Ker so bili operaterji pogosto mobilni in v zraku, so \u017ee imeli sesalne svetilke. Nato smo jim dodali mo\u010d naprave ePur100, da bi zajeli preostanek varilnih hlapov v okolju. Povratne informacije operaterjev so bile zadovoljive, saj jim ni ve\u010d treba skrbeti za zdravstvene te\u017eave. <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Kaj morate vedeti o varilnih plinih<\/h2>\n\n<p>Hlapi iz varjenja kovin so lahko nevarni za zdravje izvajalcev in povzro\u010dajo poklicne bolezni, odvisno od njihove sestave, koncentracije in trajanja izpostavljenosti. Ti nastanejo s segrevanjem robov razli\u010dnih kovin na temperaturo taljenja s pomo\u010djo vira energije. Me\u0161anica osnovne kovine in dodajne kovine se razred\u010di, da nastane zvarna kroglica ali spoj. Zato je pred sprejetjem kakr\u0161nih koli preventivnih ukrepov bistvenega pomena analiza delovnih mest izvajalcev. Cilj je zbrati \u010dim ve\u010d pomembnih dejavnikov, da se opredelijo ukrepi, ki jih je treba sprejeti. Podro\u010dja, ki jih je treba analizirati, so varilne tehnike in uporabljeni parametri, obdelovanci, delovna mesta operaterjev, pisarne in organizacija pretoka materiala v delavnicah.   <\/p>\n\n<p>Za zmanj\u0161anje koli\u010dine varilnega dima je mogo\u010de uporabiti ve\u010d preventivnih re\u0161itev, kot sta <strong>zajemanje varilnega dima pri viru in splo\u0161no prezra\u010devanje<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n<p>Zbiranje varilnega dima pri viru je najvarnej\u0161a re\u0161itev za izvajalce. Tako se zajame izlo\u010deni dim in za\u0161\u010diti operaterje pred tveganjem vdihavanja prahu in delcev. Lokalno odsesavanje ohranja onesna\u017eevalce na najni\u017ejem mo\u017enem volumskem dele\u017eu in po filtriranju odvaja onesna\u017eevalce iz delavnice. Lokalno odsesavanje zajame spro\u0161\u010dena onesna\u017eevala, preden pridejo v stik z upravljavci in njihovimi dihalnimi potmi in\/ali se raz\u0161irijo po delavnici.
