Nd\u00ebr k\u00ebto produkte t\u00eb p\u00ebrdorura ose t\u00eb prodhuara nga industria, tret\u00ebsit l\u00ebshojn\u00eb ve\u00e7an\u00ebrisht avuj dhe aerosole t\u00eb p\u00ebrb\u00ebra nga VOC.  <\/p>\n\n<p>T\u00eb past\u00ebr, ose t\u00eb p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb n\u00eb formulimin e produkteve, k\u00ebta tret\u00ebs p\u00ebrdoren n\u00eb procese t\u00eb ndryshme industriale dhe n\u00eb operacione t\u00eb mir\u00ebmbajtjes, pastrimit dhe servisimit. Ata <strong>impregnojn\u00eb mbetjet q\u00eb rezultojn\u00eb<\/strong> , duke ndotur aksesor\u00ebt dhe pajisjet e p\u00ebrdorura.   <\/p>\n\n<p>N\u00eb fakt, \u00e7do p\u00ebrdorim i tret\u00ebsve ndot ajrin e ambientit duke emetuar VOC. Megjithat\u00eb, tret\u00ebsit shpesh gjenerojn\u00eb <strong>efekte toksike<\/strong> dhe ndizen leht\u00ebsisht. Prandaj, kjo paraqet rreziqe, si p\u00ebr sh\u00ebndetin dhe sigurin\u00eb e pun\u00ebtor\u00ebve, ashtu edhe p\u00ebr mjedisin; me pasoja ekonomike dhe juridike.    <\/p>\n\n<p>P\u00ebr t\u00eb parandaluar k\u00ebto rreziqe, <strong>rregulloret k\u00ebrkojn\u00eb vlera kufi p\u00ebr p\u00ebrqendrimin e VOC<\/strong> n\u00eb aj\u00ebr. P\u00ebr t\u00eb p\u00ebrmbushur k\u00ebt\u00eb detyrim, nj\u00eb zgjidhje \u00ebsht\u00eb nxjerrja efektive e atmosfer\u00ebs s\u00eb kontaminuar nga avujt e tret\u00ebsit dhe m\u00eb pas trajtimi i saj duke p\u00ebrdorur nj\u00eb pajisje t\u00eb specializuar filtrimi.   <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Kategorit\u00eb e tret\u00ebsve<\/h2>\n\n<p>Dallojm\u00eb:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Tret\u00ebs organik\u00eb<\/strong> q\u00eb l\u00ebshojn\u00eb komponime organike t\u00eb paq\u00ebndrueshme.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Tret\u00ebsira ujore acidike ose bazike<\/strong> . Ata l\u00ebshojn\u00eb avuj acidik\u00eb ose bazik\u00eb, dhe VOC (acide organike) <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Produkte detergjente<\/strong> q\u00eb l\u00ebshojn\u00eb avuj acidik\u00eb ose bazik\u00eb dhe VOC n\u00ebse p\u00ebrmbajn\u00eb agjent\u00eb tret\u00ebs (alkoole, glikol eter, etj.), parfume, ngjyra<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Tret\u00ebsira ujore mikrobiologjike<\/strong> q\u00eb l\u00ebshojn\u00eb aerosole biologjike<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Rreziqet e tret\u00ebsve dhe ndikimi i tyre<\/h2>\n\n<p>Tret\u00ebsit paraqesin rreziqe p\u00ebr sh\u00ebndetin e njeriut, <strong>rreziqe zjarri dhe shp\u00ebrthimi<\/strong> (rreziku ATEX) dhe rreziqe p\u00ebr mjedisin.<\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Rreziqet sh\u00ebndet\u00ebsore t\u00eb shkaktuara nga tret\u00ebsit dhe avujt e tyre<\/h3>\n\n<p>Kur nj\u00eb njeri \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00eb prani t\u00eb tret\u00ebsve dhe avujve t\u00eb tyre, ai \u00ebsht\u00eb i ekspozuar ndaj:  <\/p>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image alignright size-full is-resized\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"712\" height=\"478\" src=\"https:\/\/obera.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/09\/toxique-1.png\" alt=\"Kimisti me pallto t&#xEB; bardh&#xEB; dhe dorez&#xEB; blu q&#xEB; paraqet nj&#xEB; substanc&#xEB; kimike blu n&#xEB; nj&#xEB; shishe\" class=\"wp-image-33941\" style=\"width:500px\" srcset=\"https:\/\/obera.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/09\/toxique-1.png 712w, https:\/\/obera.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/09\/toxique-1-300x201.png 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 712px) 100vw, 712px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>rreziqet toksike<\/strong> (ve\u00e7an\u00ebrisht tret\u00ebsit organik\u00eb),  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>rreziqet e g\u00ebrryerjes<\/strong> (tret\u00ebsirat ujore acide dhe bazike),  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>rreziqet biologjike<\/strong> (tret\u00ebsirat ujore mikrobiologjike).  <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>Sulmet ndodhin p\u00ebrmes:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>pulmonare<\/strong> (dep\u00ebrtimi me an\u00eb t\u00eb thithjes s\u00eb avujve ose aerosoleve),  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>l\u00ebkurore<\/strong> (kontakti me tret\u00ebsin),  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>ndihmon tretjen e ushqimit<\/strong> (p\u00ebr shembull, ushqimet ose pijet e ndotura nga tret\u00ebsit me an\u00eb t\u00eb duarve).  <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>M\u00eb pas mund t\u00eb d\u00ebmtohen organet e tjera: zemra, truri, m\u00ebl\u00e7ia, veshkat&#8230; Efektet mund t\u00eb rezultojn\u00eb n\u00eb simptoma t\u00eb lehta dhe t\u00eb kthyeshme (dhimbje koke, vjellje, acarim, etj.) dhe simptoma ose s\u00ebmundje serioze (humbje e vet\u00ebdijes, cirroz\u00eb, kancer, mutacion qelizor, probleme riprodhuese, etj.).  <\/p>\n\n<p>Shkalla e efekteve varet nga  <\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>toksiciteti i substancave kimike<\/strong> q\u00eb p\u00ebrb\u00ebjn\u00eb tret\u00ebsin,  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>rruga e hyrjes<\/strong> n\u00eb trupin e njeriut,  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>doza e marr\u00eb<\/strong> n\u00eb \u00e7do ekspozim nga pun\u00ebtori,  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>frekuenca e ekspozimit<\/strong> ndaj tret\u00ebsit,  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>sforcimi fizik q\u00eb punonj\u00ebsi b\u00ebn n\u00eb momentin e <strong>ekspozimit me frym\u00ebmarrje<\/strong> , reagimi i tij biologjik ndaj ekspozimit t\u00eb lidhur me trash\u00ebgimin\u00eb e tij gjenetike, gjendja sh\u00ebndet\u00ebsore e punonj\u00ebsit t\u00eb ekspozuar, mjedisi i tij dhe m\u00ebnyra e jetes\u00ebs s\u00eb tij&#8230;  <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>Shumica e helmimeve ndodhin p\u00ebrmes thithjes s\u00eb avujve t\u00eb tret\u00ebsit ose aerosoleve. Nj\u00eb temperatur\u00eb e lart\u00eb e tret\u00ebsit ose e dhom\u00ebs, nj\u00eb <strong>sip\u00ebrfaqe e madhe e avullimit t\u00eb tret\u00ebsit<\/strong> dhe nj\u00eb rrym\u00eb ajri nxisin dep\u00ebrtimin p\u00ebrmes rrug\u00ebs pulmonare.   <\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Rreziku i siguris\u00eb i shkaktuar nga tret\u00ebsit dhe avujt e tyre.<\/h3>\n\n<p>Shumica e tret\u00ebsve organik\u00eb ndizen. Megjith\u00ebse ato nuk jan\u00eb drejtp\u00ebrdrejt shp\u00ebrthyese, kushtet e p\u00ebrdorimit t\u00eb tyre \u00e7ojn\u00eb n\u00eb nj\u00eb <strong>atmosfer\u00eb shp\u00ebrthyese (ATEX)<\/strong> . Rreziku i siguris\u00eb varet nga karakteristikat fiziko-kimike t\u00eb secilit tret\u00ebs: pika e ndezjes, temperatura e autondezjes, diapazoni i eksploziv\u00ebve, densiteti i avullit; dhe burimet e ndezjes s\u00eb avujve t\u00eb tret\u00ebsit: flaka, sip\u00ebrfaqja e nxeht\u00eb, elektriciteti statik, etj. Zjarret dhe shp\u00ebrthimet <strong>prodhojn\u00eb efekte fizike dhe kimike<\/strong> mbi pun\u00ebtor\u00ebt dhe banor\u00ebt lokal\u00eb, nd\u00ebrtesat, <a href=\"https:\/\/obera.fr\/sq\/keshilla-jone\/voc-ne-proceset-industriale-cfare-strategjie-zbutese\/\">mjedisin natyror t\u00eb nj\u00eb zone industriale<\/a> dhe rrethinat e saj.   <\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Rreziku mjedisor lidhur me tret\u00ebsit dhe avujt e emetuar.<\/h3>\n\n<p>Emetimi i avujve t\u00eb tret\u00ebsit dhe shkarkimi i <strong>tret\u00ebsve t\u00eb l\u00ebngsh\u00ebm shkaktojn\u00eb ndotje t\u00eb drejtp\u00ebrdrejt\u00eb<\/strong> t\u00eb ajrit, ujit dhe tok\u00ebs. Por edhe ndotja indirekte e k\u00ebtyre 3 ndarjeve ekologjike n\u00ebp\u00ebrmjet   <\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>rreshjet atmosferike,  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>avullimi i tret\u00ebsve t\u00eb zhytur n\u00eb tok\u00eb dhe uj\u00eb,  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>nga zb\u00ebrthimi i tret\u00ebsve n\u00eb substanca m\u00eb t\u00eb rrezikshme<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>t\u00eb p\u00ebrthithjes s\u00eb tret\u00ebsve nga qeniet e gjalla dhe bioakumulimit t\u00eb tyre.  <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p><strong>Ndotja me tret\u00ebs<\/strong> prek drejtp\u00ebrdrejt njer\u00ebzit, faun\u00ebn dhe flor\u00ebn. Shkarkimet nga nj\u00eb zon\u00eb industriale kan\u00eb pasoja indirekte t\u00eb pranis\u00eb s\u00eb tret\u00ebsit n\u00eb ujin e pijsh\u00ebm, bim\u00ebt dhe peshqit. <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Cilat rregulla ndikojn\u00eb n\u00eb p\u00ebrdorimin e tret\u00ebsve?<\/h2>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Kodi i Pun\u00ebs p\u00ebr t\u00eb parandaluar rreziqet q\u00eb lidhen me tret\u00ebsit n\u00eb vendin e pun\u00ebs<\/h3>\n\n<p>P\u00ebrdorimi i tret\u00ebsve ka t\u00eb b\u00ebj\u00eb me <strong>shum\u00eb aspekte t\u00eb Kodit t\u00eb Pun\u00ebs<\/strong> , ve\u00e7an\u00ebrisht nenet q\u00eb kan\u00eb t\u00eb b\u00ebjn\u00eb me sh\u00ebndetin dhe sigurin\u00eb n\u00eb pun\u00eb. Kodi i Pun\u00ebs trajton detyrimet e pun\u00ebdh\u00ebn\u00ebsit n\u00eb lidhje me   <\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>p\u00ebr <strong>kapjen e emetimeve n\u00eb stacionin e pun\u00ebs<\/strong> , ve\u00e7an\u00ebrisht ato t\u00eb avujve dhe aerosoleve<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>p\u00ebr parandalimin e rreziqeve nga zjarri dhe shp\u00ebrthimi (rreziku ATEX) kur p\u00ebrdoren tret\u00ebs,  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>n\u00eb <strong>p\u00ebrputhje me pajisjet q\u00eb pajisin ambientet e pun\u00ebs<\/strong> duke p\u00ebrdorur ose trajtuar tret\u00ebs ose avujt e tyre,  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>p\u00ebr <strong>parandalimin e rreziqeve kimike, CMR ose biologjike<\/strong> t\u00eb shkaktuara n\u00eb ve\u00e7anti nga p\u00ebrb\u00ebrjet kimike t\u00eb tret\u00ebsve&#8230;  <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Kodi Mjedisor p\u00ebr efektet e \u00e7lirimit t\u00eb VOC nga tret\u00ebsit<\/h3>\n\n<p>Kodi i Mjedisit merret me parandalimin e ndotjes nga shkarkimet e zakonshme (t\u00eb p\u00ebrhapura dhe t\u00eb kanalizuara) ose aksidentale t\u00eb tret\u00ebsve n\u00eb mjedis. Ai vendos vlerat kufitare t\u00eb emetimeve (ELV) n\u00eb mjedis p\u00ebr \u00e7do VOC nga tret\u00ebsit. N\u00ebse konsumi i tret\u00ebsve kalon nj\u00eb prag t\u00eb caktuar, t\u00eb p\u00ebrcaktuar sipas aktivitetit, at\u00ebher\u00eb shoq\u00ebria ndjek rregulloret e <strong>Instalimeve t\u00eb Klasifikuara p\u00ebr Mbrojtjen e Mjedisit (ICPE)<\/strong> . Kodi i Mjedisit rregullon gjithashtu trajtimin e mbetjeve t\u00eb lidhura me p\u00ebrdorimin e tret\u00ebsve.   <\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Kodi i Sh\u00ebndetit Publik p\u00ebr efektet e emanimeve t\u00eb tret\u00ebsve n\u00eb popullat\u00eb<\/h3>\n\n<p>Kodi i Sh\u00ebndetit Publik fokusohet n\u00eb ndikimet sh\u00ebndet\u00ebsore t\u00eb p\u00ebrdorimit dhe emetimeve t\u00eb <strong>tret\u00ebsve n\u00eb popullat\u00eb<\/strong> , ve\u00e7an\u00ebrisht gjat\u00eb aktiviteteve q\u00eb nuk klasifikohen si ICPE, n\u00eb ujin e pijsh\u00ebm, n\u00eb uj\u00ebrat e zeza, etj.<\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Kodi i Sigurimeve Shoq\u00ebrore p\u00ebr s\u00ebmundjet profesionale t\u00eb lidhura me p\u00ebrdorimin e tret\u00ebsve<\/h3>\n\n<p>Kodi i Sigurimeve Shoq\u00ebrore ka t\u00eb b\u00ebj\u00eb me p\u00ebrdorimin e tret\u00ebsve q\u00eb mund t\u00eb shkaktojn\u00eb s\u00ebmundje profesionale dhe kontributet q\u00eb rezultojn\u00eb. Ai p\u00ebrcakton detyrimet e informacionit t\u00eb pun\u00ebdh\u00ebn\u00ebsit <strong>n\u00eb lidhje me organizatat e ndryshme t\u00eb sigurimeve shoq\u00ebrore<\/strong> (sigurimet sh\u00ebndet\u00ebsore, fondi i pensioneve, etj.) <\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Rregulloret ADR p\u00ebr logjistik\u00ebn tret\u00ebs n\u00eb vendin industrial<\/h3>\n\n<p>Marr\u00ebveshja Evropiane p\u00ebr Transportin Rrugor t\u00eb Mallrave t\u00eb Rrezikshme (ADR) i konsideron tret\u00ebsit n\u00eb m\u00eb shum\u00eb se nj\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb: p\u00ebrputhshm\u00ebrin\u00eb e paketimit t\u00eb tret\u00ebsit me transportin (nga kazani n\u00eb rezervuar), kushtet specifike p\u00ebr <strong>trajtimin e tret\u00ebsve gjat\u00eb shkarkimit dhe ngarkimit n\u00eb vendet industriale.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Teknika t\u00eb ndryshme p\u00ebr nxjerrjen e avujve t\u00eb tret\u00ebsit ose aerosoleve.<\/h2>\n\n<p>Reduktimi i ekspozimit t\u00eb inhalimit t\u00eb njer\u00ebzve t\u00eb pranish\u00ebm n\u00eb zon\u00ebn industriale k\u00ebrkon kapjen e VOC-ve dhe aerosol\u00ebve tret\u00ebs p\u00ebr t\u00eb pastruar <a href=\"https:\/\/obera.fr\/sq\/keshilla-jone\/cilat-burime-te-voc-ve-kontribuojne-ne-cilesine-e-dobet-te-ajrit-ne-nje-zone-industriale\/\">ajrin e ambientit<\/a> . Ne do t&#8217;i japim p\u00ebrpar\u00ebsi kapjes n\u00eb burim p\u00ebr t\u00eb reduktuar <strong>sa m\u00eb shum\u00eb q\u00eb t\u00eb jet\u00eb e mundur emetimet e tret\u00ebsve p\u00ebr \u00e7do stacion pune<\/strong> . Dhe VOC-t\u00eb e mbetura do t\u00eb kapen nga nj\u00eb aspirat\u00eb e p\u00ebrgjithshme e atmosfer\u00ebs s\u00eb dhom\u00ebs, s\u00eb cil\u00ebs do t&#8217;i shoq\u00ebrojm\u00eb nj\u00eb ventilim kompensues.    <\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Kriteret p\u00ebr zgjedhjen e teknik\u00ebs p\u00ebr kapjen e emetimeve t\u00eb tret\u00ebsve<\/h3>\n\n<p>Zgjedhja e teknik\u00ebs s\u00eb kapjes varet nga:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>kufizimet e procesit,  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>t\u00eb detyr\u00ebs s\u00eb operatorit,  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>t\u00eb sip\u00ebrfaqes dhe shkall\u00ebs s\u00eb avullimit t\u00eb VOC, t\u00eb densitetit n\u00eb raport me ajrin e VOC t\u00eb emetuar.  <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>P\u00ebr t\u00eb kapur n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb efektive emanacionet ne do t\u00eb synojm\u00eb:  <\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>af\u00ebrsia maksimale e pajisjes<\/strong> me burimin e emetimit,  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>kapsulimi total i zon\u00ebs s\u00eb shkarkimit dhe shp\u00ebrndarja uniforme e rrjedh\u00ebs s\u00eb thithjes,  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>nj\u00eb <strong>shpejt\u00ebsi thithjeje<\/strong> q\u00eb lejon t\u00eb dy VOC dhe aerosolet q\u00eb rezultojn\u00eb prej tyre t\u00eb t\u00ebrhiqen n\u00eb rrjedh\u00ebn e ajrit.  <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>Vendndodhja e sensorit dhe duke marr\u00eb parasysh l\u00ebvizjen natyrale t\u00eb tymrave (n\u00eb var\u00ebsi t\u00eb densitetit t\u00eb avujve):  <\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>do t\u00eb parandaloj\u00eb q\u00eb <strong>zona e inhalimit t\u00eb operatorit<\/strong> t\u00eb kaloj\u00eb zon\u00ebn e emetimit t\u00eb tret\u00ebsit,  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>do t\u00eb shmang\u00eb <strong>shqet\u00ebsimet nga rrymat e mundshme t\u00eb ajrit<\/strong> , shqet\u00ebsimin termik dhe tejkalimin e nivelit rregullator t\u00eb zhurm\u00ebs.  <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>Madh\u00ebsia e pajisjes s\u00eb kapjes do t\u00eb plot\u00ebsoj\u00eb kufizimet hap\u00ebsinore:  <\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>nga stacioni i pun\u00ebs,  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>t\u00eb aktivitetit,  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>operacionet e mir\u00ebmbajtjes.  <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>P\u00ebr emanacionet q\u00eb paraqesin nj\u00eb rrezik ATEX, <strong>pajisja e kapjes<\/strong> do t\u00eb plot\u00ebsoj\u00eb kriteret e zonimit ATEX.<\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Cil\u00ebn pajisje thith\u00ebse t\u00eb lokalizuar duhet t\u00eb zgjidhni p\u00ebr VOC t\u00eb emetuara nga tret\u00ebsit?<\/h3>\n\n<p>Disa pajisje thith\u00ebse t\u00eb lokalizuara jan\u00eb n\u00eb dispozicion t\u00eb industrialistit.
