BTEX p\u00ebrdoret n\u00eb prodhimin e produkteve dhe materialeve t\u00eb m\u00ebposhtme: <\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>plastike ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>gome sintetike;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>l\u00ebnd\u00eb djeg\u00ebse (benzin\u00eb \u200b\u200bpa plumb);<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>aditiv\u00eb ushqimor\u00eb;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>droga ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>parfum ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>ngjyrat;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>tret\u00ebs;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>detergjente;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>pesticideve etj.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>BTEX p\u00ebrdoren kryesisht n\u00eb sektor\u00ebt e m\u00ebposht\u00ebm:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>industria petrokimike;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>industria kozmetike;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>industria kimike farmaceutike;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>garazhe makinash;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>pika karburanti etj.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">VLEP BTEX: vlera kufi profesionale mbi 8 or\u00eb dhe afatshkurt\u00ebr<\/h2>\n\n<p><strong>Benzeni, tolueni, etilbenzeni dhe ksilenet<\/strong> jan\u00eb komponime kimike <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/obera.fr\/conseils\/substances-cmr-risque-exposition-au-travail-quelle-reglementation-prevention\/\" data-type=\"URL\" data-id=\"https:\/\/obera.fr\/conseils\/substances-cmr-risque-exposition-au-travail-quelle-reglementation-prevention\/\">t\u00eb klasifikuara si CMR<\/a><\/strong> (kancerogjene, mutagjene ose toksike p\u00ebr riprodhimin). BTEX paraqet <strong>rreziqe p\u00ebr sh\u00ebndetin dhe sigurin\u00eb e pun\u00ebtor\u00ebve<\/strong> . Ja nj\u00eb list\u00eb: <\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>l\u00ebng dhe avull shum\u00eb i ndezsh\u00ebm;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>potencialisht fatale n\u00ebse g\u00eblltitet ose hyn n\u00eb rrug\u00ebt e frym\u00ebmarrjes;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>rreziqe serioze p\u00ebr organet n\u00ebse ekspozimi i p\u00ebrs\u00ebritur ose i zgjatur;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>irritimi i l\u00ebkur\u00ebs;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>p\u00ebrgjumje ose marramendje.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>Dekreti nr. 2019-1487 i dat\u00ebs 27 dhjetor 2019 p\u00ebrcakton <strong>OEL-t\u00eb detyruese p\u00ebr BTEX<\/strong> . Vlerat kufi t\u00eb ekspozimit n\u00eb pun\u00eb p\u00ebr k\u00ebto hidrokarbure shprehen: <\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>sipas pesh\u00ebs, pra n\u00eb mg\/m\u00b3;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>sipas v\u00ebllimit, dometh\u00ebn\u00eb n\u00eb ppm ose pjes\u00eb p\u00ebr milion p\u00ebr gazet dhe avujt.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Vlerat kufi t\u00eb ekspozimit n\u00eb pun\u00eb p\u00ebr benzenin<\/strong> VLEP-8h = 3.25 mg\/m\u00b3 ose 1 ppm.  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Vlerat kufitare t\u00eb ekspozimit n\u00eb pun\u00eb p\u00ebr toluen<\/strong> VLEP-8h = 76.8 mg\/m\u00b3 ose 20 ppm VLEP (VLCT 15 min) = 384 mg\/m\u00b3 ose 100 ppm.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Vlerat kufi t\u00eb ekspozimit n\u00eb pun\u00eb p\u00ebr etilbenzenin<\/strong> VLEP-8h = 88.4 mg\/m\u00b3 ose 20 ppm VLEP (VLCT 15 min) = 442 mg\/m\u00b3 ose 100 ppm;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Vlerat kufitare t\u00eb ekspozimit n\u00eb pun\u00eb p\u00ebr ksilenet<\/strong> VLEP-8h = 221 mg\/m\u00b3 ose 50 ppm VLEP (VLCT 15 min) = 442 mg\/m\u00b3 ose 100 ppm.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">VLEP BTEX: vlerat kufi detyruese t\u00eb ekspozimit n\u00eb pun\u00eb<\/h2>\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/obera.fr\/sq\/keshilla-jone-sq\/reglementation-vlep-evaluation-risque-chimique-lieu-de-travail\/\" data-type=\"URL\" data-id=\"https:\/\/obera.fr\/conseils\/reglementation-vlep-evaluation-risque-chimique-lieu-de-travail\/\">OEL-t\u00eb<\/a> BTEX, si nj\u00eb pjes\u00eb e madhe e OEL-ve detyruese, jan\u00eb grupuar s\u00eb bashku n\u00eb <strong>nenin R. 4412-149 t\u00eb Kodit t\u00eb Pun\u00ebs<\/strong> .
