K\u00ebto grimca mund t\u00eb shkaktojn\u00eb gjithashtu <strong>acarim t\u00eb l\u00ebkur\u00ebs<\/strong> dhe alergji tek individ\u00eb t\u00eb caktuar t\u00eb ndjesh\u00ebm.   <\/p>\n\n<p>Nga nj\u00eb perspektiv\u00eb mjedisore, kur pluhuri i oksidit t\u00eb aluminit \u00e7lirohet n\u00eb mjedis pa kontroll t\u00eb duhur, ai mund t\u00eb p\u00ebrhapet n\u00eb aj\u00ebr dhe t\u00eb vendoset n\u00eb <strong>tokat dhe bim\u00ebsin\u00eb p\u00ebrreth<\/strong> . Kjo mund t\u00eb ket\u00eb nj\u00eb ndikim negativ n\u00eb ekosistemin lokal dhe t\u00eb \u00e7oj\u00eb n\u00eb ndotje t\u00eb mjedisit. Prandaj, \u00ebsht\u00eb thelb\u00ebsore t\u00eb zbatohen masa t\u00eb p\u00ebrshtatshme kontrolli.  <\/p>\n\n<p>Ekziston nj\u00eb rrezik i fundit, dhe ai ka t\u00eb b\u00ebj\u00eb me makinerit\u00eb dhe pajisjet e prodhimit. N\u00eb t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00eb, <strong>akumulimi i pluhurit t\u00eb oksidit t\u00eb aluminit<\/strong> n\u00eb sip\u00ebrfaqet e makinave dhe pajisjeve mund t\u00eb \u00e7oj\u00eb n\u00eb probleme operacionale dhe t\u00eb performanc\u00ebs. Grimcat e pluhurit mund t\u00eb bllokojn\u00eb filtrat, <strong>kanalet e ajrit<\/strong> dhe komponent\u00ebt e ndjesh\u00ebm, si\u00e7 jan\u00eb qarqet elektronike, t\u00eb cilat mund t\u00eb zvog\u00eblojn\u00eb efikasitetin e pajisjeve dhe t\u00eb \u00e7ojn\u00eb n\u00eb prishje.  <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Si t\u00eb zvog\u00eblohen rreziqet?<\/h2>\n\n<p>P\u00ebr t\u00eb minimizuar k\u00ebto rreziqe, \u00ebsht\u00eb thelb\u00ebsore t\u00eb zbatohen masa p\u00ebr t\u00eb <strong>kontrolluar aspirat\u00ebn e pluhurit t\u00eb oksidit t\u00eb aluminit<\/strong> . Sistemet e specializuara industriale t\u00eb vakumit jan\u00eb projektuar p\u00ebr t\u00eb kapur n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb efikase grimcat e pluhurit dhe p\u00ebr t&#8217;i drejtuar ato n\u00eb pajisjet e duhura t\u00eb filtrimit. K\u00ebto sisteme ndihmojn\u00eb n\u00eb ruajtjen e nj\u00eb mjedisi pune t\u00eb past\u00ebr dhe t\u00eb sigurt, duke zvog\u00ebluar rreziqet p\u00ebr sh\u00ebndetin e pun\u00ebtor\u00ebve, ndikimin n\u00eb mjedis dhe problemet e mundshme me makinerit\u00eb.  <\/p>\n\n<p>\u00cbsht\u00eb gjithashtu e r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme t\u00eb rritet nd\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsimi i punonj\u00ebsve p\u00ebr <strong>rreziqet q\u00eb lidhen me pluhurin e oksidit t\u00eb aluminit<\/strong> dhe t&#8217;u ofrohet atyre trajnim i p\u00ebrshtatsh\u00ebm mbi praktikat e mira t\u00eb siguris\u00eb dhe higjien\u00ebs.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Standardet dhe rregulloret aeronautike<\/h2>\n\n<p>N\u00eb industrin\u00eb e aeronautik\u00ebs, ekzistojn\u00eb standarde dhe rregullore specifike n\u00eb lidhje me <strong>cil\u00ebsin\u00eb e pluhurit dhe ajrit<\/strong> p\u00ebr t\u00eb siguruar kushte pune t\u00eb sigurta dhe t\u00eb sh\u00ebndetshme p\u00ebr punonj\u00ebsit. Ja nj\u00eb p\u00ebrmbledhje e standardeve dhe rregulloreve kryesore p\u00ebrkat\u00ebse: <\/p>\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Standardi ISO 14644<\/strong> : Ky standard nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtar nuk trajton n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb specifike pluhurin e oksidit t\u00eb aluminit ose lloje t\u00eb tjera specifike t\u00eb pluhurit. Megjithat\u00eb, ai p\u00ebrcakton <strong>kritere p\u00ebr klasifikimin e dhomave t\u00eb pastra<\/strong> dhe mjediseve t\u00eb kontrolluara bazuar n\u00eb p\u00ebrqendrimin e grimcave t\u00eb pezulluara n\u00eb aj\u00ebr. K\u00ebto kritere mund t\u00eb zbatohen p\u00ebr t\u00eb vler\u00ebsuar dhe kontrolluar pranin\u00eb e pluhurave t\u00eb tilla si oksidi i aluminit n\u00eb mjediset e industris\u00eb aeronautike.  <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n<p>ISO 14644 ofron klasa t\u00eb past\u00ebrtis\u00eb s\u00eb ajrit, duke filluar nga ISO 1 deri n\u00eb ISO 9, bazuar n\u00eb numrin maksimal t\u00eb grimcave t\u00eb madh\u00ebsive t\u00eb ndryshme t\u00eb lejuara p\u00ebr met\u00ebr kub aj\u00ebr. K\u00ebto klasa p\u00ebrcaktojn\u00eb <strong>kufijt\u00eb e lejuar t\u00eb pluhurit<\/strong> p\u00ebr secil\u00ebn kategori. Klasa ISO 1 korrespondon me klas\u00ebn m\u00eb t\u00eb past\u00ebr, me kufijt\u00eb m\u00eb t\u00eb rrept\u00eb t\u00eb pluhurit.  <\/p>\n\n<p>P\u00ebr t\u00eb kontrolluar n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb specifike pluhurin e oksidit t\u00eb aluminit, rekomandohet p\u00ebrdorimi i sistemeve t\u00eb specializuara industriale t\u00eb vakumit, si\u00e7 jan\u00eb <strong>mbledh\u00ebsit e pluhurit industrial<\/strong> , krah\u00ebt dhe pajisjet e kapjes, tavolinat e ajrit posht\u00eb, vakumet industriale, filtrat dhe tubacionet industriale t\u00eb vakumit t\u00eb p\u00ebrmendura m\u00eb par\u00eb. K\u00ebto pajisje mund t\u00eb integrohen n\u00eb dhoma t\u00eb pastra dhe mjedise pune p\u00ebr t\u00eb kapur dhe hequr n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb efektive pluhurin e oksidit t\u00eb aluminit, n\u00eb p\u00ebrputhje me k\u00ebrkesat e standardit ISO 14644. <\/p>\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" start=\"2\">\n<li><strong>Direktiva Evropiane 2004\/37\/KE<\/strong> , e njohur edhe si &#8221; <strong>Direktiva CMR<\/strong> &#8221; (Kancerogjene, Mutagjene dhe Reprotoksike), synon t\u00eb mbroj\u00eb pun\u00ebtor\u00ebt nga rreziqet q\u00eb lidhen me <a href=\"https:\/\/obera.fr\/sq\/keshilla-jone-sq\/procedes-industriels-prevention-risques-explosion-depoussiereurs-industriels\/\">ekspozimin ndaj substancave t\u00eb rrezikshme<\/a> , duke p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb substancat q\u00eb jan\u00eb kancerogjene, mutagjene ose toksike p\u00ebr riprodhimin. Edhe pse kjo direktiv\u00eb nuk i referohet posa\u00e7\u00ebrisht oksidit t\u00eb aluminit, ajo \u00ebsht\u00eb e zbatueshme p\u00ebr substanca t\u00eb ndryshme t\u00eb rrezikshme t\u00eb p\u00ebrdorura n\u00eb industrin\u00eb aeronautike, duke p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb pluhurin q\u00eb potencialisht gjenerohet nga oksidi i aluminit. <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n<p>Ja element\u00ebt kryesor\u00eb t\u00eb Direktiv\u00ebs Evropiane 2004\/37\/KE q\u00eb lidhen me oksidin e aluminit n\u00eb industrin\u00eb aeronautike:<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Klasifikimi i substancave t\u00eb rrezikshme:<\/strong> Direktiva p\u00ebrcakton kriteret p\u00ebr klasifikimin dhe etiketimin e substancave t\u00eb rrezikshme, duke p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb substancat q\u00eb jan\u00eb kancerogjene, mutagjene ose toksike p\u00ebr riprodhimin. Oksidi i aluminit, nd\u00ebrsa konsiderohet nj\u00eb substanc\u00eb e rrezikshme n\u00eb kushte t\u00eb caktuara, mund t\u00eb klasifikohet bazuar n\u00eb <strong>vetit\u00eb e tij kimike<\/strong> dhe efektet sh\u00ebndet\u00ebsore. <\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Vler\u00ebsimi i rrezikut dhe masat parandaluese<\/strong> : Direktiva k\u00ebrkon q\u00eb pun\u00ebdh\u00ebn\u00ebsit t\u00eb vler\u00ebsojn\u00eb rreziqet q\u00eb lidhen me ekspozimin e pun\u00ebtor\u00ebve ndaj substancave t\u00eb rrezikshme, duke p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb pluhurin e oksidit t\u00eb aluminit. Ky vler\u00ebsim duhet t\u00eb marr\u00eb n\u00eb konsiderat\u00eb rrug\u00ebt e ekspozimit (thithja, kontakti me l\u00ebkur\u00ebn, etj.) dhe sasit\u00eb e substancave t\u00eb pranishme n\u00eb mjedisin e pun\u00ebs. Bazuar n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb vler\u00ebsim, duhet t\u00eb merren <strong>masa t\u00eb p\u00ebrshtatshme parandaluese<\/strong> p\u00ebr t\u00eb zvog\u00ebluar ose eliminuar rreziqet.  <\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Kufijt\u00eb e ekspozimit n\u00eb pun\u00eb<\/strong> : Direktiva p\u00ebrcakton kufijt\u00eb e ekspozimit n\u00eb pun\u00eb (OEL) p\u00ebr disa substanca t\u00eb rrezikshme. K\u00ebto LEP p\u00ebrcaktojn\u00eb p\u00ebrqendrimet maksimale t\u00eb lejuara t\u00eb substancave n\u00eb ajrin e thithsh\u00ebm n\u00eb vendin e pun\u00ebs. Edhe pse Direktiva nuk specifikon vlerat minimale t\u00eb ekspozimit ndaj ambientit (OEL) specifike p\u00ebr oksidin e aluminit, pun\u00ebdh\u00ebn\u00ebsit duhet t\u00eb marrin n\u00eb konsiderat\u00eb udh\u00ebzimet shkencore n\u00eb dispozicion dhe vlerat kufitare komb\u00ebtare ose nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare p\u00ebr t\u00eb siguruar q\u00eb <strong>ekspozimi i pun\u00ebtor\u00ebve ndaj oksidit t\u00eb aluminit<\/strong> t\u00eb mbetet n\u00ebn nivelet e rrezikshme.  <\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Detyrimet e pun\u00ebdh\u00ebn\u00ebsve<\/strong> : Direktiva k\u00ebrkon q\u00eb pun\u00ebdh\u00ebn\u00ebsit t\u00eb marrin masa mbrojt\u00ebse t\u00eb p\u00ebrshtatshme p\u00ebr t\u00eb parandaluar ose zvog\u00ebluar <a href=\"https:\/\/obera.fr\/sq\/keshilla-jone-sq\/procede-depoussierage-risque-explosion-incendie\/\">ekspozimin e pun\u00ebtor\u00ebve<\/a> ndaj substancave t\u00eb rrezikshme, p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb oksidin e aluminit. Kjo mund t\u00eb p\u00ebrfshij\u00eb zbatimin e masave teknike, t\u00eb tilla si p\u00ebrdorimi i sistemeve industriale t\u00eb thithjes p\u00ebr t\u00eb <strong>kapur pluhurin e oksidit t\u00eb aluminit<\/strong> , si dhe sigurimin e pajisjeve t\u00eb p\u00ebrshtatshme mbrojt\u00ebse personale (PMP) dhe zbatimin e masave t\u00eb trajnimit dhe informimit p\u00ebr pun\u00ebtor\u00ebt. <\/p>\n\n<p>Duhet t\u00eb theksohet se <strong>rregulloret specifike dhe vlerat kufitare<\/strong> mund t\u00eb ndryshojn\u00eb nga nj\u00eb vend n\u00eb tjetrin brenda Bashkimit Evropian. Prandaj, pun\u00ebdh\u00ebn\u00ebsit duhet t\u00eb zbatojn\u00eb rregulloret komb\u00ebtare dhe t\u00eb zbatojn\u00eb masat e nevojshme. <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Metodat p\u00ebr kapjen e pluhurit t\u00eb oksidit t\u00eb aluminit<\/h2>\n\n<p>P\u00ebr menaxhimin efektiv t\u00eb pluhurit t\u00eb oksidit t\u00eb aluminit dhe grimcave t\u00eb tjera n\u00eb <strong>industrin\u00eb ajrore<\/strong> , rekomandohen lloje t\u00eb ndryshme t\u00eb sistemeve t\u00eb thithjes. K\u00ebto sisteme jan\u00eb t\u00eb dizajnuara p\u00ebr t\u00eb kapur, filtruar dhe hequr grimcat e ajrit, duke siguruar nj\u00eb mjedis pune m\u00eb t\u00eb past\u00ebr dhe m\u00eb t\u00eb sigurt. K\u00ebtu jan\u00eb disa nga llojet e zakonshme t\u00eb <strong>sistemeve t\u00eb vakumit<\/strong> :  <\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Mbledh\u00ebsit industrial\u00eb t\u00eb pluhurit:<\/strong> Mbledh\u00ebsit industrial\u00eb t\u00eb pluhurit, t\u00eb quajtur edhe mbledh\u00ebs pluhuri, jan\u00eb pajisje q\u00eb p\u00ebrdoren p\u00ebr t\u00eb kapur grimcat e ajrit. Ata p\u00ebrdorin filtra p\u00ebr t\u00eb bllokuar grimcat dhe k\u00ebshtu ndihmojn\u00eb <strong>n\u00eb ruajtjen e nj\u00eb mjedisi pune t\u00eb past\u00ebr<\/strong> . Mund t\u00eb p\u00ebrdoren lloje t\u00eb ndryshme filtrash, si\u00e7 jan\u00eb filtrat me qese, filtrat me fishek\u00eb ose filtrat elektrostatik\u00eb, n\u00eb var\u00ebsi t\u00eb nevojave specifike t\u00eb aplikimit.  <\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Krah\u00ebt dhe pajisjet e kapjes:<\/strong> Krah\u00ebt dhe pajisjet e kapjes jan\u00eb pajisje fleksibile dhe t\u00eb rregullueshme q\u00eb p\u00ebrdoren p\u00ebr t\u00eb thithur drejtp\u00ebrdrejt grimcat n\u00eb burim. Ato mund t\u00eb pajisen me sensor\u00eb thithjeje p\u00ebr kapjen efikase t\u00eb <strong>grimcave t\u00eb gjeneruara gjat\u00eb operacioneve t\u00eb bluarjes, l\u00ebmimit ose prerjes<\/strong> . K\u00ebto krah\u00eb dhe pajisje kap\u00ebse lejojn\u00eb q\u00eb thithja e grimcave t\u00eb oksidit t\u00eb aluminit t\u00eb synohet dhe kontrollohet me sakt\u00ebsi.  <\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Tavolina me rrym\u00eb posht\u00eb:<\/strong> Tavolinat me rrym\u00eb posht\u00eb jan\u00eb sip\u00ebrfaqe pune t\u00eb pajisura me nj\u00eb sistem thithjeje t\u00eb integruar. Ato lejojn\u00eb q\u00eb grimcat t\u00eb kapen direkt n\u00eb sip\u00ebrfaqen e pun\u00ebs, duke siguruar k\u00ebshtu nj\u00eb mjedis pune t\u00eb past\u00ebr dhe <strong>duke zvog\u00ebluar rrezikun e ekspozimit ndaj oksidit t\u00eb aluminit<\/strong> . Tavolinat me ulje posht\u00eb mund t\u00eb p\u00ebrdoren n\u00eb aplikime t\u00eb ndryshme, t\u00eb tilla si bluarje, lustrim ose shpim.  <\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Fshesa me korrent industriale:<\/strong> Fshesat me korrent industriale jan\u00eb t\u00eb projektuara p\u00ebr t\u00eb thithur grimca t\u00eb m\u00ebdha dhe mbeturina n\u00eb mjediset industriale t\u00eb pun\u00ebs. Ato jan\u00eb t\u00eb pajisura me filtra t\u00eb specializuar q\u00eb kapin n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb efektive grimcat e im\u00ebta, p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb oksidin e aluminit. Fshesat industriale me korrent mund t\u00eb p\u00ebrdoren p\u00ebr <strong>pastrimin e sip\u00ebrfaqeve, pajisjeve dhe zonave t\u00eb pun\u00ebs<\/strong> , duke ndihmuar n\u00eb ruajtjen e nj\u00eb niveli t\u00eb lart\u00eb past\u00ebrtie.  <\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Filtrat industrial\u00eb t\u00eb vakumit dhe tubacionet:<\/strong> Filtrat industrial\u00eb t\u00eb vakumit dhe tubacionet jan\u00eb komponent\u00eb thelb\u00ebsor\u00eb t\u00eb sistemeve t\u00eb vakumit.
