BTEX sa pou\u017e\u00edvaj\u00fa pri v\u00fdrobe t\u00fdchto produktov a materi\u00e1lov: <\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>plast ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>syntetick\u00fd kau\u010duk;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>paliv\u00e1 (bezolovnat\u00fd benz\u00edn) ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>pr\u00eddavn\u00e9 l\u00e1tky v potravin\u00e1ch ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>lieky ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>parfum ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>farby ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>rozp\u00fa\u0161\u0165adl\u00e1 ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>detergenty ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>pestic\u00eddy at\u010f.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>BTEX sa pou\u017e\u00edvaj\u00fa najm\u00e4 v t\u00fdchto odvetviach:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>petrochemick\u00fd priemysel ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>kozmetick\u00fd priemysel;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>farmakochemick\u00fd priemysel;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Gar\u00e1\u017ee pre aut\u00e1 ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u010derpacie stanice at\u010f.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">VLEP BTEX: 8-hodinov\u00e1 a kr\u00e1tkodob\u00e1 limitn\u00e1 hodnota pri pr\u00e1ci<\/h2>\n\n<p><strong>Benz\u00e9n, tolu\u00e9n, etylbenz\u00e9n a xyl\u00e9ny<\/strong> s\u00fa chemick\u00e9 zl\u00fa\u010deniny <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/obera.fr\/conseils\/substances-cmr-risque-exposition-au-travail-quelle-reglementation-prevention\/\" data-type=\"URL\" data-id=\"https:\/\/obera.fr\/conseils\/substances-cmr-risque-exposition-au-travail-quelle-reglementation-prevention\/\">klasifikovan\u00e9 ako CMR<\/a><\/strong> (karcinog\u00e9nne, mutag\u00e9nne alebo toxick\u00e9 pre reprodukciu). BTEX predstavuj\u00fa <strong>riziko pre zdravie a bezpe\u010dnos\u0165 pracovn\u00edkov<\/strong>. Tu je ich zoznam: <\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>vysoko hor\u013eav\u00e1 kvapalina a para ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>pri po\u017eit\u00ed alebo vniknut\u00ed do d\u00fdchac\u00edch ciest m\u00f4\u017ee by\u0165 smrte\u013en\u00fd;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>v\u00e1\u017ene rizik\u00e1 pre org\u00e1ny v d\u00f4sledku opakovanej alebo dlhodobej expoz\u00edcie ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>podr\u00e1\u017edenie poko\u017eky ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>ospalos\u0165 alebo z\u00e1vraty.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>Vyhl\u00e1\u0161ka \u010d. 2019-1487 z 27. decembra 2019 stanovuje <strong>z\u00e1v\u00e4zn\u00e9 OELV pre BTEX<\/strong>. Limitn\u00e9 hodnoty expoz\u00edcie na pracovisku pre tieto uh\u013eovod\u00edky s\u00fa vyjadren\u00e9 : <\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>v hmotnosti, t. j. v mg\/m\u00b3 ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>v objemov\u00fdch percent\u00e1ch, t. j. v ppm alebo \u010dasticiach na mili\u00f3n pre plyny a pary.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Limitn\u00e9 hodnoty expoz\u00edcie benz\u00e9nu pri pr\u00e1ci<\/strong> VLEP-8h = 3,25 mg\/m\u00b3 alebo 1 ppm.  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Limitn\u00e9 hodnoty expoz\u00edcie tolu\u00e9nu pri pr\u00e1ci<\/strong> (VLEP-8h) = 76,8 mg\/m\u00b3 alebo 20 ppm; kr\u00e1tkodob\u00e1 VLEP (VLCT 15 mn) = 384 mg\/m\u00b3 alebo 100 ppm.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Limitn\u00e9 hodnoty expoz\u00edcie etylbenz\u00e9nu pri pr\u00e1ci <\/strong>OEL-8h = 88,4 mg\/m\u00b3 alebo 20 ppm; kr\u00e1tkodob\u00e1 OEL (OEL-15 min) = 442 mg\/m\u00b3 alebo 100 ppm.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Limitn\u00e9 hodnoty expoz\u00edcie xyl\u00e9nu pri pr\u00e1ci<\/strong> OEL-8h = 221 mg\/m\u00b3 alebo 50 ppm; kr\u00e1tkodob\u00e1 OEL (STEL 15 min) = 442 mg\/m\u00b3 alebo 100 ppm.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">VLEP BTEX: obmedzuj\u00face limitn\u00e9 hodnoty vystavenia pri pr\u00e1ci<\/h2>\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/obera.fr\/sk\/nasa-rada\/reglementation-vlep-evaluation-risque-chimique-lieu-de-travail\/\" data-type=\"URL\" data-id=\"https:\/\/obera.fr\/conseils\/reglementation-vlep-evaluation-risque-chimique-lieu-de-travail\/\">TLV pre<\/a> BTEX, rovnako ako ve\u013ek\u00e1 \u010das\u0165 povinn\u00fdch TLV, s\u00fa stanoven\u00e9 v<strong>\u010dl\u00e1nku R. 4412-149 franc\u00fazskeho z\u00e1konn\u00edka pr\u00e1ce<\/strong>. Tieto hodnoty predstavuj\u00fa prahov\u00e9 hodnoty <strong>priemernej koncentr\u00e1cie chemick\u00fdch zl\u00fa\u010den\u00edn, ktor\u00e9 sa nesm\u00fa prekro\u010di\u0165<\/strong> v ovzdu\u0161\u00ed na pracovisku.   <\/p>\n\n<p>V r\u00e1mci <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/obera.fr\/sk\/nasa-rada\/ake-su-rizika-nedodrziavania-vlep\/\" data-type=\"post\" data-id=\"1816\">prevencie riz\u00edk<\/a><\/strong>V r\u00e1mci prevencie riz\u00edk s\u00fa spolo\u010dnosti povinn\u00e9 vykon\u00e1va\u0165 <strong>ka\u017edoro\u010dn\u00e9 kontroly \u00farovne VLEP, ktor\u00e9 vykon\u00e1va akreditovan\u00fd org\u00e1n COFRAC<\/strong>.
