Ligji francez e ka transpozuar k\u00ebt\u00eb <strong>rregullore evropiane<\/strong> dhe n\u00eb ve\u00e7anti t\u00eb drejt\u00ebn e pun\u00ebs n\u00eb nenin R.4412-60 t\u00eb Kodit t\u00eb Pun\u00ebs. N\u00eb t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00eb, siguria dhe sh\u00ebndeti i pun\u00ebtor\u00ebve njihen n\u00eb Kodin e Pun\u00ebs n\u00eb nenin L4121-1. Cilat jan\u00eb k\u00ebto rregullore p\u00ebr <strong>substancat CMR<\/strong> ?   <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"substances-cmr-qu-est-ce-que-c-est\">Substancat CMR: cilat jan\u00eb ato?<\/h2>\n\n<p><strong>Substancat CMR jan\u00eb substanca ose p\u00ebrzierje<\/strong> q\u00eb prodhojn\u00eb efekte t\u00eb d\u00ebmshme dhe paraqesin <strong>rreziqe p\u00ebr sh\u00ebndetin ose mjedisin<\/strong> . K\u00ebto substanca ose p\u00ebrzierje, n\u00ebp\u00ebrmjet thithjes, g\u00eblltitjes ose dep\u00ebrtimit n\u00eb l\u00ebkur\u00eb, mund t\u00eb ken\u00eb rreziqe: <\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Kancerogjen\u00ebt<\/strong> : Produktet shkaktojn\u00eb kancer.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Mutagjen\u00ebt<\/strong> : prodhimi i problemeve trash\u00ebgimore ose dhjet\u00ebfishimi i shpesht\u00ebsis\u00eb s\u00eb tyre.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Reprotoksik<\/strong> : rritje e efekteve t\u00eb d\u00ebmshme jo-trash\u00ebguese te f\u00ebmij\u00ebt ose d\u00ebmtim i kapacitetit riprodhues t\u00eb mashkullit.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p><strong>Agjent\u00eb t\u00eb ndrysh\u00ebm kimik\u00eb<\/strong> klasifikohen sipas vetive t\u00eb tyre CMR. <strong>INRS ofron nj\u00eb list\u00eb t\u00eb substancave kimike t\u00eb klasifikuara si CMR<\/strong> . Kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb list\u00eb kryesore e substancave, nj\u00eb list\u00eb e substancave komplekse q\u00eb rrjedhin nga nafta dhe qymyri, nj\u00eb list\u00eb e ngjyrave dhe nj\u00eb tabel\u00eb me pragjet e klasifikimit p\u00ebr p\u00ebrzierjet. Franca e ka transpozuar k\u00ebt\u00eb klasifikim CMR n\u00eb dy kategori. <strong>Kategoria 1 ka t\u00eb b\u00ebj\u00eb me produkte q\u00eb paraqesin rrezik kancerogjen, mutagjen ose reprotoksik<\/strong> . Kjo kategori 1 ndahet n\u00eb dy n\u00ebnkategori: 1A me nj\u00eb rrezik t\u00eb provuar CMR dhe 1B me nj\u00eb rrezik t\u00eb supozuar CMR. <strong>Kategoria 2 synon produkte me rreziqe t\u00eb dyshuara CMR<\/strong> .     <\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"comment-reconnaitre-un-produit-classe-cmr\">Si t\u00eb njohim nj\u00eb produkt t\u00eb klasifikuar CMR?<\/h3>\n\n<p>P\u00ebr t\u00eb njohur produktet kancerogjene, mutagjene ose toksike p\u00ebr riprodhim, ekziston nj\u00eb <strong>dokument i vet\u00ebm i vler\u00ebsimit t\u00eb rrezikut<\/strong> . Ky dokument liston t\u00eb gjitha <strong>rreziqet q\u00eb lidhen me veprimtarin\u00eb profesionale<\/strong> . Ai p\u00ebrfshin disa skedar\u00eb. Produktet ose preparatet CMR jan\u00eb t\u00eb identifikueshme nga <strong>etiketimi<\/strong> . Punonj\u00ebsit duhet t\u00eb ken\u00eb akses n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb flet\u00eb q\u00eb tregon p\u00ebrb\u00ebrjen e produktit p\u00ebr p\u00ebrdorim. S\u00eb fundi, pun\u00ebdh\u00ebn\u00ebsi duhet t\u00eb krijoj\u00eb nj\u00eb <strong>flet\u00eb ekspozimi p\u00ebr \u00e7do pun\u00ebtor<\/strong> . Kompania duhet t\u00eb justifikoj\u00eb veprimet e saj, qofshin ato t\u00eb suksesshme apo jo. <strong>Dokumenti i vet\u00ebm i vler\u00ebsimit t\u00eb rrezikut<\/strong> regjistron rezultatet e hulumtimit.
