00farove\u0148 nameran\u00e1 po\u010das referen\u010dn\u00e9ho obdobia 15 min\u00fat<\/strong>. Dodr\u017eanie STEV zabra\u0148uje riziku toxick\u00fdch \u00fa\u010dinkov po\u010das kr\u00e1tkeho obdobia. <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Monitorovanie regul\u00e1cie VLEP<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p>Predpisy t\u00fdkaj\u00face sa kontroly VLEP sa riadia :<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\u010cl\u00e1nky R.4412-27 a\u017e R.4412-31 franc\u00fazskeho z\u00e1konn\u00edka pr\u00e1ce pre nebezpe\u010dn\u00e9 chemick\u00e9 l\u00e1tky (ACD);<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u010cl\u00e1nky R.4412-76 a\u017e R.4412-80 pre chemick\u00e9 l\u00e1tky klasifikovan\u00e9 ako CMR ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Vyhl\u00e1\u0161ka \u010d. 2009-1570 z 15. decembra 2009 o kontrole chemick\u00fdch riz\u00edk na pracovisku.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>Tieto z\u00e1kony definuj\u00fa <strong>postupy merania <\/strong>a <strong>syst\u00e9m akredit\u00e1cie kontroln\u00fdch org\u00e1nov<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Postupy monitorovania VLEP<\/h3>\n\n<p>V s\u00falade s vyhl\u00e1\u0161kou \u010d. 2009-1570 z 15. decembra 2009 sa musia testova\u0165 <strong>v\u0161etky chemick\u00e9 l\u00e1tky s <\/strong>povinn\u00fdm alebo orienta\u010dn\u00fdm regula\u010dn\u00fdm <strong>VLEP <\/strong>. <strong>Chemick\u00e9 faktory CMR klasifikovan\u00e9 ako 1A alebo 1B s regula\u010dn\u00fdm VLEP<\/strong> sa systematicky vy\u017eaduj\u00fa, aby ich <strong>akreditovan\u00fd org\u00e1n kontroloval<\/strong> aspo\u0148 raz ro\u010dne alebo v\u017edy, ke\u010f d\u00f4jde k akejko\u013evek zmene, ktor\u00e1 by mohla ma\u0165 nepriazniv\u00fd vplyv na expoz\u00edciu pracovn\u00edkov. Rovnak\u00e9 pravidlo sa vz\u0165ahuje na <strong>nebezpe\u010dn\u00e9 chemick\u00e9 faktory (HCA) s regula\u010dn\u00fdm VLEP<\/strong>, pokia\u013e sa pri hodnoten\u00ed vykonanom zamestn\u00e1vate\u013eom nezist\u00ed n\u00edzke riziko pre zdravie pracovn\u00edkov.  <\/p>\n\n<p><strong>V\u00fdsledky monitorovania atmosf\u00e9ry<\/strong> sa zaznamen\u00e1vaj\u00fa do <strong>n\u00e1rodnej datab\u00e1zy<\/strong> (datab\u00e1za SCOLA, ktor\u00fa spravuje INRS) a zost\u00e1vaj\u00fa k dispoz\u00edcii :<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>pracovn\u00fd lek\u00e1r ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>CHSCT ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>in\u0161pektor\u00e1t pr\u00e1ce ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>in\u0161pektor pr\u00e1c ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>agentov z oddelen\u00ed prevencie organiz\u00e1ci\u00ed soci\u00e1lneho zabezpe\u010denia.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>Pozn\u00e1mka: <strong>podmienky merania \u00farovne pra\u0161nosti<\/strong> a monitorovania VLEP na azbest s\u00fa definovan\u00e9 v \u010dl\u00e1nkoch R.4412-104 a nasleduj\u00facich franc\u00fazskeho z\u00e1konn\u00edka pr\u00e1ce.<strong> Monitorovanie celkovej pra\u0161nosti<\/strong> sa riadi \u010dl\u00e1nkami R.4722-1, R.4722-2, R.4724-2 a R.4724-3 franc\u00fazskeho z\u00e1konn\u00edka pr\u00e1ce. <\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Kontroln\u00e9 org\u00e1ny VLEP<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image alignleft size-full is-resized\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"900\" height=\"900\" src=\"https:\/\/obera.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/12\/cofrac.jpg\" alt=\"cofrac\" class=\"wp-image-26583\" style=\"width:147px;height:auto\" srcset=\"https:\/\/obera.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/12\/cofrac.jpg 900w, https:\/\/obera.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/12\/cofrac-300x300.jpg 300w, https:\/\/obera.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/12\/cofrac-150x150.jpg 150w, https:\/\/obera.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/12\/cofrac-768x768.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 900px) 100vw, 900px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n<p><strong>Testovanie VLEP <\/strong>mus\u00ed vykon\u00e1va\u0165 <strong>nez\u00e1visl\u00fd org\u00e1n akreditovan\u00fd<\/strong> franc\u00fazskym akredita\u010dn\u00fdm v\u00fdborom (Cofrac). Technick\u00e1 kontrola VLEP zah\u0155\u0148a 4 slu\u017eby: <\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Stanovenie strat\u00e9gie odberu vzoriek ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Odber vzoriek;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Anal\u00fdza vzoriek ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Diagnostika, \u010di boli dosiahnut\u00e9 alebo prekro\u010den\u00e9 limitn\u00e9 hodnoty expoz\u00edcie na pracovisku.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Sankcie za nedodr\u017eiavanie predpisov VLEP<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p>Nedodr\u017eiavanie predpisov VLEP m\u00f4\u017ee ma\u0165 pre spolo\u010dnosti pr\u00e1vne d\u00f4sledky a sankcie. Pr\u00edslu\u0161n\u00e9 org\u00e1ny m\u00f4\u017eu v pr\u00edpade nedodr\u017eania predpisov ulo\u017ei\u0165 pokuty, pozastavi\u0165 \u010dinnos\u0165 spolo\u010dnosti alebo za\u010da\u0165 trestn\u00e9 konanie. Pre zamestn\u00e1vate\u013eov je preto ve\u013emi d\u00f4le\u017eit\u00e9, aby tieto normy d\u00f4sledne dodr\u017eiavali a zaru\u010dili tak zdravie a bezpe\u010dnos\u0165 svojich pracovn\u00edkov.  <\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Prekro\u010denie TLV v r\u00e1mci spolo\u010dnosti<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image alignright size-large is-resized\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"1024\" src=\"https:\/\/obera.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/12\/panneau-stop-1024x1024.jpg\" alt=\"zna&#x10D;ka Stop\" class=\"wp-image-26587\" style=\"width:131px;height:auto\" srcset=\"https:\/\/obera.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/12\/panneau-stop-1024x1024.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/obera.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/12\/panneau-stop-300x300.jpg 300w, https:\/\/obera.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/12\/panneau-stop-150x150.jpg 150w, https:\/\/obera.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/12\/panneau-stop-768x768.jpg 768w, https:\/\/obera.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/12\/panneau-stop-1536x1536.jpg 1536w, https:\/\/obera.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/12\/panneau-stop.jpg 1920w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n<p>Ak <strong>s\u00fa z\u00e1v\u00e4zn\u00e9 regula\u010dn\u00e9 VLEP prekro\u010den\u00e9<\/strong>, zamestn\u00e1vate\u013e mus\u00ed :<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Zastavenie pr\u00e1ce na pr\u00edslu\u0161n\u00fdch pracovisk\u00e1ch<\/strong> a\u017e do vykonania potrebn\u00fdch opatren\u00ed na ochranu pracovn\u00edkov v pr\u00edpade agenta kateg\u00f3rie 1A alebo 1B CMR (\u010dl\u00e1nok R.4412-77 franc\u00fazskeho z\u00e1konn\u00edka pr\u00e1ce);<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Prija\u0165 <strong>okam\u017eit\u00e9 opatrenia na ochranu pracovn\u00edkov v pr\u00edpade ACD <\/strong>(\u010dl\u00e1nky R.4412-11 a R.4412-12 franc\u00fazskeho z\u00e1konn\u00edka pr\u00e1ce).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>Ak <strong>sa prekro\u010d\u00ed orienta\u010dn\u00e1 hodnota VLEP<\/strong>, zamestn\u00e1vate\u013e mus\u00ed vykona\u0165<strong>pos\u00fadenie rizika <\/strong>s cie\u013eom ur\u010di\u0165 vhodn\u00e9 prevent\u00edvne a ochrann\u00e9 opatrenia:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>V s\u00falade s \u010dl\u00e1nkom R.4412-78 franc\u00fazskeho z\u00e1konn\u00edka pr\u00e1ce v pr\u00edpade kateg\u00f3rie 1A alebo 1B CMR ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>V s\u00falade s \u010dl\u00e1nkom R.4412-29 franc\u00fazskeho z\u00e1konn\u00edka pr\u00e1ce, v pr\u00edpade ACD.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>D\u00f4sledky pre spolo\u010dnos\u0165<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n<p>Zamestn\u00e1vatelia s\u00fa zo z\u00e1kona povinn\u00ed zabezpe\u010di\u0165 zdravie a bezpe\u010dnos\u0165 svojich zamestnancov (\u010dl\u00e1nok L.4121-1 franc\u00fazskeho z\u00e1konn\u00edka pr\u00e1ce). T\u00e1to povinnos\u0165 zah\u0155\u0148a vykon\u00e1vanie prevent\u00edvnych, informa\u010dn\u00fdch a \u0161koliacich opatren\u00ed. V r\u00e1mci toho mus\u00ed zamestn\u00e1vate\u013e pravidelne vykon\u00e1va\u0165 hodnotenie pracovn\u00fdch riz\u00edk na ka\u017edom pracovisku, ktor\u00e9 zah\u0155\u0148a technick\u00e9 kontroly VLEP. Ak zamestn\u00e1vate\u013e nespln\u00ed svoje povinnosti vypl\u00fdvaj\u00face z predpisov o VLEP, m\u00f4\u017ee by\u0165 bran\u00fd na zodpovednos\u0165.   <\/p>\n\n<p>V pr\u00edpade prekro\u010denia povinn\u00e9ho VLEP sa zamestn\u00e1vate\u013e vystavuje trestnopr\u00e1vnej zodpovednosti za :<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Pokuta a\u017e do v\u00fd\u0161ky 10 000 EUR;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Jeden rok od\u0148atia slobody a pokuta 30 000 EUR za opakovan\u00e9 poru\u0161enie<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>Pokuta sa ulo\u017e\u00ed to\u013ekokr\u00e1t, ko\u013eko zamestnancov je postihnut\u00fdch priestupkom (\u010dl\u00e1nok L4741-1 Z\u00e1konn\u00edka pr\u00e1ce). V <strong>pr\u00edpade choroby z povolania alebo pracovn\u00e9ho \u00farazu<\/strong> (ktor\u00fd sa stal alebo m\u00f4\u017ee sta\u0165) je zamestn\u00e1vate\u013e <strong>zodpovedn\u00fd pod\u013ea ob\u010dianskeho pr\u00e1va<\/strong>. V s\u00falade s pravidlami v\u0161eobecn\u00e9ho pr\u00e1va (\u010dl\u00e1nok 1231-1 franc\u00fazskeho ob\u010dianskeho z\u00e1konn\u00edka) mus\u00ed zamestn\u00e1vate\u013e, ktor\u00fd si nespln\u00ed svoju povinnos\u0165 v oblasti bezpe\u010dnosti, <strong>nahradi\u0165 zamestnancovi ak\u00fako\u013evek sp\u00f4soben\u00fa \u0161kodu <\/strong>(vr\u00e1tane \u0161kody sp\u00f4sobenej \u00fazkos\u0165ou). <\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Dodr\u017eiavanie predpisov<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n<p>Na dosiahnutie s\u00faladu s nariadeniami VLEP musia spolo\u010dnosti vykona\u0165 nieko\u013eko krokov. Po prv\u00e9, musia vykona\u0165 <strong>hodnotenie chemick\u00fdch riz\u00edk <\/strong>\u0161pecifick\u00e9 pre ich pracovn\u00e9 prostredie. Potom musia zavies\u0165 <strong>vhodn\u00e9 prevent\u00edvne a kontroln\u00e9 opatrenia,<\/strong> ako napr\u00edklad pou\u017e\u00edvanie n\u00e1hradn\u00fdch l\u00e1tok, vetranie a \u0161kolenie pracovn\u00edkov. Nakoniec je nevyhnutn\u00e9 <strong>vykon\u00e1va\u0165 pravideln\u00e9 audity,<\/strong> aby sa zabezpe\u010dilo trval\u00e9 dodr\u017eiavanie expozi\u010dn\u00fdch limitov a v pr\u00edpade potreby aktualizova\u0165 kontroln\u00e9 opatrenia.   <\/p>\n\n<p>Audity a kontroln\u00e9 procesy zohr\u00e1vaj\u00fa z\u00e1sadn\u00fa \u00falohu pri dodr\u017eiavan\u00ed nariaden\u00ed VLEP. Tieto audity overuj\u00fa vykon\u00e1vanie prevent\u00edvnych opatren\u00ed, monitoruj\u00fa \u00farovne vystavenia, identifikuj\u00fa oblasti, ktor\u00e9 je potrebn\u00e9 zlep\u0161i\u0165, a zabezpe\u010duj\u00fa dodr\u017eiavanie stanoven\u00fdch noriem. Audity m\u00f4\u017eu vykon\u00e1va\u0165 intern\u00e9 alebo extern\u00e9 org\u00e1ny \u0161pecializovan\u00e9 na bezpe\u010dnos\u0165 a ochranu zdravia pri pr\u00e1ci.  <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Zmeny v nariadeniach o VLEP<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p>Predpisy VLEP \u010delia <strong>neust\u00e1lym<\/strong> v\u00fdzvam a <strong>zmen\u00e1m<\/strong>. Technologick\u00fd a vedeck\u00fd pokrok, ako aj nov\u00e9 chemick\u00e9 l\u00e1tky pou\u017e\u00edvan\u00e9 v priemysle si vy\u017eaduj\u00fa pravideln\u00fa aktualiz\u00e1ciu expozi\u010dn\u00fdch limitov a kontroln\u00fdch opatren\u00ed. Pr\u00edslu\u0161n\u00e9 org\u00e1ny musia zosta\u0165 ostra\u017eit\u00e9 a reagova\u0165 na nov\u00e9 v\u00fdzvy v oblasti bezpe\u010dnosti a ochrany zdravia pri pr\u00e1ci.    <\/p>\n\n<p>Na z\u00e1ver mo\u017eno kon\u0161tatova\u0165, \u017ee <strong>predpisy VLEP<\/strong> s\u00fa nevyhnutn\u00e9 na posudzovanie a kontrolu chemick\u00fdch riz\u00edk na pracovisku. Zamestn\u00e1vate\u013eom prin\u00e1\u0161a v\u00fdznamn\u00e9 v\u00fdhody v oblasti zdravia, bezpe\u010dnosti a dobr\u00e9ho mena. Dodr\u017eiavan\u00edm z\u00e1konn\u00fdch povinnost\u00ed a ochranou pracovn\u00edkov m\u00f4\u017eu spolo\u010dnosti zabezpe\u010di\u0165 bezpe\u010dn\u00e9 a zdrav\u00e9 pracovn\u00e9 prostredie.
