Pluhuri dhe VLEP \u00e7ojn\u00eb n\u00eb zbatimin e <strong>kontrollit<\/strong> t\u00eb cil\u00ebsis\u00eb s\u00eb ajrit. P\u00ebr t&#8217;ju ndihmuar, INRS ofron informacion mbi parandalimin dhe mbrojtjen nga ekspozimi ndaj pluhurit n\u00eb pun\u00eb.     <\/p>\n\n<p>D\u00ebshironi t\u00eb siguroni <strong>aktivitetin tuaj profesional<\/strong> dhe t\u00eb zvog\u00ebloni rreziqet sh\u00ebndet\u00ebsore? Ne ju mb\u00ebshtesim duke ju ofruar informacion t\u00eb besuesh\u00ebm. <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">P\u00ebrkufizimi i pluhurit dhe parandalimi<\/h2>\n\n<p><strong>Pluhurat jan\u00eb grimca<\/strong> me struktur\u00eb kristalore: pluhuri \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00eb form\u00eb t\u00eb rrumbullak\u00ebt, me konture k\u00ebndore dhe potencial g\u00ebrryes. T\u00eb gjitha grimcat m\u00eb t\u00eb vogla se 100 mikron (0.1 mm, PM 1, PM 2.5 dhe PM 10) i p\u00ebrkasin k\u00ebsaj kategorie agjent\u00ebsh t\u00eb rreziksh\u00ebm. Kur <strong>shkalla e p\u00ebrqendrimit t\u00eb<\/strong> PM 2.5 (madh\u00ebsia 2.5 mikron) \u00ebsht\u00eb e lart\u00eb, <strong>ekspozimi n\u00eb profesion<\/strong> paraqet rrezik p\u00ebr kancer.  <\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pluhuri n\u00eb pun\u00eb: llojet e ndryshme<\/h3>\n\n<p><strong>Punonj\u00ebsit<\/strong> kan\u00eb pak njohuri p\u00ebr rreziqet e ekspozimit n\u00eb pun\u00eb. Vler\u00ebsimi i rrezikut, parandalimi dhe mbrojtja nga efektet e rrezikshme sh\u00ebndet\u00ebsore t\u00eb pluhurit jan\u00eb p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsi e kompanive. Pluhuri i im\u00ebt kalon direkt n\u00eb gjak. Grimcat e pluhurit m\u00eb t\u00eb vogla se PM1 jan\u00eb m\u00eb t\u00eb rrezikshmet dhe paraqesin rreziqe t\u00eb larta CMR, kancerogjene dhe patogjene. Prandaj, diagnoza e cil\u00ebsis\u00eb s\u00eb ajrit n\u00eb pun\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb thelb\u00ebsore. Sa m\u00eb i im\u00ebt t\u00eb jet\u00eb pluhuri, aq m\u00eb i lart\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb <strong>p\u00ebrqendrimi i tij n\u00eb aj\u00ebr<\/strong> , aq m\u00eb gjat\u00eb q\u00ebndron pezull (nga 1 deri n\u00eb 40 or\u00eb).    <\/p>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image aligncenter size-full is-resized\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/obera.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/11\/4-fraction-poussieres.jpg\" alt=\"Organizmi &#x2013; Toksiciteti\" class=\"wp-image-1840\" width=\"375\" height=\"395\" srcset=\"https:\/\/obera.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/11\/4-fraction-poussieres.jpg 500w, https:\/\/obera.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/11\/4-fraction-poussieres-285x300.jpg 285w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 375px) 100vw, 375px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n<p>Sa m\u00eb i im\u00ebt t\u00eb jet\u00eb pluhuri, aq m\u00eb e gjat\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb koha e sedimentimit. P\u00ebr shembull, grimcat me madh\u00ebsin\u00eb e nj\u00eb floku (50 \u00b5m) sedimentohen shpejt (rreth 6 s p\u00ebr met\u00ebr). Ata sedimentohen pran\u00eb zon\u00ebs s\u00eb tyre t\u00eb emetimit ose mbeten n\u00eb pezullim n\u00ebse l\u00ebvizja e ajrit \u00ebsht\u00eb mjaft e r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme p\u00ebr t\u00eb parandaluar sedimentimin e tyre. P\u00ebrkundrazi, grimcat 0.1 \u03bcm sillen n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb t\u00eb ngjashme me molekulat. Ata l\u00ebvizin sipas nj\u00eb l\u00ebvizjeje Browniane (t\u00eb rast\u00ebsishme) dhe p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb arsye mbeten n\u00eb pezullim dhe nuk kan\u00eb shpejt\u00ebsi t\u00eb matshme sedimentimi. Ata bien nj\u00eb met\u00ebr n\u00eb 20 dit\u00eb pa u shqet\u00ebsuar. \u00cbsht\u00eb e leht\u00eb t\u00eb kuptohet se pa l\u00ebvizje t\u00eb detyruar (ajrim, ventilim mekanik, fshes\u00eb me korrent t\u00eb centralizuar, pastrim ajri), k\u00ebto grimca m\u00eb t\u00eb im\u00ebta dhe m\u00eb t\u00eb rrezikshme nuk sedimentohen kurr\u00eb dhe mbeten n\u00eb pezullim.      <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pluhuri dhe VLEP: \u00e7far\u00eb thon\u00eb rregulloret<\/h2>\n\n<p>Si t\u00eb interpretohet raporti i <strong>pluhurit dhe VLEP<\/strong> n\u00eb biznes? Kini parasysh se pluhuri i pun\u00ebs vjen nga proceset e prodhimit, l\u00ebvizja e makinerive ose trajtimi i mallrave dhe produkteve. <strong>Shum\u00ebsia e pluhurit t\u00eb varur<\/strong> paraqet rreziqe p\u00ebr sh\u00ebndetin. Ligji krijoi nj\u00eb <strong>klasifikim t\u00eb pluhurit<\/strong> sipas nivelit t\u00eb dep\u00ebrtimit n\u00eb trup.   <\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Grimcat alveolare dhe mjedisi i pun\u00ebs<\/h3>\n\n<p>Raporti i <strong>pluhurit dhe VLEP<\/strong> prodhon rezultate t\u00eb ndryshme n\u00eb var\u00ebsi t\u00eb madh\u00ebsis\u00eb s\u00eb pluhurit. Grimcat e frym\u00ebmarrjes jan\u00eb ato me diamet\u00ebr m\u00eb t\u00eb vog\u00ebl se 4 mikron. Si\u00e7 e kemi par\u00eb, OBSH e ul pragun n\u00eb 2.5 (PM 2.5) duke pasur parasysh se k\u00ebto <strong>grimca jan\u00eb m\u00eb t\u00eb rrezikshmet<\/strong> . Monitorimi i p\u00ebrhersh\u00ebm n\u00eb hap\u00ebsir\u00ebn e pun\u00ebs \u00ebsht\u00eb i mundur duke <strong>instaluar nj\u00eb kuti<\/strong> , nj\u00eb sond\u00eb ose nj\u00eb analizues ajri.   <\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pluhuri dhe penetrimi i kraharorit: \u00e7far\u00eb vlerash?<\/h3>\n\n<p>Trakti i sip\u00ebrm i frym\u00ebmarrjes filtron k\u00ebto <strong>t\u00eb ashtuquajtura pluhura totale<\/strong> . Madh\u00ebsia e tyre nuk kalon 100 mikron, dhe <strong>pjesa e tyre e kraharorit<\/strong> \u00ebsht\u00eb m\u00eb pak se 10 mikron. Ato hyjn\u00eb n\u00eb mushk\u00ebri, mund t\u00eb irritojn\u00eb bronket dhe t\u00eb paraqesin <strong>rrezik astme<\/strong> .  <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pluhuri dhe VLEP: Vlera kufi e ekspozimit 8-or\u00ebsh<\/h2>\n\n<p><strong>VLEP lidh\u00ebse<\/strong> (ka t\u00eb b\u00ebj\u00eb me asbestin, drurin, silic\u00ebn dhe qeramik\u00ebn kancerogjene) \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb vler\u00eb referenc\u00eb p\u00ebr \u00e7do rrezik t\u00eb shtyr\u00eb p\u00ebr sh\u00ebndetin nga <strong>ekspozimi<\/strong> .
