Ata gjenerojn\u00eb nj\u00eb re pluhuri t\u00eb djegsh\u00ebm duke formuar nj\u00eb <strong>atmosfer\u00eb shp\u00ebrthyese<\/strong> (ATEX). ATEX do t\u00eb shp\u00ebrthej\u00eb n\u00ebse plot\u00ebson kushtet e duhura.    <\/p>\n\n<p>Nj\u00eb mund\u00ebsi tjet\u00ebr: ret\u00eb e pluhurit vendosen. Pluhuri m\u00eb pas grumbullohet n\u00eb shtresa n\u00eb pajisje dhe dyshemen\u00eb e punishtes. N\u00eb var\u00ebsi t\u00eb nxeht\u00ebsis\u00eb s\u00eb pajisjeve ose p\u00ebrb\u00ebrjes kimike t\u00eb grimcave, kjo mas\u00eb pluhuri rrezikon t\u00eb prodhoj\u00eb vet\u00eb-nxehje ose piroliz\u00eb, duke \u00e7uar n\u00eb zjarr ose shp\u00ebrthim.    <\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Shfaqja e k\u00ebtyre dukurive<\/strong> k\u00ebrkon kushte specifike t\u00eb cilat i p\u00ebrmbledhim m\u00eb posht\u00eb (p\u00ebr m\u00eb shum\u00eb informacion shihni artikujt e detajuar ATEX).<\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Si ndodh vet\u00ebngrohja e pluhurit dhe cilat jan\u00eb pasojat?<\/h3>\n\n<p><strong>P\u00ebrb\u00ebrja kimike e ve\u00e7ant\u00eb<\/strong> e depozitave t\u00eb caktuara t\u00eb pluhurit mund t\u00eb inicoj\u00eb nj\u00eb reaksion kimik ekzotermik spontan. Dhe kushtet e depozitimit mund t\u00eb nxisin prodhimin e nxeht\u00ebsis\u00eb m\u00eb shpejt se shp\u00ebrndarjen e saj n\u00eb ajrin e ambientit. Kjo b\u00ebn q\u00eb temperatura e shtres\u00ebs s\u00eb pluhurit t\u00eb rritet; kjo pa hyrje t\u00eb jashtme t\u00eb nxeht\u00ebsis\u00eb n\u00eb sistemin e reaksionit. K\u00ebshtu dukuria e vet\u00ebngrohjes \u00ebsht\u00eb paraprake ndaj atij t\u00eb zjarrit dhe shp\u00ebrthimit.       <\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Si ndodh piroliza e pluhurit dhe cilat jan\u00eb pasojat?<\/h3>\n\n<p>Piroliza i referohet <strong>dekompozimit kimik t\u00eb nj\u00eb produkti organik<\/strong> n\u00ebn ndikimin e nxeht\u00ebsis\u00eb s\u00eb lart\u00eb dhe n\u00eb prani t\u00eb nj\u00eb atmosfere t\u00eb varf\u00ebr ose pa oksigjen.  <\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Vet\u00eb-ngrohja e nj\u00eb depozite pluhuri<\/strong> , ose rrjedha e nxeht\u00ebsis\u00eb nga nj\u00eb sip\u00ebrfaqe e nxeht\u00eb n\u00eb t\u00eb cil\u00ebn ndodhet depozitimi i pluhurit, mund t\u00eb prodhoj\u00eb gazra piroliz\u00eb; kjo n\u00eb pjes\u00ebn e pak\u00ebt ose jo t\u00eb oksigjenuar t\u00eb depozit\u00ebs.  <\/p>\n\n<p>K\u00ebto gazra mund t\u00eb grumbullohen n\u00eb atmosfer\u00eb. <strong>Energjia termike<\/strong> q\u00eb shkaktoi piroliz\u00ebn, ose nj\u00eb burim tjet\u00ebr energjie, mund t\u00eb ndez\u00eb k\u00ebto gazra. N\u00eb var\u00ebsi t\u00eb p\u00ebrqendrimit t\u00eb tyre, ndezja do t\u00eb prodhoj\u00eb nj\u00eb zjarr ose nj\u00eb shp\u00ebrthim. Ashtu si vet\u00eb-ngrohja, piroliza e pluhurit \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb pararend\u00ebs i zjarrit ose shp\u00ebrthimit.   <\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Cilat jan\u00eb kushtet p\u00ebr nj\u00eb zjarr pluhuri?<\/h3>\n\n<p><strong>Zjarri i pluhurit<\/strong> rezulton nga djegia e gazeve t\u00eb djegshme t\u00eb emetuara nga dekompozimi i pluhurit gjat\u00eb piroliz\u00ebs. Zjarri fillon kur ekzistojn\u00eb tre element\u00eb n\u00eb sasi t\u00eb mjaftueshme: karburanti (gazi), oksiduesi (oksigjeni n\u00eb aj\u00ebr) dhe energjia e aktivizimit (nxeht\u00ebsia, shk\u00ebndija, flaka e jashtme, etj.). Difuzioni gradual i gazrave t\u00eb djegsh\u00ebm dhe p\u00ebrzierja e tyre me ajrin ndez flak\u00ebn e zjarrit. Flaka gjeneron tym toksik dhe nj\u00eb rrjedhje nxeht\u00ebsie q\u00eb mban zjarrin t\u00eb p\u00ebrhapet. <strong>Rrezatimi i fluksit t\u00eb nxeht\u00ebsis\u00eb<\/strong> mund t\u00eb \u00e7oj\u00eb n\u00eb shp\u00ebrthimin e en\u00ebve n\u00ebn presion ose materialeve t\u00eb tjera t\u00eb djegshme.      <\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Cilat jan\u00eb kushtet p\u00ebr nj\u00eb shp\u00ebrthim pluhuri?<\/h3>\n\n<p>Nj\u00eb <strong>shp\u00ebrthim \u00ebsht\u00eb djegia e menj\u00ebhershme<\/strong> , duke \u00e7liruar energji intensive, e nj\u00eb atmosfere shp\u00ebrthyese (ATEX). Ajo shoq\u00ebrohet me nj\u00eb rritje dramatike t\u00eb v\u00ebllimit, temperatur\u00ebs dhe presionit t\u00eb gazeve ATEX. <\/p>\n\n<p>Ekzistojn\u00eb gjasht\u00eb kushte p\u00ebr gjenerimin e nj\u00eb shp\u00ebrthimi pluhuri. Tre jan\u00eb identifikuar si ato q\u00eb shkaktojn\u00eb zjarrin: prania e nj\u00ebkohshme e ajrit, pluhurit dhe nj\u00eb <strong>burim ndezjeje<\/strong> . Flaka e parap\u00ebrzierjes p\u00ebrhapet vetvetiu duke formuar nj\u00eb val\u00eb djegieje.   <\/p>\n\n<p>N\u00eb zjarr, pluhuri siguron l\u00ebnd\u00eb djeg\u00ebse n\u00eb form\u00ebn e gazit p\u00ebrmes piroliz\u00ebs. \u00cbsht\u00eb p\u00ebrzierja e piroliz\u00ebs gaz\/aj\u00ebr q\u00eb ndizet. Dhe flaka e difuzionit ruhet p\u00ebr aq koh\u00eb sa pluhuri e ushqen at\u00eb.    <\/p>\n\n<p>P\u00ebr shkak se reaktant\u00ebt parap\u00ebrzihen n\u00eb nj\u00eb shp\u00ebrthim, <strong>rendimenti i tij i energjis\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb shum\u00eb m\u00eb i madh se ai i zjarrit<\/strong> . N\u00eb zjarr, jan\u00eb shpejt\u00ebsit\u00eb e difuzionit t\u00eb gazeve t\u00eb djegshme nga pluhuri dhe e p\u00ebrzierjes s\u00eb k\u00ebtyre gazeve me ajrin q\u00eb diktojn\u00eb kinetik\u00ebn e fenomenit; shum\u00eb m\u00eb ngadal\u00eb se n\u00eb nj\u00eb shp\u00ebrthim. <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pasqyr\u00eb e dispozitave rregullatore t\u00eb zbatueshme p\u00ebr zjarret dhe shp\u00ebrthimet e pluhurit.<\/h2>\n\n<p><strong>Shp\u00ebrthimet dhe zjarret<\/strong> e shkaktuara nga pluhuri ndikojn\u00eb n\u00eb sigurin\u00eb e punonj\u00ebsve dhe shkat\u00ebrrojn\u00eb pajisjet e kantierit me pasoja t\u00eb mundshme mjedisore. Prandaj, Kodi i Pun\u00ebs dhe Kodi i Mjedisit rregullojn\u00eb parandalimin e k\u00ebtyre dukurive. Shpesh \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb transpozim i ligjit evropian. <strong>Pun\u00ebdh\u00ebn\u00ebsi duhet t\u00eb siguroj\u00eb q\u00eb ambientet<\/strong> , pajisjet parandaluese dhe mbrojt\u00ebse t\u00eb jen\u00eb n\u00eb p\u00ebrputhje me rregulloret.   <\/p>\n\n<p>N\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtjet e zjarrit, Kodi i Pun\u00ebs rregullon konfigurimin e ambienteve (zbatimi i mjeteve t\u00eb evakuimit t\u00eb lokaleve), mbrojtjen e pun\u00ebtor\u00ebve (vendosja e alarmeve dhe aparateve t\u00eb zjarrit, etj.)<\/p>\n\n<p>P\u00ebrsa i p\u00ebrket shp\u00ebrthimeve, Kodi i Pun\u00ebs k\u00ebrkon q\u00eb pun\u00ebdh\u00ebn\u00ebsi t\u00eb vler\u00ebsoj\u00eb rreziqet q\u00eb lidhen me ATEX (Atmosferat shp\u00ebrthyese), t\u00eb marr\u00eb masa specifike p\u00ebr t\u00eb garantuar parandalimin e shp\u00ebrthimit, sigurin\u00eb dhe mbrojtjen e pun\u00ebtor\u00ebve n\u00eb rast shp\u00ebrthimi. Ai afrohet   <\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>p\u00ebrcaktimi i zonave ku mund t\u00eb ndodh\u00eb ATEX<\/strong> (shih zonimin ATEX)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>aranzhimet organizative<\/strong> p\u00ebr pun\u00ebtor\u00ebt e ekspozuar ndaj rrezikut t\u00eb shp\u00ebrthimit<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>p\u00ebrzgjedhja e pajisjeve<\/strong> q\u00eb mund t\u00eb funksionojn\u00eb n\u00eb zonat ATEX<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Sinjalistika e zon\u00ebs ATEX<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>Ashtu si me ret\u00eb e pluhurit, rregulloret identifikojn\u00eb shtresat, depozitat dhe grumbujt e pluhurit si burime t\u00eb ATEX.<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Kodi i Mjedisit<\/strong> n\u00eb p\u00ebrgjith\u00ebsi trajton zjarret dhe shp\u00ebrthimet p\u00ebr efektet e tyre n\u00eb zonat ngjitur me ICPE (Instalimet e Klasifikuara p\u00ebr Mbrojtjen e Mjedisit). Nomenklatura ICPE i klasifikon k\u00ebto instalime sipas substancave t\u00eb p\u00ebrdorura ose t\u00eb prodhuara, dhe sipas natyr\u00ebs s\u00eb rrezikshme t\u00eb aktiviteteve. Nomenklatura i referohet masave t\u00eb p\u00ebrcaktuara nga Kodi i Mjedisit dhe rregulloret evropiane (ve\u00e7an\u00ebrisht Seveso 3). Seksionet e tij p\u00ebrcaktojn\u00eb substancat e ndezshme (p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb l\u00ebnd\u00ebt e ngurta t\u00eb ndezshme, produktet e djegshme) dhe produktet shp\u00ebrthyese q\u00eb mund t\u00eb shkaktojn\u00eb zjarre ose shp\u00ebrthime. Pluhuri nga produktet ose aktivitetet duhet t\u00eb merret parasysh n\u00eb lidhje me k\u00ebt\u00eb nomenklatur\u00eb.    <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Proceset industriale dhe rreziqet nga zjarri ose shp\u00ebrthimi<\/h2>\n\n<p>Proceset industriale q\u00eb p\u00ebrdorin produkte pluhuri t\u00eb djegsh\u00ebm prodhojn\u00eb n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb t\u00eb pashmangshme re pluhuri dhe depozita. Prandaj ekziston rreziku i zjarrit ose shp\u00ebrthimit. Instalimi i nj\u00eb <strong>sistemi grumbullimi t\u00eb pluhurit<\/strong> \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb mas\u00eb parandaluese e preferuar  <\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Proceset e transferimit t\u00eb produktit dhe rreziqet e shp\u00ebrthimit dhe zjarrit<\/h3>\n\n<p>Industria p\u00ebrdor procese t\u00eb ndryshme t\u00eb transferimit t\u00eb pluhurit t\u00eb p\u00ebrshtatura me akset e l\u00ebvizjes (horizontale, vertikale, pjerr\u00ebsi): rrip transportues, transportues zinxhir, vidhos Arkimedi, ashensor me kov\u00eb, transport pneumatik.  <\/p>\n\n<p>N\u00eb transportin pneumatik, i cili bazohet n\u00eb pezullimin e grimcave t\u00eb produktit n\u00eb aj\u00ebr, nj\u00eb ATEX mund t\u00eb formohet brenda tubacionit. P\u00ebr m\u00ebnyra t\u00eb tjera transporti, derdhja e produktit n\u00eb nj\u00ebrin skaj t\u00eb pajisjes dhe hedhja e tij n\u00eb skajin tjet\u00ebr, ose dridhjet e transportit, shkaktojn\u00eb re pluhuri. N\u00ebse pajisja \u00ebsht\u00eb e mbuluar, nj\u00eb ATEX mund t\u00eb formohet brenda dhe pran\u00eb <strong>pikave t\u00eb ngarkimit dhe shkarkimit<\/strong> . N\u00ebse nuk mbulohet, e gjith\u00eb dhoma \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00eb rrezik ATEX.     <\/p>\n\n<p>Sedimentimi i pluhurit t\u00eb pezulluar n\u00eb aj\u00ebr shkakton depozitime. Edhe me nj\u00eb mbules\u00eb pluhuri do t\u00eb grumbullohet n\u00ebn dhe rreth nj\u00ebsis\u00eb; hidroizolimi nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb kurr\u00eb total. Rregulloret i konsiderojn\u00eb depozitat e pluhurit si ATEX t\u00eb mundsh\u00ebm.    <\/p>\n\n<p>Ngjarje t\u00eb tilla si konfiskimet dhe f\u00ebrkimi i pjes\u00ebve mekanike t\u00eb lidhura me keqfunksionimet e pajisjes do t\u00eb gjenerojn\u00eb ngrohje, e cila \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb <strong>burim i mundsh\u00ebm i ndezjes s\u00eb nj\u00eb ATEX<\/strong> . N\u00eb p\u00ebrcjelljen pneumatike, f\u00ebrkimi me shpejt\u00ebsi t\u00eb lart\u00eb t\u00eb grimcave kund\u00ebr murit t\u00eb tubit gjeneron karikimin elektrostatik t\u00eb kund\u00ebrt t\u00eb grimcave dhe pajisjes. Nj\u00eb shkarkes\u00eb elektrostatike \u00ebsht\u00eb shpesh shkaku i nj\u00eb shp\u00ebrthimi ATEX n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb pajisje. S\u00eb fundi, goditjet p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb element\u00ebve metalik\u00eb ose mineral\u00eb t\u00eb huaj p\u00ebr procesin mund t\u00eb ndezin nj\u00eb ATEX.   <\/p>\n\n<p>Aksidentet n\u00eb proceset e transportit raportojn\u00eb ve\u00e7an\u00ebrisht: zjarre n\u00eb shiritat transportues, shp\u00ebrthime n\u00eb kova ashensori dhe n\u00eb tubacione pneumatike.<\/p>\n\n<p>Masat p\u00ebr parandalimin e zjarrit dhe shp\u00ebrthimit p\u00ebrfshijn\u00eb:  <\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>thithja e reve t\u00eb pluhurit<\/strong> n\u00eb pikat e r\u00ebnies dhe\/ose n\u00eb trupin e pajisjeve n\u00ebp\u00ebrmjet nj\u00eb sistemi p\u00ebr heqjen e pluhurit,  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>thithja e depozitave t\u00eb pluhurit jasht\u00eb pajisjes (Fshes\u00eb me korrent ATEX),  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>tok\u00ebzim p\u00ebr t\u00eb parandaluar shkarkimin elektrostatik,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>mjetet e kontrollit p\u00ebr t\u00eb zbuluar f\u00ebrkimin dhe ngrohjen jonormale.  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Eliminimi i burimeve t\u00eb jashtme t\u00eb ndezjes<\/strong> (pikat e nxehta, punimet, etj.)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>Mbrojtja nga zjarri dhe shp\u00ebrthimi p\u00ebrfshin:  <\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>shk\u00ebputja e pajisjeve<\/strong> p\u00ebr t\u00eb parandaluar p\u00ebrhapjen e zjarrit,  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>pajisja e pajisjeve<\/strong> me ventilator\u00eb ose p\u00ebrforcues p\u00ebr t\u00eb zbutur shp\u00ebrthimin.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Proceset e ruajtjes dhe rreziqet e shp\u00ebrthimit ose zjarrit<\/h3>\n\n<p>V\u00ebllimet, forma e kontejner\u00ebve (silos, qese e madhe etj.), koha e ruajtjes, kushtet (temperatura, lag\u00ebshtia etj.) ndryshojn\u00eb n\u00eb var\u00ebsi t\u00eb aktivitetit.  <\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Mbushja e nj\u00eb ene me produkt pluhur<\/strong> mund t\u00eb prodhoj\u00eb nj\u00eb ATEX duke pezulluar grimcat n\u00eb pjes\u00ebn e sip\u00ebrme t\u00eb en\u00ebs. Mbushja ose transporti mund t\u00eb gjeneroj\u00eb gjithashtu ngarkesa elektrostatike t\u00eb cilat gjenden n\u00eb hap\u00ebsir\u00ebn ajrore t\u00eb kontejnerit. Nj\u00eb shkarkes\u00eb elektrostatike mund t\u00eb filloj\u00eb m\u00eb pas ndezjen e ATEX.  <\/p>\n\n<p>Kur kombinoni pajisjet e ruajtjes dhe transportit t\u00eb produktit, kalimi midis pajisjeve nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb kurr\u00eb plot\u00ebsisht i pap\u00ebrshkuesh\u00ebm nga uji. Me kalimin e koh\u00ebs, do t\u00eb formohen depozita. Ripezullimi i k\u00ebtyre depozitave mund t\u00eb formoj\u00eb nj\u00eb ATEX.    <\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Ruajtja me shumic\u00eb e nj\u00eb pluhuri<\/strong> mund t\u00eb filloj\u00eb vet\u00eb-nxehjen e substanc\u00ebs. Kjo mund t\u00eb rezultoj\u00eb n\u00eb djegie n\u00eb form\u00ebn e zjarrit ose shkrirjes; duke qen\u00eb n\u00eb gjendje t\u00eb shkaktoj\u00eb ndezjen e nj\u00eb ATEX aty pran\u00eb. T\u00eb dh\u00ebnat e aksidenteve mbi proceset e ruajtjes tregojn\u00eb se vet\u00eb-ngrohja gjeneron m\u00eb shum\u00eb se 80% t\u00eb zjarreve dhe m\u00eb pak se 10% t\u00eb shp\u00ebrthimeve.  <\/p>\n\n<p>Veprimet parandaluese jan\u00eb:  <\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>pastroni pluhurin kur mbushni<\/strong> sa m\u00eb af\u00ebr pik\u00ebs s\u00eb r\u00ebnies me nj\u00eb sistem p\u00ebr nxjerrjen e pluhurit  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>ruajtja e temperatur\u00ebs s\u00eb ruajtjes n\u00ebn temperatur\u00ebn kritike ose p\u00ebrshtatja e v\u00ebllimit t\u00eb ruajtjes me kushtet e temperatur\u00ebs lokale;  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>ndaloni hyrjet e ajrit n\u00eb fund t\u00eb ruajtjes<\/strong> p\u00ebr t\u00eb kufizuar djegien,  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>p\u00ebrdorni pajisje p\u00ebr zbulimin e CO (tregues i djegies s\u00eb pamjaftueshme t\u00eb oksigjenit) dhe rritje t\u00eb temperatur\u00ebs (sond\u00eb termike, kamera infra t\u00eb kuqe).  <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>Veprimet mbrojt\u00ebse p\u00ebrfshijn\u00eb:  <\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>inertimi i kontejnerit<\/strong> p\u00ebr t\u00eb ndaluar djegien,  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>instalimi i nj\u00eb ventilimi<\/strong> p\u00ebr t\u00eb ndaluar rritjen e presionit dhe p\u00ebr t\u00eb mbrojtur struktur\u00ebn e ruajtjes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Proceset e bluarjes dhe rreziqet e shp\u00ebrthimit ose zjarrit.<\/h3>\n\n<p>Ekzistojn\u00eb tre procese kryesore t\u00eb bluarjes:  <\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Th\u00ebrrmimi duke shtypur kompreson produktet<\/strong> me nj\u00eb madh\u00ebsi grimcash fillestare t\u00eb trash\u00eb.  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Bluarja me avion ajri<\/strong> dhe bluarja me f\u00ebrkim thyejn\u00eb kokrrat e produktit n\u00eb disa grimca nga p\u00ebrplasja. Granulometria e produktit lejon q\u00eb ai t\u00eb bartet nga nj\u00eb rrym\u00eb ajri.   <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>Dy proceset e fundit hollojn\u00eb produktin pluhur n\u00eb aj\u00ebr n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb t\u00eb till\u00eb q\u00eb rreziku ATEX t\u00eb jet\u00eb zero. Nga ana tjet\u00ebr, shtypja gjeneron grimca t\u00eb im\u00ebta t\u00eb pezulluara n\u00eb aj\u00ebr. Pra, ekziston nj\u00eb rrezik i p\u00ebrhersh\u00ebm i nj\u00eb ATEX brenda th\u00ebrrmuesit.    <\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Th\u00ebrrmimi ngroh produktin<\/strong> . Ndonj\u00ebher\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb shmangur vet\u00ebndezjen, duhet t\u00eb ftohet, ve\u00e7an\u00ebrisht n\u00ebse \u00ebsht\u00eb leht\u00ebsisht i oksiduesh\u00ebm. Trupat e huaj, m\u00eb rezistent ndaj shtypjes, rrezikojn\u00eb t\u00eb rrisin f\u00ebrkimin dhe p\u00ebr rrjedhoj\u00eb edhe temperatur\u00ebn e grimcave fqinje; ngrohje q\u00eb \u00e7on n\u00eb zjarr t\u00eb produktit. Ato gjithashtu mund t\u00eb shkaktojn\u00eb shk\u00ebndija me energji t\u00eb mjaftueshme p\u00ebr <strong>t\u00eb ndezur ATEX<\/strong> dhe p\u00ebr t\u00eb shkaktuar nj\u00eb shp\u00ebrthim.     <\/p>\n\n<p>Mjetet e parandalimit:  <\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>ngritja e nj\u00eb <strong>sistemi grumbullimi t\u00eb pluhurit p\u00ebr t\u00eb kapur gjobat<\/strong> ;  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>bluaj n\u00ebn nj\u00eb atmosfer\u00eb inerte produktet q\u00eb ndizen n\u00eb temperatur\u00eb t\u00eb ul\u00ebt ose me energji t\u00eb ul\u00ebt aktivizimi (10 deri n\u00eb 100 mJ);  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>kufizoni ngrohjen<\/strong> dhe shmangni futjen e trupave t\u00eb huaj n\u00eb hyrjen e procesit (sitim, zbulim metali, etj.);  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>matni temperatur\u00ebn dhe zbuloni grimcat inkandeshente n\u00eb daljen e mullirit<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>Masat mbrojt\u00ebse:  <\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>p\u00ebrdorni nj\u00eb mulli ATEX-rezistent ndaj shp\u00ebrthimit<\/strong> ;  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>shk\u00ebputeni <strong>sistemin e grumbullimit t\u00eb pluhurit<\/strong> dhe pleshtin q\u00eb merr materialin e cop\u00ebtuar;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Procesi i p\u00ebrzierjes: rreziqet e shp\u00ebrthimit dhe zjarrit<\/h3>\n\n<p>P\u00ebrzierja mund t\u00eb b\u00ebhet nd\u00ebrmjet substancave t\u00eb ngurta (p\u00ebrzierje e that\u00eb), ose <strong>nd\u00ebrmjet l\u00ebnd\u00ebve t\u00eb ngurta dhe l\u00ebngjeve<\/strong> (p\u00ebrzierje e faz\u00ebs s\u00eb l\u00ebngshme). P\u00ebrzierja paraqet <a href=\"https:\/\/obera.fr\/sq\/keshilla-jone\/procesi-i-heqjes-se-pluhurit-dhe-rreziku-i-shperthimit-ose-zjarrit\/\">rrezik zjarri ose shp\u00ebrthimi<\/a> n\u00ebse nj\u00ebri prej produkteve \u00ebsht\u00eb i ndezsh\u00ebm. <\/p>\n\n<p>N\u00eb p\u00ebrzierjen e that\u00eb: t\u00eb gjitha substancat pluhur futen p\u00ebrpara fillimit t\u00eb procesit. Mbushja e mikserit dhe m\u00eb pas p\u00ebrzierja e produkteve prodhon nj\u00eb re t\u00eb im\u00ebt. N\u00eb t\u00eb dy operacionet, ekziston <strong>mund\u00ebsia e ATEX n\u00ebse nj\u00eb substanc\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb e djegshme<\/strong> . Kjo, n\u00eb pleshtin e mbushjes, n\u00eb qiellin e mikserit.   <\/p>\n\n<p>Rrjedha e produktit n\u00eb mikser mund t\u00eb <strong>ngarkoj\u00eb elektrikisht grimcat e ngurta<\/strong> . Mund t\u00eb ndodh\u00eb nj\u00eb shkarkes\u00eb elektrostatike dhe t\u00eb shkaktoj\u00eb ndezjen e res\u00eb pluhur. Ky fenomen mund t\u00eb ndodh\u00eb n\u00eb pjes\u00ebn e sip\u00ebrme t\u00eb mikserit ose n\u00eb pleshtin e ushqimit.    <\/p>\n\n<p>N\u00eb nj\u00eb p\u00ebrzierje homogjenizimi t\u00eb faz\u00ebs s\u00eb l\u00ebngshme, produktet e ngurta futen para l\u00ebngjeve ose anasjelltas. N\u00eb t\u00eb dyja rastet, futja e pluhurit gjeneron rreziqet e p\u00ebrshkruara m\u00eb sip\u00ebr. L\u00ebngu i futur mund t\u00eb ket\u00eb vetin\u00eb e ndezjes n\u00eb nj\u00eb temperatur\u00eb m\u00eb t\u00eb ul\u00ebt se temperatura e ambientit (p.sh. tret\u00ebs). Avujt ATEX do t\u00eb vendosen n\u00eb qiellin e mikserit.     <\/p>\n\n<p>N\u00eb rastin e nj\u00eb <strong>p\u00ebrzierjeje t\u00eb l\u00ebngshme q\u00eb prodhon avuj t\u00eb ndezsh\u00ebm<\/strong> , masa e par\u00eb parandaluese konsiston n\u00eb inercionin e mikserit p\u00ebrpara futjes s\u00eb produktit pluhur.  <\/p>\n\n<p>Edhe me inertim, me kapakun e hapur, <strong>pleshti i hyrjes do t\u00eb paraqes\u00eb nj\u00eb ATEX<\/strong> kur derdhni pluhurin e djegsh\u00ebm. Kapja n\u00eb burimin e res\u00eb s\u00eb pluhurit (lloji i unaz\u00ebs Pouyes) \u00ebsht\u00eb pajisja parandaluese e zakonshme p\u00ebr t\u00eb dy proceset e p\u00ebrzierjes.   <\/p>\n\n<p>Pleku mund t\u00eb z\u00ebvend\u00ebsohet nga nj\u00eb bllokues inert p\u00ebrpara se ta mbushni at\u00eb, m\u00eb pas p\u00ebrpara se t\u00eb futni produktin n\u00eb rezervuar. M\u00eb n\u00eb fund, funksionimi i mbushjes dhe inertimit mund t\u00eb robotizohet me nj\u00eb bllokues ajri t\u00eb pajisur me valvola t\u00eb automatizuara. <\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Proceset mekanike t\u00eb trajtimit t\u00eb sip\u00ebrfaqes: shp\u00ebrthimi dhe rreziqet industriale.<\/h3>\n\n<p>Zhdukja, plasja me plumb, lustrimi, sp\u00ebrkatja me r\u00ebr\u00eb&#8230; prodhojn\u00eb nj\u00eb p\u00ebrfundim t\u00eb ndrysh\u00ebm t\u00eb sip\u00ebrfaqes, por t\u00eb gjitha rezultojn\u00eb nga projeksioni i kokrrave g\u00ebrryese, p\u00ebrgjith\u00ebsisht nga rryma e ngjeshur. Forca elektrostatike i t\u00ebrheq ato n\u00eb sip\u00ebrfaqen p\u00ebr t&#8217;u veshur.
