Jeho <strong>miner\u00e1lne zl\u00fa\u010deniny <\/strong>s\u00fa : <\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>oxid kobaltnat\u00fd ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>sulfid kobaltnat\u00fd ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>dusi\u010dnan kobaltnat\u00fd ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>s\u00edran kobaltnat\u00fd ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>uhli\u010ditan kobaltnat\u00fd ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>dichlorid kobaltnat\u00fd alebo chlorid kobaltnat\u00fd.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>Tieto <strong>kovy a kovov\u00e9 l\u00e1tky<\/strong> sa pou\u017e\u00edvaj\u00fa najm\u00e4 v t\u00fdchto odvetviach:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>leteck\u00fd priemysel ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>elektronick\u00fd priemysel;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>lodiarsky priemysel ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>metalurgia ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>skl\u00e1rsky a keramick\u00fd priemysel ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>priemysel farieb a lakov at\u010f.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>Kobalt a jeho zl\u00fa\u010deniny sa pou\u017e\u00edvaj\u00fa pri v\u00fdrobe t\u00fdchto v\u00fdrobkov a materi\u00e1lov:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>zliatiny <\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/obera.fr\/conseils\/vlep-chrome-hexavalent-valeurs-limites-exposition-professionnelle-contraignantes\/\" data-type=\"URL\" data-id=\"https:\/\/obera.fr\/conseils\/vlep-chrome-hexavalent-valeurs-limites-exposition-professionnelle-contraignantes\/\">(chr\u00f3m<\/a>, nikel, hlin\u00edk, me\u010f, volfr\u00e1m at\u010f.);<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>diamantov\u00e9 le\u0161tiace kot\u00fa\u010de ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>elektr\u00f3dy pre l\u00edtiov\u00e9 bat\u00e9rie ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>pigmenty ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>hnojiv\u00e1 at\u010f.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">VLEP kobaltu: 8-hodinov\u00e1 limitn\u00e1 hodnota pri pr\u00e1ci a kr\u00e1tkodob\u00e1 VLEP<\/h2>\n\n<p><strong>\u010cl\u00e1nok R. 4412-4 franc\u00fazskeho z\u00e1konn\u00edka pr\u00e1ce<\/strong> definuje limitn\u00e9 hodnoty expoz\u00edcie na pracovisku<a href=\"https:\/\/obera.fr\/sk\/nasa-rada\/reglementation-vlep-evaluation-risque-chimique-lieu-de-travail\/\" data-type=\"URL\" data-id=\"https:\/\/obera.fr\/conseils\/reglementation-vlep-evaluation-risque-chimique-lieu-de-travail\/\">(OELV) pre<\/a> chemick\u00e9 faktory, ako je kobalt a jeho zl\u00fa\u010deniny.<\/p>\n\n<p>Limitn\u00e9 hodnoty vystavenia kobaltu a jeho zl\u00fa\u010den\u00edn pri pr\u00e1ci (okrem kobaltu spojen\u00e9ho s karbidom volfr\u00e1mu) :<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>VLEP-8 h<\/strong> = 0,0025 mg\/m\u00b3 (0,0025 mg\/m\u00b3)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/obera.fr\/sk\/nasa-rada\/valeur-limite-exposition-professionnelle-ou-vlep\/\" data-type=\"post\" data-id=\"1999\">Kr\u00e1tkodob\u00e1 limitn\u00e1 hodnota pre povolanie<\/a> <\/strong>(STELV 15 min) = 0,0125 mg\/m\u00b3 (0,0125 mg\/m\u00b3)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Hodnotenie expoz\u00edcie pracovn\u00edkov kobaltu na pracovisku<\/h2>\n\n<p>Kobalt a jeho zl\u00fa\u010deniny s\u00fa <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/obera.fr\/conseils\/substances-cmr-risque-exposition-au-travail-quelle-reglementation-prevention\/\" data-type=\"URL\" data-id=\"https:\/\/obera.fr\/conseils\/substances-cmr-risque-exposition-au-travail-quelle-reglementation-prevention\/\">chemick\u00e9 l\u00e1tky klasifikovan\u00e9 ako CMR<\/a><\/strong> (karcinog\u00e9nne, mutag\u00e9nne alebo toxick\u00e9 pre reprodukciu). Ako tak\u00e9 podliehaj\u00fa <strong>ka\u017edoro\u010dnej kontrole akreditovan\u00fdm org\u00e1nom COFRAC<\/strong>: <\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>aspo\u0148 raz ro\u010dne;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>ke\u010f nastane zmena, ktor\u00e1 m\u00f4\u017ee ma\u0165 vplyv na expoz\u00edciu pracovn\u00edkov.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>VLEP pre kobalt a jeho zl\u00fa\u010deniny sa pou\u017e\u00edva ako <strong>referen\u010dn\u00e1 hodnota pri posudzovan\u00ed expoz\u00edcie <\/strong>pracovn\u00edkov zne\u010dis\u0165uj\u00facim l\u00e1tkam na pracovisku. Merania koncentr\u00e1cie zne\u010dis\u0165uj\u00facich l\u00e1tok v ovzdu\u0161\u00ed na pracovisk\u00e1ch umo\u017e\u0148uj\u00fa ur\u010di\u0165 <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/obera.fr\/sk\/nasa-rada\/ake-su-rizika-nedodrziavania-vlep\/\" data-type=\"post\" data-id=\"1816\">opatrenia na prevenciu riz\u00edk<\/a><\/strong> ktor\u00e9 sa maj\u00fa zavies\u0165. <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Klasifik\u00e1cia a ozna\u010dovanie kobaltu pod\u013ea nariadenia CLP<\/h2>\n\n<p>Pod\u013ea <strong>nariadenia CLP<\/strong> sa <strong>kobalt <\/strong>a jeho zl\u00fa\u010deniny (oxid kobaltnat\u00fd, sulfid kobaltnat\u00fd, dichlorid kobaltnat\u00fd, s\u00edran kobaltnat\u00fd, dusi\u010dnan kobaltnat\u00fd a uhli\u010ditan kobaltnat\u00fd) <strong>klasifikuj\u00fa a ozna\u010duj\u00fa <\/strong>takto:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>respira\u010dn\u00e1 a ko\u017en\u00e1 senzibiliz\u00e1cia ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>ak\u00fatna inhala\u010dn\u00e1 toxicita ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>karcinogenita (rakovina pri vd\u00fdchnut\u00ed) ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>mutagenita ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>reproduk\u010dn\u00e1 toxicita ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>chronickej toxicity pre vodn\u00e9 prostredie.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">V ak\u00fdch form\u00e1ch sa kobalt vyskytuje a ako sa s n\u00edm zaobch\u00e1dza?<\/h2>\n\n<p>Kobalt sa zvy\u010dajne nach\u00e1dza vo forme prachu alebo je obsiahnut\u00fd v rezn\u00fdch olejoch. T\u00e1to zne\u010dis\u0165uj\u00faca l\u00e1tka vznik\u00e1 pri obr\u00e1ban\u00ed, v\u00fdrobe, tvarovan\u00ed alebo op\u00e4tovnom opracovan\u00ed materi\u00e1lov obsahuj\u00facich alebo potiahnut\u00fdch kobaltom. <\/p>\n\n<p>Kobalt vo forme <a href=\"https:\/\/obera.fr\/sk\/nasa-rada\/vlep-filtration-de-poussiere-reglementation\/\" data-type=\"URL\" data-id=\"https:\/\/obera.fr\/conseils\/vlep-filtration-de-poussiere-reglementation\/\">prachu<\/a> sa sprac\u00fava pomocou filtrov pevn\u00fdch \u010dast\u00edc triedy H a\/alebo HEPA H13 alebo H14.  <\/p>\n\n<p>V\u0161etky na\u0161e <a href=\"https:\/\/obera.fr\/sk\/produits\/depoussiereurs-industriels\/\" data-type=\"page\" data-id=\"31\">rie\u0161enia na o\u0161etrenie VOC n\u00e1jdete na na\u0161ej webovej str\u00e1nke<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n<p>Ak je kobalt rozpusten\u00fd v hmle rezn\u00e9ho oleja, mali by sa pou\u017e\u00edva\u0165 filtre olejovej hmly vybaven\u00e9 vysoko\u00fa\u010dinn\u00fdmi filtrami HEPA H13 alebo H14.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>\u010cl\u00e1nok R. 4412-4 franc\u00fazskeho z\u00e1konn\u00edka pr\u00e1ce definuje limitn\u00e9 hodnoty expoz\u00edcie na pracovisku (OELV) pre chemick\u00e9 faktory, ako je kobalt a jeho zl\u00fa\u010deniny.
