N\u00eb procesin e that\u00eb dallojm\u00eb grumbulluesit e pluhurit me shtresa filtri (filtra qese, xhepa, fishek\u00eb), mekanik\u00eb (ciklone), elektrostatik\u00eb (filtra t\u00eb elektrizuar); procesi i lag\u00ebsht p\u00ebrfshin rondele, rondele venturi, kolona flluskash, precipitues elektrostatik\u00eb t\u00eb lag\u00ebsht. <a href=\"https:\/\/obera.fr\/sq\/keshilla-jone-sq\/depoussiereur-fixe-mobile-central-local-quels-criteres\/\">Zgjedhja e nj\u00eb kolektori pluhuri<\/a> bazohet n\u00eb <strong>kriteret e performanc\u00ebs s\u00eb pritshme<\/strong> , kufizimet buxhetore, proceset industriale q\u00eb duhen pluhurosur, n\u00eb ve\u00e7anti madh\u00ebsin\u00eb e grimcave t\u00eb emetuara.  <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Mbledh\u00ebsit e pluhurit me shtresa filtri (filtra qese, xhepa, fishek\u00eb)<\/h2>\n\n<p>Parimi: ajri me pluhur kalon p\u00ebrmes nj\u00eb mediumi filtri poroz; ruan t\u00eb gjitha grimcat m\u00eb t\u00eb m\u00ebdha se poroziteti i medias.  <\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Pajisja p\u00ebrb\u00ebhet nga nj\u00eb kuti me nj\u00eb plesht grumbullimi pluhuri n\u00eb baz\u00ebn e saj<\/strong> . Kutia p\u00ebrmban rreshta (vertikale ose horizontale) element\u00ebsh filtri (m\u00ebng\u00eb, xhepa, fishek\u00eb) n\u00ebp\u00ebr t\u00eb cilat kalon rryma e ajrit me pluhur. Kjo do t\u00eb ket\u00eb hasur m\u00eb par\u00eb nj\u00eb deflektor n\u00eb hyrje t\u00eb kutis\u00eb. Me ndikim inercial, ai ndan grimcat m\u00eb t\u00eb m\u00ebdha nga rrjedha e ajrit t\u00eb cilat bien n\u00eb plesht.     <\/p>\n\n<p>Pluhuri i mbetur m\u00eb pas do t\u00eb vendoset n\u00eb sip\u00ebrfaqen e medias s\u00eb filtrit. Rrjedha e ajrit del, pa pluhur, nga shtresa e filtrit t\u00eb formuar nga muri poroz i elementeve t\u00eb filtrit. Kjo e fundit p\u00ebrforcon efikasitetin e kapjes s\u00eb pluhurit. P\u00ebrkundrazi, zhbllokimi manual k\u00ebrkon nd\u00ebrhyrje n\u00eb fund t\u00eb procesit, p\u00ebrndryshe duhet t\u00eb nd\u00ebrpritet. Koh\u00ebzgjatja e bllokimit t\u00eb filtrit derisa t\u00eb arrihet nj\u00eb r\u00ebnie kritike e presionit duhet t\u00eb jet\u00eb n\u00eb gjendje t\u00eb p\u00ebrputhet me koh\u00ebzgjatjen e procesit.  <\/p>\n\n<p>Metodat kryesore p\u00ebr zhbllokimin e elementeve t\u00eb filtrit jan\u00eb:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>L\u00ebkundje mekanike<\/strong> e cila shkakton nj\u00eb val\u00eb deformimi t\u00eb p\u00eblhur\u00ebs s\u00eb qeseve p\u00ebr t\u00eb shkaktuar r\u00ebnien e tort\u00ebs s\u00eb filtrit.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Zhbllokimi duke p\u00ebrmbysur rrjedh\u00ebn e ajrit brenda poreve t\u00eb medias s\u00eb filtrit<\/strong> . Ai kryhet automatikisht nga nj\u00eb kufi i humbjes s\u00eb ngarkes\u00ebs ose nj\u00eb koh\u00ebzgjatje e p\u00ebrcaktuar. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Zhbllokimi pneumatik i m\u00ebng\u00ebve duke injektuar aj\u00ebr t\u00eb kompresuar<\/strong> (jet-puls), duke kund\u00ebrshtuar p\u00ebrkoh\u00ebsisht filtrimin dhe duke hequr pluhurin nga filtri. Ka disavantazhin e ri-suspendimit t\u00eb pluhurit, disa prej t\u00eb cil\u00ebve do t\u00eb vendosen n\u00eb mediat fqinje; pra zhbllokimi sipas grup elementesh p\u00ebr t\u00eb kufizuar fenomenin.   <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p><strong>Filtrat e qeseve<\/strong> k\u00ebrkojn\u00eb nj\u00eb shpejt\u00ebsi t\u00eb ul\u00ebt filtrimi p\u00ebr t\u00eb ruajtur rigjenerimin e filtrit. N\u00eb fakt, shpejt\u00ebsia n\u00eb rritje e rrjedh\u00ebs nuk duhet t\u00eb kund\u00ebrshtoj\u00eb, gjat\u00eb operacioneve t\u00eb zhbllokimit gjat\u00eb funksionimit, shpejt\u00ebsin\u00eb e sedimentimit t\u00eb grimcave zhbllokuese. Shpejt\u00ebsia e filtrimit varion midis 0,6 dhe 6 cm\/s n\u00eb var\u00ebsi t\u00eb pluhurit dhe gazit q\u00eb do t\u00eb trajtohet, llojit t\u00eb medias s\u00eb filtrit. Shpejt\u00ebsia e filtrimit ose raporti i filtrimit shprehet gjithashtu n\u00eb m3\/h.m\u00b2   <\/p>\n\n<p>Mjetet e filtrit ofrojn\u00eb nj\u00eb shum\u00ebllojshm\u00ebri strukturash: p\u00eblhura, shami me gjilp\u00ebr\u00eb, p\u00ebrb\u00ebrje, membrana, qeramik\u00eb. Ato jan\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb nga materiale sintetike (PET, najlon), minerale (qelqi), organike (celuloze). <strong>Trajtimi i k\u00ebtyre fibrave synon t\u00eb p\u00ebrmir\u00ebsoj\u00eb disa karakteristika<\/strong> : rezistenc\u00ebn kimike, p\u00ebr\u00e7ueshm\u00ebrin\u00eb, hidrofobin\u00eb, oleofobin\u00eb, ngjitshm\u00ebrin\u00eb, lagshm\u00ebrin\u00eb.    <\/p>\n\n<p>Zgjedhja e nj\u00eb elementi filtri b\u00ebhet sipas p\u00ebrqendrimit t\u00eb pluhurit n\u00eb rrjedh\u00ebn q\u00eb do t\u00eb trajtohet, natyr\u00ebs s\u00eb pluhurit, p\u00ebrb\u00ebrjes s\u00eb gazrave, efikasitetit t\u00eb k\u00ebrkuar, metod\u00ebs s\u00eb pastrimit, rezistenc\u00ebs ndaj temperatur\u00ebs dhe kufizimeve ekonomike.<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Efikasiteti i kapjes s\u00eb nj\u00eb kolektori pluhuri<\/strong> ka nj\u00eb minimum p\u00ebr grimcat me nj\u00eb diamet\u00ebr midis 0,1 dhe 0,5 \u00b5m (shum\u00eb i madh p\u00ebr t&#8217;u mbledhur me an\u00eb t\u00eb difuzionit, shum\u00eb i vog\u00ebl p\u00ebr t&#8217;u mbledhur nga p\u00ebrplasja ose p\u00ebrgjimi). N\u00eb 0.1\u00b5m efikasiteti arrin 95%. P\u00ebrtej 0.5\u00b5m \u00ebsht\u00eb m\u00eb i madh se 99%. N\u00ebse \u00ebsht\u00eb e nevojshme, mund t\u00eb shtohet nj\u00eb faz\u00eb e filtrimit t\u00eb siguris\u00eb HEPA H13 ose H14 kur p\u00ebrqendrimet e emetimeve q\u00eb duhen arritur jan\u00eb ve\u00e7an\u00ebrisht t\u00eb ul\u00ebta.   <\/p>\n\n<p>Kjo teknik\u00eb e heqjes s\u00eb pluhurit arrin nj\u00eb <strong>nivel t\u00eb lart\u00eb ndarjeje<\/strong> dhe p\u00ebrshtatet me nj\u00eb shum\u00ebllojshm\u00ebri t\u00eb gjer\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrqendrimeve t\u00eb emetimit t\u00eb pluhurit. Teknologjia e shtres\u00ebs s\u00eb filtrit \u00ebsht\u00eb m\u00eb e p\u00ebrdorura n\u00eb industri p\u00ebr ndarjen e gazit\/ngurt\u00eb, pasi mbledh\u00ebsit e pluhurit t\u00eb filtrit t\u00eb qeseve ose fishek\u00ebve kombinojn\u00eb efikasitet t\u00eb mir\u00eb me kosto t\u00ebrheq\u00ebse operative. <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Mbledh\u00ebsit mekanik\u00eb t\u00eb pluhurit: ciklonet, dekantuesit<\/h2>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ciklonet<\/h3>\n\n<p><strong>Parimi i funksionimit<\/strong> : rrotullimi i ajrit me pluhur n\u00eb nj\u00eb ciklon; forca centrifugale e shtyn pluhurin n\u00eb murin e tij ku grumbullohet dhe m\u00eb pas sedimentohet n\u00eb plesht. Ajri i pastruar ngrihet p\u00ebrmes qendr\u00ebs s\u00eb ciklonit drejt daljes q\u00eb ndodhet n\u00eb qend\u00ebr t\u00eb maj\u00ebs s\u00eb ciklonit. <\/p>\n\n<p>Ndarja e pluhurit \u00ebsht\u00eb edhe m\u00eb efektive kur:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>rrezja e ciklonit \u00ebsht\u00eb e vog\u00ebl<\/strong> (rrit forc\u00ebn centrifugale)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>p\u00ebrqendrimi i grimcave \u00ebsht\u00eb i lart\u00eb<\/strong> (promovon grumbullimin e tyre)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>dend\u00ebsia e grimcave \u00ebsht\u00eb e lart\u00eb<\/strong> (rruga m\u00eb e shpejt\u00eb p\u00ebr n\u00eb mur)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>temperatura e rrjedh\u00ebs s\u00eb ajrit \u00ebsht\u00eb e ul\u00ebt<\/strong> (ul viskozitetin e gazit, rrit efektin ciklonik)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>Nj\u00eb fluks i fort\u00eb ajri n\u00eb hyrjen e ciklonit nxit grumbullimin e grimcave t\u00eb im\u00ebta.<\/p>\n\n<p>Ciklonet nuk plot\u00ebsojn\u00eb rregullat e ndotjes s\u00eb ajrit. <strong>P\u00ebr shembull<\/strong> , ato p\u00ebrdoren si <a href=\"https:\/\/obera.fr\/sq\/produits\/depoussiereurs-industriels\/\">grumbullues primar pluhuri<\/a> ose parandar\u00ebs p\u00ebr grimcat e trash\u00eb ose prush. Ciklonet do t\u00eb zgjidhen p\u00ebr t\u00eb mbledhur grimca n\u00eb rendin 10\u03bcm dhe m\u00eb t\u00eb m\u00ebdha.     <\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Dekanter\u00eb<\/h3>\n\n<p>Kjo p\u00ebrfshin para-ndarjen e grimcave m\u00eb t\u00eb m\u00ebdha me dekantim n\u00eb nj\u00eb mbyllje (kuti zgjerimi, dhom\u00eb dekantimi). Ndarja e pluhurit \u00ebsht\u00eb edhe m\u00eb e r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme kur p\u00ebrzierja \u00ebsht\u00eb intime ose pikat jan\u00eb t\u00eb vogla (pa qen\u00eb shum\u00eb e im\u00ebt p\u00ebr t&#8217;u ndar\u00eb nga ajri).   <\/p>\n\n<p>N\u00eb nj\u00eb rondele, ajri rrjedh nga posht\u00eb lart dhe sp\u00ebrkat\u00ebsit nxjerrin pikat e ujit n\u00eb kund\u00ebrrrym\u00eb.<\/p>\n\n<p>Nj\u00eb venturi lejon q\u00eb <strong>shpejt\u00ebsia e ajrit me pluhur t\u00eb p\u00ebrshpejtohet<\/strong> me nj\u00eb konvergjent p\u00ebr t\u00eb rritur ndikimin midis grimcave dhe pikave t\u00eb sp\u00ebrkatura. Pastaj nj\u00eb divergjent ngadal\u00ebson shpejt\u00ebsin\u00eb dhe lejon aglutinimin e pluhurit. S\u00eb fundi, rryma e ajrit kalon n\u00eb nj\u00eb ndar\u00ebs t\u00eb tipit ciklon e ku pluhuri kapet me centrifugim dhe inerci. Rrjedha e ajrit pa pluhur ngrihet p\u00ebrmes <strong>qendr\u00ebs s\u00eb ciklonit n\u00eb daljen qendrore n\u00eb krye<\/strong> .   <\/p>\n\n<p>Pastruesit dhe pastruesit venturi jan\u00eb efektiv\u00eb p\u00ebr grimcat midis 0,5 dhe 1 \u03bcm. N\u00ebn 0,5\u00b5m, efikasiteti i kapjes shoq\u00ebrohet me nj\u00eb humbje t\u00eb konsiderueshme presioni, pra konsum m\u00eb t\u00eb madh energjie. Kjo rrit mund\u00ebsin\u00eb e kontaktit t\u00eb ajrit\/ujit me pluhur. P\u00ebr m\u00eb tep\u00ebr, rritja e k\u00ebtyre normave t\u00eb rrjedhjes n\u00eb gryk\u00ebn e venturirit rrit n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb proporcionale efikasitetin e pastruesve venturi. Mbledhja e grimcave ndikohet kryesisht nga shpejt\u00ebsia e rrym\u00ebs s\u00eb ujit t\u00eb sp\u00ebrkatur.   <\/p>\n\n<p>Deri n\u00eb 200 \u00b5m, shtimi i nj\u00eb surfaktant dhe rritja e lart\u00ebsis\u00eb s\u00eb r\u00ebnies p\u00ebrmir\u00ebson kapjen e pluhurit p\u00ebr pikat prej rreth 3 mm. Sepse surfaktanti rrit <strong>deformimin e r\u00ebnies<\/strong> gjat\u00eb r\u00ebnies dhe rrjedhimisht sip\u00ebrfaqen e kontaktit t\u00eb tij. <\/p>\n\n<p>Transferimi i pluhurit nga nj\u00eb faz\u00eb gazi n\u00eb nj\u00eb faz\u00eb t\u00eb l\u00ebngshme mund t\u00eb rezultoj\u00eb n\u00eb kosto t\u00eb konsiderueshme p\u00ebrpunimi, konsum t\u00eb ujit dhe energjis\u00eb n\u00eb krahasim me metod\u00ebn e that\u00eb. Pastruesit p\u00ebrdoren p\u00ebr t\u00eb zgjidhur problemet e siguris\u00eb q\u00eb lidhen me <strong>pluhurin shp\u00ebrthyes dhe gazin e ndezsh\u00ebm<\/strong> , ose kur ajri q\u00eb trajtohet i afrohet ngopjes me uj\u00eb. <\/p>\n\n<p>Metoda e lag\u00ebsht ofron gjithashtu kolona flluskash p\u00ebr t\u00eb hequr pluhurin nga ajri. Kjo shp\u00ebrndahet n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb t\u00eb barabart\u00eb n\u00eb seksionin e kolon\u00ebs n\u00eb form\u00ebn e flluskave t\u00eb im\u00ebta. Efikasiteti i <strong>kapjes s\u00eb pluhurit rritet me lart\u00ebsin\u00eb e l\u00ebngut<\/strong> dhe rrjedhimisht me koh\u00ebn e udh\u00ebtimit t\u00eb fllusk\u00ebs n\u00eb t\u00eb.    <\/p>\n\n<p>Reduktimi i shpejt\u00ebsis\u00eb s\u00eb rrjedh\u00ebs s\u00eb ajrit ndihmon n\u00eb reduktimin e diametrit t\u00eb flluskave dhe rrit efikasitetin e grumbullimit. P\u00ebr m\u00eb tep\u00ebr, ky efikasitet rritet me: madh\u00ebsin\u00eb e grimcave midis 1.5 dhe 20 \u00b5m (e q\u00ebndrueshme p\u00ebrtej, n\u00ebn 1 \u00b5m: efikasitet i ul\u00ebt), p\u00ebrdorimin e surfaktant\u00ebve, madh\u00ebsin\u00eb e vrimave t\u00eb shp\u00ebrndarjes s\u00eb gazit. Efikasiteti m\u00eb i ul\u00ebt i grumbullimit t\u00eb grimcave nanometrike mund t\u00eb p\u00ebrmir\u00ebsohet nga imt\u00ebsia e flluskave, regjimi i flluskimit, shtimi i paketimit p\u00ebr t\u00eb p\u00ebrmir\u00ebsuar koh\u00ebn e q\u00ebndrimit t\u00eb fllusk\u00ebs.    <\/p>\n\n<p>Nd\u00ebrtimi dhe instalimi i kolonave me flluska \u00ebsht\u00eb mjaft i thjesht\u00eb dhe relativisht i lir\u00eb. Megjithat\u00eb, <strong>efikasiteti i kapjes mbetet i ul\u00ebt<\/strong> n\u00eb krahasim me filtrat e qeseve ose precipitator\u00ebt elektrostatik\u00eb. <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Precipitator\u00eb elektrostatik\u00eb ose precipitues elektrostatik\u00eb<\/h2>\n\n<p><strong>Parimi i kapjes s\u00eb pluhurit<\/strong> konsiston n\u00eb ngarkimin elektrik t\u00eb grimcave, pastaj p\u00ebrdorimin e nd\u00ebrveprimeve elektrostatike p\u00ebr t&#8217;i devijuar ato nga rruga e rrjedh\u00ebs s\u00eb pluhurit. Pluhuri i ngarkuar m\u00eb pas l\u00ebviz drejt nj\u00eb elektrode me ngarkes\u00eb elektrike t\u00eb kund\u00ebrt ku grumbullohet s\u00eb bashku.   <\/p>\n\n<p>Elektrodat emetuese (shpesh telat) dhe elektrodat marr\u00ebse (pllakat) formojn\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb pajisje. Nj\u00eb tension negativ aplikohet n\u00eb anodat q\u00eb l\u00ebshojn\u00eb elektrone n\u00eb af\u00ebrsi t\u00eb tyre.
