Je brezbarvna teko\u010dina z visoko hlapnostjo in ostrim vonjem, ki spominja na aceton. Njegova formula CH\u2083\u2013CO\u2013CH\u2082\u2013CH\u2083 uvr\u0161\u010da MEK med lahke ketone, ki so zelo topni v vodi (pribli\u017eno 275 g\/L) in se me\u0161ajo z ve\u010dino organskih topil (etanol, eter itd.).  <\/p>\n\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p>Zaradi te sposobnosti <strong>raztapljanja \u0161tevilnih organskih snovi<\/strong> je \u0161e posebej u\u010dinkovit kot industrijsko razred\u010dilo\/topilo. Konkretno ga uporabljamo za: <\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>formulacijo <strong>barv, lakov in gelcoatov<\/strong> (deluje kot razred\u010dilo za pospe\u0161itev su\u0161enja);<br\/><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>izdelavo <strong>lepih, lepil in tiskarskih \u010drnil<\/strong>, kjer izbolj\u0161uje viskoznost in nanos izdelkov;<br\/><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>kemijsko sintezo (vmesni produkt za proizvodnjo <strong>smol, polimerov, farmacevtskih izdelkov<\/strong> itd.);<br\/><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>\u010di\u0161\u010denje in razma\u0161\u010devanje<\/strong> povr\u0161in (na primer v avtomobilskih ali letalskih tovarnah) zaradi svoje mo\u010dne razma\u0161\u010devalne sposobnosti.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>MEK najdemo tudi v <strong>razred\u010dilih za gelcoat<\/strong>, ki se uporabljajo v navtiki in pri izdelavi kompozitov (steklena vlakna, poliester), kjer ta izdelek omogo\u010da prilagoditev viskoznosti gelcoata za laminiranje.<\/p>\n\n<p>Njegova vsestranskost kot Dolgotrajna izpostavljenost tem hlapom lahko vpliva na zdravje (\u017eiv\u010dni sistem, dra\u017eenje o\u010di, te\u017eave z dihanjem). <\/p>\n\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n<div class=\"gb-grid-column gb-grid-column-dae781da\"><div class=\"gb-container gb-container-dae781da\">\n\n<h3 class=\"gb-headline gb-headline-4c399448 gb-headline-text\">Fini delci<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>\u010ce se MEK razpr\u0161i (na primer pri zra\u010dnem barvanju), lahko ustvari aerosole ali zelo fine delce.<\/p>\n\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n<div class=\"gb-grid-column gb-grid-column-8929a807\"><div class=\"gb-container gb-container-8929a807\">\n\n<h3 class=\"gb-headline gb-headline-516cb1f5 gb-headline-text\">Vnetljivi hlapi<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>MEK je zelo hlapen in vnetljiv. Njegovi hlapi, pome\u0161ani z zrakom, lahko tvorijo eksplozivne atmosfere. <\/p>\n\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p>MEK prispeva k onesna\u017eevanju zunanjega zraka v obliki hlapov HOS. Pri ljudeh lahko <strong>izpostavljenost<\/strong> tem hlapom povzro\u010di dra\u017eenje (o\u010di, ko\u017ea, dihalne poti) in motnje \u017eiv\u010dnega sistema (glavoboli, vrtoglavica). Njegovo zelo nizko plameni\u0161\u010de (pribli\u017eno \u20139\u00b0C) in meje eksplozivnosti (1,5\u201311,5 vol. %) ka\u017eejo na resni\u010dno nevarnost po\u017eara ali eksplozije, \u010de se hlapi kopi\u010dijo. <\/p>\n\n<p>Vsak odprt plamen ali iskra (npr. varjenje, elektri\u010dna iskra, cigarete) lahko vname me\u0161anico zraka in MEK. Ta mobilni ali fiksni sesalnik omogo\u010da <strong>lokalno odsesavanje<\/strong> hlapov MEK neposredno na izhodu operacije (barvanje, lepljenje, \u010di\u0161\u010denje), preden se raz\u0161irijo po delavnici.  <\/p>\n\n<p>Na\u0161i nasveti:<br\/><\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Odsesava dim\/topila \u010dim bli\u017eje viru, s \u010dimer prepre\u010duje razpr\u0161itev v zrak.<br\/><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Vklju\u010duje ATEX filtracijo z aktivnim ogljem, posebej kalibrirano za topila, kot je MEK.<br\/><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Upo\u0161teva varnostne standarde ATEX in \u010disti zrak brez ustvarjanja isker, kar zmanj\u0161uje tveganje za eksplozijo.<br\/><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Obdelava v okolju<\/h3>\n\n<p>Kadar je odsesavanje pri viru nepopolno, pride v po\u0161tev <strong>\u010distilec zraka ePUR50<\/strong>. Ta fiksni sistem obdeluje zrak v delavnici ali kabini: <\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Odsesava zunanji zrak in <strong>zajema HOS<\/strong> (vklju\u010dno z MEK) preko filtra z aktivnim ogljem.<br\/><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Nevtralizira hlape<\/strong> MEK, s \u010dimer hitro zni\u017ea atmosfersko koncentracijo HOS.<br\/><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tako prispeva k <strong>zagotavljanju zdravega zraka v prostoru<\/strong>, \u0161\u010diti operaterje pred dolgotrajnim vdihavanjem topil in zmanj\u0161uje tveganje za eksplozivne atmosfere.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>Zagotavljamo, da vsako re\u0161itev prilagodimo potrebam na\u0161ih strank (sesalna mo\u010d, filtracijska zmogljivost, lokacija).
