Vendar pa z \u017eivljenjem v onesna\u017eenem ozra\u010dju nevede vsrkate veliko koli\u010dino \u0161kodljivih delcev. <\/p>\n\n<p>Prah je \u0161kodljiv \u017ee zaradi svoje narave, pa tudi zaradi svoje <a href=\"https:\/\/obera.fr\/sl\/nas-nasvet\/facteurs-de-risque\/\" data-type=\"post\" data-id=\"1837\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">biolo\u0161ke obstojnosti<\/a>. Poleg tega se delci pogosto zdru\u017eujejo s kemi\u010dnimi onesna\u017eevali. Ti se zadr\u017eujejo v telesu in lahko potencialno prehajajo skozi alveolarne sluznice v krvni obtok.  <\/p>\n\n<p>Prah je sestavljen iz fizikalnih, kemi\u010dnih in biolo\u0161kih onesna\u017eeval. Najbolj znan je plju\u010dni rak pri delavcih, ki so v stiku z azbestom. <\/p>\n\n<p>Tveganje za telo je odvisno od pogostosti izpostavljenosti, koli\u010dine vdihanih delcev in vrste delcev.<\/p>\n\n<p>Na splo\u0161no velja, da \u010de je raven prahu PM 2,5 visoka, lahko vsaka vrsta delcev povzro\u010di raka.
