S\u00fa definovan\u00e9 v<strong>\u010dl\u00e1nku R. 4412-149<\/strong> ako<strong>priemern\u00e1 koncentr\u00e1cia chemickej l\u00e1tky, ktor\u00e1 sa nesmie prekro\u010di\u0165<\/strong>: <\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>na pracovisku;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>v d\u00fdchacej z\u00f3ne zamestnancov.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>Bez oh\u013eadu na to, \u010di s\u00fa <strong>orienta\u010dn\u00e9<\/strong> alebo <strong>z\u00e1v\u00e4zn\u00e9<\/strong>, VLEP od spolo\u010dnost\u00ed vy\u017eaduje, aby tieto hodnoty <strong>ka\u017edoro\u010dne kontroloval <\/strong> <strong>akreditovan\u00fd org\u00e1n COFRAC<\/strong>.
