M\u00eb shum\u00eb se 95% e toluenit t\u00eb p\u00ebrdorur n\u00eb procesin e prodhimit t\u00eb printimit p\u00ebrfundon n\u00eb ajrin e ambientit; dhe m\u00eb pak se 5% e toluenit t\u00eb p\u00ebrdorur p\u00ebrfundon n\u00eb <strong>fibra letre<\/strong> (ANESM 2012). N\u00eb printimin me gravura t\u00eb ambalazheve <a href=\"https:\/\/obera.fr\/sq\/keshilla-jone-sq\/cov-aspiration-vapeurs-solvants\/\">, p\u00ebrdoren tret\u00ebs q\u00eb l\u00ebshojn\u00eb VOC t\u00eb oksigjenuara<\/a> (ester, alkool, keton).     <\/p>\n\n<p>P\u00ebr m\u00eb tep\u00ebr, VOC-t\u00eb emetohen nga <strong>proceset e printimit dhe tharjes<\/strong> : efluent\u00ebt q\u00eb p\u00ebrmbajn\u00eb VOC, tret\u00ebs t\u00eb rikuperuar p\u00ebr rip\u00ebrdorim ose shitje, VOC t\u00eb emetuara nga procesi ose sistemi i rikuperimit t\u00eb tret\u00ebsit.  <\/p>\n\n<p><em>Strategjia e zbutjes s\u00eb VOC n\u00eb shtypjen e gravur\u00ebs<\/em><\/p>\n\n<p>P\u00ebrdorimi i nj\u00eb boje mbajt\u00ebse q\u00eb ul shkall\u00ebn e formimit t\u00eb filmit n\u00eb krahasim me nj\u00eb boj\u00eb tolueni. N\u00eb fillim t\u00eb procesit t\u00eb printimit, jan\u00eb vektor\u00ebt e m\u00ebposht\u00ebm t\u00eb VOC: boj\u00ebra, tret\u00ebsira njom\u00ebse (q\u00eb p\u00ebrmban izopropanol), aditiv\u00eb. Gjat\u00eb <strong>printimit ndodh nj\u00eb emetim difuz i izopropanolit<\/strong> . Tharja e printimit \u00e7liron p\u00ebrqindjen m\u00eb t\u00eb madhe t\u00eb VOC. P\u00ebr m\u00eb tep\u00ebr, boja n\u00eb printim mund t\u00eb \u00e7liroj\u00eb pak VOC. N\u00eb fund t\u00eb printimit, gjat\u00eb pastrimit t\u00eb pllakave dhe cilindrave, tret\u00ebsit e p\u00ebrdorur l\u00ebshojn\u00eb VOC n\u00eb sasi shum\u00eb t\u00eb vogla (hidrokarbure alifatike, ciklike dhe\/ose naftenike (frym\u00eb e bardh\u00eb, nafta, etj.).     <\/p>\n\n<p><em>Strategjia p\u00ebr zbutjen e VOC n\u00eb printimin offset<\/em><\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Kapja n\u00eb burim n\u00eb nivelin e furr\u00ebs<\/strong> dhe trajtimi i efluent\u00ebve t\u00eb gazt\u00eb t\u00eb ngarkuar me VOC p\u00ebrb\u00ebn mas\u00ebn e par\u00eb parandaluese.  <\/p>\n\n<p>Shtimi i etereve t\u00eb glikolit (1% deri n\u00eb 5%) n\u00eb tret\u00ebsir\u00ebn e njomjes mund t\u00eb zvog\u00ebloj\u00eb p\u00ebrqindjen e izopropanolit p\u00ebrgjysm\u00eb (nga 10% n\u00eb 5%), dhe k\u00ebshtu t\u00eb reduktoj\u00eb emetimet e VOC t\u00eb instalimit deri n\u00eb 40%. Megjithat\u00eb, eteret e glikolit jan\u00eb VOC, disa prej t\u00eb cilave jan\u00eb toksike. <\/p>\n\n<p>P\u00ebrve\u00e7 k\u00ebsaj, <strong>tret\u00ebsit e avulluesh\u00ebm mund t\u00eb z\u00ebvend\u00ebsohen pjes\u00ebrisht ose plot\u00ebsisht<\/strong> n\u00eb produktet e destinuara p\u00ebr pastrimin e pajisjeve dhe furnizimeve.<\/p>\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">VOC t\u00eb emetuara nga procesi i printimit fleksografik<\/h4>\n\n<p>Flexografia \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb proces printimi reliev q\u00eb p\u00ebrdor nj\u00eb <strong>pllak\u00eb fleksib\u00ebl fotopolimer n\u00eb nj\u00eb shtypje rrotulluese<\/strong> . Ky proces funksionon si nj\u00eb jast\u00ebk boje e vazhdueshme dhe mund t\u00eb p\u00ebrdoret p\u00ebr t\u00eb printuar ambalazhe fleksib\u00ebl (karton t\u00eb val\u00ebzuar ose t\u00eb shesht\u00eb, filma plastik\u00eb, \u00e7anta reklamuese), etiketa ngjit\u00ebse, ambalazhe metalike, etj. Tret\u00ebsit q\u00eb p\u00ebrdoren n\u00eb fleksografi dhe q\u00eb l\u00ebshojn\u00eb VOC jan\u00eb alkoolet, acetatet, eteret e glikolit.    <\/p>\n\n<p><em>Strategjia p\u00ebr zbutjen e VOC n\u00eb fleksografi<\/em><\/p>\n\n<p>P\u00ebrdorimi i bojrave me baz\u00eb uji (mund t\u00eb p\u00ebrmbaj\u00eb nd\u00ebrmjet 5 dhe 20% tret\u00ebs) ose boj\u00ebra UV (duhet t\u00eb nd\u00ebrrohen presat). P\u00ebr tret\u00ebsit e mbetur, ato duhet t\u00eb <strong>kapen n\u00eb burim<\/strong> dhe t\u00eb trajtohen me karbon t\u00eb aktivizuar. <\/p>\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">VOC t\u00eb emetuara n\u00eb tipografi<\/h4>\n\n<p>Tipografia \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb proces printimi q\u00eb konsiston n\u00eb shtypjen e karaktereve t\u00eb ngritura n\u00eb nj\u00eb mb\u00ebshtetje letre q\u00eb formojn\u00eb nj\u00eb tekst. <strong>Shtypja e shkronjave<\/strong> p\u00ebrdoret p\u00ebr dokumente me nj\u00eb shtypje prej 20,000 deri n\u00eb 30,000 kopje: prospekte, fletushka, dokumente administrative. VOC t\u00eb emetuara nga tret\u00ebsit dhe holluesit jan\u00eb: hidrokarburet (terpentina, tolueni, ksilen etj.), p\u00ebrb\u00ebrjet e kloruruara, alkooli etilik.  <\/p>\n\n<p><em>Strategjia p\u00ebr zbutjen e VOC n\u00eb tipografi<\/em><\/p>\n\n<p>P\u00ebrdorimi i boj\u00ebs me p\u00ebrmbajtje t\u00eb ul\u00ebt VOC, <strong>instalimi i nj\u00eb sistemi t\u00eb kapjes dhe filtrimit t\u00eb burimit<\/strong> dhe menaxhimi i mbetjeve t\u00eb printimit q\u00eb l\u00ebshojn\u00eb VOC jan\u00eb nd\u00ebr strategjit\u00eb zbut\u00ebse p\u00ebr procesin e printimit me shkronja.<\/p>\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">VOC t\u00eb emetuara n\u00eb printimin n\u00eb ekran<\/h4>\n\n<p>Printimi me ekran, <strong>nj\u00eb proces printimi<\/strong> duke p\u00ebrdorur nj\u00eb ekran tekstili t\u00eb njomur me boj\u00eb, mund t\u00eb printoj\u00eb n\u00eb let\u00ebr, karton, p\u00eblhur\u00eb, dru, metal, plastik\u00eb, etj., \u00e7do her\u00eb duke p\u00ebrdorur nj\u00eb boj\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrshtatshme. Industria e grafik\u00ebs (reklama, sinjalistika, artet e bukura, etj.), Elektronika (qarqet e printuara) dhe aktivitetet e mbulimit t\u00eb dyshemes\u00eb dhe mureve jan\u00eb p\u00ebrdoruesit kryesor\u00eb. VOC-t\u00eb e emetuara nga printimi me ekran jan\u00eb t\u00eb shum\u00ebllojsh\u00ebm: VOC aromatike (trimetilbenzen, toluen, ksilen), VOC aliciklike (cikloheksan), VOC t\u00eb oksigjenuara (alkoolet, ketonet, esteret). Ato jan\u00eb p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb <strong>avullimit t\u00eb tret\u00ebsit q\u00eb p\u00ebrmbahet<\/strong> n\u00eb boj\u00eb (deri n\u00eb 65%), n\u00eb produktet e pastrimit.   <\/p>\n\n<p><em>Strategjia p\u00ebr zbutjen e VOC n\u00eb printimin me ekran<\/em><\/p>\n\n<p>Duke p\u00ebrdorur boj\u00eb me baz\u00eb uji, tret\u00ebsi i boj\u00ebs me pak VOC (p.sh. metil esteri i soj\u00ebs) redukton emetimet. Kapja e VOC n\u00eb burim gjat\u00eb p\u00ebrgatitjes s\u00eb ekranit dhe boj\u00ebs, gjat\u00eb printimit, transferimit dhe tharjes s\u00eb printimeve dhe pastrimit t\u00eb ekranit \u00ebsht\u00eb thelb\u00ebsor. <strong>Magazinimi i mbetjeve q\u00eb l\u00ebshojn\u00eb VOC n\u00eb kosha t\u00eb ventiluar<\/strong> plot\u00ebson sistemin e zbutjes s\u00eb VOC.    <\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Cilat VOC emetohen n\u00eb proceset e veshjes industriale dhe cilat strategji zbut\u00ebse ekzistojn\u00eb?<\/h3>\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">VOC t\u00eb emetuara n\u00eb proceset e lyerjes n\u00eb prodhimin e automobilave<\/h4>\n\n<p>N\u00eb prodhimin e automobilave, <strong>procesi i aplikimit<\/strong> t\u00eb boj\u00ebs p\u00ebrfshin disa hapa q\u00eb l\u00ebshojn\u00eb VOC. Shtresat &#8220;primer&#8221; aplikohen me elektroforez\u00eb. Shtresat pasuese t\u00eb primerit (p\u00ebrmbajtja e tret\u00ebsit: 37 deri n\u00eb 60%), shtresa baz\u00eb (75%), llaku (60 deri n\u00eb 70%) ose llaku (60%) aplikohen p\u00ebrgjith\u00ebsisht me sp\u00ebrkatje, t\u00eb ndjekura nga operacionet e pastrimit dhe tharjes. VOC-t\u00eb e emetuara n\u00eb \u00e7do faz\u00eb nga <strong>tret\u00ebsit q\u00eb p\u00ebrmbahen n\u00eb veshje t\u00eb ndryshme<\/strong> jan\u00eb: white spirit (kompleti hidrokarburesh alifatike), izopropanoli, alkooli benzil, etanoli, acetoni.     <\/p>\n\n<p><em>Strategjia p\u00ebr zbutjen e VOC p\u00ebr proceset e veshjes n\u00eb prodhimin e automobilave<\/em><\/p>\n\n<p>Trajtimi i efluent\u00ebve t\u00eb gazt\u00eb me kapjen n\u00eb burim dhe filtrimin e VOC-ve, ve\u00e7an\u00ebrisht duke p\u00ebrdorur karbon t\u00eb aktivizuar, <strong>p\u00ebrb\u00ebn baz\u00ebn e parandalimit<\/strong> .
