P\u00ebr t&#8217;ju ndihmuar, ja disa k\u00ebshilla specifike p\u00ebr industrin\u00eb q\u00eb mund t\u00eb ndiqni p\u00ebr t\u00eb kursyer energji elektrike n\u00eb punishtet dhe zyrat tuaja.  <\/p>\n\n<p>Ulja e konsumit t\u00eb energjis\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb thelb\u00ebsore p\u00ebr biznesin tuaj. Kjo lejon kursime t\u00eb konsiderueshme n\u00eb faturat e energjis\u00eb, por gjithashtu ndihmon n\u00eb kontrollin e kulmeve t\u00eb konsumit t\u00eb energjis\u00eb elektrike dhe nd\u00ebrprerjeve t\u00eb mundshme t\u00eb energjis\u00eb n\u00eb mot shum\u00eb t\u00eb ftoht\u00eb. <\/p>\n\n<p>N\u00ebse p\u00ebrjashtojm\u00eb nga analiza e m\u00ebposhtme kostot q\u00eb lidhen me energjin\u00eb e nevojshme p\u00ebr procesin e prodhimit (furra, soba, etj.) dhe me furnizimin me energji t\u00eb makinave t\u00eb prodhimit, ja burimet kryesore t\u00eb konsumit t\u00eb energjis\u00eb. Sipas nj\u00eb studimi t\u00eb vitit 2013 mbi shp\u00ebrndarjen e k\u00ebrkes\u00ebs industriale p\u00ebr energji elektrike sipas p\u00ebrdorimit, motor\u00ebt p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsojn\u00eb 2\/3 e energjis\u00eb totale elektrike n\u00eb sektorin industrial. Fusha t\u00eb tjera, t\u00eb tilla si ventilimi (12%), pompimi (11%), ajri i kompresuar me furnizim me makineri dhe rrjedhje (7%), ftohja (7%) dhe ndri\u00e7imi (4%), gjithashtu p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsojn\u00eb pjes\u00eb n\u00eb k\u00ebrkes\u00ebn industriale p\u00ebr energji elektrike. N\u00eb p\u00ebrgjith\u00ebsi, energjia elektrike konsumohet kryesisht nga nj\u00eb motor ventilatori thith\u00ebs. Roli i tij \u00ebsht\u00eb t\u00eb thith\u00eb ajrin e ndenjur p\u00ebrmes nj\u00eb rrjeti tubash dhe ta transportoj\u00eb at\u00eb n\u00eb nj\u00eb kolektor pluhuri ose filt\u00ebr n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb q\u00eb t\u00eb pastrohet. Energjia e ventilatorit \u00ebsht\u00eb e nevojshme p\u00ebr t\u00eb v\u00ebn\u00eb n\u00eb l\u00ebvizje k\u00ebt\u00eb aj\u00ebr dhe p\u00ebr t\u00eb p\u00ebrcjell\u00eb rrjedh\u00ebn e ajrit dhe k\u00ebshtu p\u00ebr t\u00eb luftuar humbjet e presionit t\u00eb t\u00eb gjith\u00eb element\u00ebve q\u00eb p\u00ebrb\u00ebjn\u00eb instalimin.   <\/p>\n\n<p>Duhet t\u00eb merret n\u00eb konsiderat\u00eb q\u00eb nj\u00eb motor ventilatori thith\u00ebs me presion t\u00eb mes\u00ebm me performanc\u00eb t\u00eb mir\u00eb konsumon midis 10kW dhe 15kW p\u00ebr 10,000 m3\/or\u00eb. Kjo p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebson nj\u00eb kosto operative prej 1.5 deri n\u00eb 3 euro\/or\u00eb. <\/p>\n\n<p>Fuqia e absorbuar nga ventilatori \u00ebsht\u00eb proporcionale me rrjedh\u00ebn e ajrit, r\u00ebnien e presionit t\u00eb rrjetit dhe efikasitetin e ventilatorit. P\u00ebr t\u00eb kufizuar k\u00ebt\u00eb konsum, ja disa kursime t\u00eb prioritizuara: <\/p>\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Zvog\u00ebloni ose kufizoni shkall\u00ebt e rrjedh\u00ebs s\u00eb thithjes<\/h4>\n\n<p>P\u00ebr t\u00eb zvog\u00ebluar ose kufizuar rrjedh\u00ebn e thithjes, k\u00ebshillohet q\u00eb t\u00eb rrethohen dhe mbulohen m\u00eb mir\u00eb burimet e emetimeve t\u00eb pluhurit. K\u00ebshillohet q\u00eb t\u2019i qaseni drejtp\u00ebrdrejt burimeve t\u00eb emetimeve t\u00eb ndot\u00ebsve p\u00ebr t\u00eb zvog\u00ebluar shkall\u00ebt e nevojshme t\u00eb rrjedhjes. Puna n\u00eb koh\u00ebzgjatje operative mund t\u00eb jet\u00eb gjithashtu nj\u00eb zgjidhje p\u00ebr t\u00eb pastruar me fshes\u00eb me korrent vet\u00ebm at\u00eb q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb v\u00ebrtet e nevojshme. Gjithashtu mund t\u00eb p\u00ebrdorni disqe me frekuenc\u00eb t\u00eb ndryshueshme t\u00eb kontrolluara nga rregullimi i rrjedh\u00ebs dhe kurthe automatike p\u00ebr t\u00eb shtuar rrjedh\u00ebn sipas nevoj\u00ebs. Fitimi elektrik \u00ebsht\u00eb, t\u00eb pakt\u00ebn, proporcional me zvog\u00eblimin e shpejt\u00ebsis\u00eb s\u00eb rrjedhjes.      <\/p>\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Zvog\u00ebloni ose kufizoni humbjet e presionit n\u00eb filtra dhe rrjete thithjeje<\/h4>\n\n<p>Humbja e presionit e gjeneruar nga nj\u00eb rrjet tubash evoluon si katrori i shpejt\u00ebsis\u00eb. P\u00ebrdorimi i konvertuesve t\u00eb frekuenc\u00ebs lejon q\u00eb pikat e funksionimit t\u00eb rregullohen sa m\u00eb mir\u00eb t\u00eb jet\u00eb e mundur. <\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ventilimi dhe ngrohja e ambienteve t\u00eb pun\u00ebs<\/h3>\n\n<p>Konsumi i energjis\u00eb i instalimeve HVAC \u00ebsht\u00eb i lidhur me dy komponent\u00eb:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Kostot e energjis\u00eb q\u00eb lidhen me kalorit\u00eb e prodhuara p\u00ebr ngrohje (kalorit\u00eb e ngrohjes)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Kostot e energjis\u00eb q\u00eb lidhen me transportin ajror (ventilator\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb luftuar humbjen e presionit n\u00eb rrjet dhe n\u00eb impiantin)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>Energjia e ngrohjes \u00ebsht\u00eb shpesh shum\u00eb m\u00eb e madhe se energjia e nevojshme p\u00ebr t\u00eb transportuar ajrin. N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb situat\u00eb, ja disa m\u00ebnyra p\u00ebr t\u00eb kursyer para p\u00ebr t\u00eb zvog\u00ebluar nevojat p\u00ebr ngrohje. <\/p>\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Zvog\u00ebloni rrjedhat e ajrit t\u00eb shkarkuara jasht\u00eb, duke k\u00ebrkuar kompensim t\u00eb ajrit dhe ngrohje t\u00eb p\u00ebrs\u00ebritur<\/h4>\n\n<p>Kur shkarkoni 10,000 m3\/or\u00eb jasht\u00eb nj\u00eb nd\u00ebrtese pa kompensim, nd\u00ebrtesa futet n\u00eb depresion. Shkalla e rrjedhjes prej 10,000 m3\/or\u00eb rikthehet pra n\u00eb qarkullim natyrsh\u00ebm p\u00ebrmes t\u00eb gjitha rrjedhjeve t\u00eb nd\u00ebrtes\u00ebs. Ajri hyn n\u00eb temperatur\u00ebn e jashtme dhe duhet t\u00eb ngrohet deri n\u00eb temperatur\u00ebn brenda nd\u00ebrtes\u00ebs. P\u00ebr shembull, n\u00ebse ngrohni 10,000 m3\/or\u00eb nga 0\u00b0C n\u00eb +20\u00b0C, kjo k\u00ebrkon nj\u00eb fuqi ngroh\u00ebse prej 50 kW, e cila kushton midis 8 dhe 20 euro\/or\u00eb. Duke zvog\u00ebluar rrjedh\u00ebn e ajrit q\u00eb shkarkohet jasht\u00eb, keni mund\u00ebsin\u00eb t\u00eb ulni kostot e energjis\u00eb.    <\/p>\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ndani funksionin e ngrohjes nga funksioni i ventilimit  <\/h4>\n\n<p>Duke i ndar\u00eb k\u00ebto dy funksione, mund t\u00eb sigurohet vet\u00ebm rrjedha e ajrit t\u00eb past\u00ebr e nevojshme p\u00ebr ventilimin rregullator t\u00eb nd\u00ebrtes\u00ebs (numri i m3\/or\u00eb p\u00ebr punonj\u00ebs). Cil\u00ebsia e ajrit n\u00eb nd\u00ebrtes\u00eb mund t\u00eb kontrollohet nga nj\u00eb pastrues ajri industrial q\u00eb p\u00ebrdor t\u00eb gjith\u00eb ajrin e ricikluar. Kjo ju kursen kalorit\u00eb nga ngrohja e ajrit q\u00eb nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb l\u00ebshuar jasht\u00eb dhe i cili do t\u00eb duhej t\u00eb kompensohej dhe t\u00eb ngrohej p\u00ebrs\u00ebri. P\u00ebrve\u00e7 k\u00ebsaj, ju kurseni energji duke kompensuar humbjen e presionit t\u00eb rrjeteve p\u00ebr t\u00eb transportuar ajrin. Pastruesit zakonisht konsumojn\u00eb 10 her\u00eb m\u00eb pak energji me t\u00eb nj\u00ebjt\u00ebn shpejt\u00ebsi rrjedhjeje. Fitimi p\u00ebr 10,000 m3\/or\u00eb n\u00eb or\u00eb mund t\u00eb jet\u00eb deri n\u00eb 60 kW.     <\/p>\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">P\u00ebrdorni ventilator\u00eb ose pastrues destratifikues p\u00ebr t\u00eb destratifikuar shtresat e ajrit t\u00eb ngroht\u00eb.<\/h4>\n\n<p>Pastruesit e ajrit lejojn\u00eb destratifikimin e ajrit t\u00eb nxeht\u00eb. Destratifikimi i ajrit ndihmon n\u00eb arritjen e nj\u00eb temperature uniforme n\u00eb hap\u00ebsirat e pun\u00ebs. Kjo ndihmon n\u00eb qarkullimin e ajrit t\u00eb ngroht\u00eb n\u00ebp\u00ebr dhom\u00eb dhe kufizon humbjen e nxeht\u00ebsis\u00eb p\u00ebrmes \u00e7atis\u00eb. Sa m\u00eb i ngroht\u00eb t\u00eb jet\u00eb ajri i shkarkimit, aq m\u00eb kuptimplot\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb kjo zgjidhje. Efikasiteti i k\u00ebsaj zgjidhjeje mund t\u00eb arrij\u00eb 84%, pra nj\u00eb kursim deri n\u00eb 40 kW p\u00ebr nj\u00eb shpejt\u00ebsi rrjedhjeje prej 10,000 m3\/or\u00eb.  <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">I ftohti<\/h2>\n\n<p>Sistemet e ftohjes adiabatike jan\u00eb nj\u00eb alternativ\u00eb natyrale dhe ekonomike ndaj ajrit t\u00eb kondicionuar industrial. Zgjidhjet e ftohjes adiabatike jan\u00eb ve\u00e7an\u00ebrisht t\u00eb p\u00ebrshtatshme kur b\u00ebhet fjal\u00eb p\u00ebr punishtet e ftohjes me temperatura t\u00eb larta dhe uljen e tyre n\u00eb 25\u00b0C deri n\u00eb 30\u00b0C. Ftoh\u00ebsit adiabatik\u00eb k\u00ebrkojn\u00eb energji vet\u00ebm p\u00ebr t\u00eb transportuar rrjedh\u00ebn e ajrit. Vlen t\u00eb p\u00ebrmendet se ato konsumojn\u00eb <strong>deri n\u00eb 10 her\u00eb m\u00eb pak energji sesa kondicioner\u00ebt,<\/strong> pasi p\u00ebrdorin pajisje pa l\u00ebng ftoh\u00ebs dhe nuk l\u00ebshojn\u00eb nxeht\u00ebsi jasht\u00eb. Energjia ftoh\u00ebse nxirret vet\u00ebm nga avullimi i ujit n\u00eb panelet avulluese.    <\/p>\n\n<p>Zemra e sistemit t\u00eb ftohjes avulluese \u00ebsht\u00eb media ftoh\u00ebse ku avullohet uji, duke ftohur k\u00ebshtu ajrin q\u00eb qarkullon brenda. Mediat ftoh\u00ebse avulluese jan\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb nga flet\u00eb celuloze t\u00eb val\u00ebzuara. Sistemi i integruar i shp\u00ebrndarjes s\u00eb ujit shp\u00ebrndan ujin n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb t\u00eb barabart\u00eb n\u00ebp\u00ebr shk\u00ebmbyesit e ftohjes p\u00ebr t\u00eb siguruar q\u00eb e gjith\u00eb sip\u00ebrfaqja t\u00eb mbahet e lag\u00ebsht. Kjo maksimizon efektin e ftohjes.
