End\u00fcstriyel at\u00f6lyelerdeki hava kalitesini iyile\u015ftirmek ve \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n bu kirleticilere maruziyetini azaltmak i\u00e7in bunlar\u0131n ar\u0131t\u0131lmas\u0131 \u00f6nemlidir. Mevcut teknolojiler aras\u0131nda aktif karbon filtreler verimlilikleri, kullan\u0131m kolayl\u0131klar\u0131, <strong>nispeten d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck<\/strong> maliyetleri <strong>ve \u00e7ok y\u00f6nl\u00fcl\u00fckleri<\/strong> ile \u00f6ne \u00e7\u0131kmaktad\u0131r.    <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aktif k\u00f6m\u00fcr olarak da bilinen aktif karbon, \u00e7e\u015fitli gaz kirleticileri ar\u0131tmak i\u00e7in end\u00fcstride yayg\u0131n olarak kullan\u0131lan bir malzemedir. <strong>Ola\u011fan\u00fcst\u00fc adsorpsiyon \u00f6zellikleri<\/strong> sayesinde aktif karbon, havada bulunan bir\u00e7ok <a href=\"https:\/\/obera.fr\/tr\/produits\/traitement-cov\/\">u\u00e7ucu organik bile\u015fi\u011fi (VOC)<\/a> ve di\u011fer kirleticileri etkili bir \u015fekilde tutabilmektedir. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aktif karbon burada daha genel olarak adsorpsiyon (hapsetme) ve fiziko-kimyasal ar\u0131tma (bozundurma) yoluyla ar\u0131tma sa\u011flayan adsorbanlar ve absorban kar\u0131\u015f\u0131mlar\u0131n\u0131 ifade etmek i\u00e7in kullan\u0131lmaktad\u0131r. Karbon emdirilmi\u015f filtrelerde sadece az miktarda karbon bulunur ve kirleticilerle temas ettiklerinde \u00e7ok h\u0131zl\u0131 bir \u015fekilde doygunlu\u011fa ula\u015f\u0131rlar. Bu karbon emdirilmi\u015f malzemeler \u00e7o\u011fu <strong>end\u00fcstriyel uygulama<\/strong> i\u00e7in uygun de\u011fildir.   <\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Aktif karbon filtrelerin avantajlar\u0131<\/strong>, VOC&#8217;leri etkili bir \u015fekilde adsorbe etme ve b\u00f6ylece atmosfere zararl\u0131 emisyonlar\u0131 azaltma yeteneklerinde yatmaktad\u0131r. Bununla birlikte, kullan\u0131mlar\u0131n\u0131n, doymu\u015f karbonu d\u00fczenli olarak de\u011fi\u015ftirme ihtiyac\u0131 ve yeni karbonun ilgili maliyetleri ve kullan\u0131lm\u0131\u015f karbonun bertaraf edilmesi gibi dezavantajlar\u0131 olabilir.<strong> Ar\u0131t\u0131lacak kirletici konsantrasyonu \u00e7ok<\/strong> y\u00fcksekse, aktif karbon y\u00fck\u00fc h\u0131zla doygun hale gelecektir. Genel bir kural olarak, karbon ar\u0131tma 50\u00b0C&#8217;nin alt\u0131nda kullan\u0131l\u0131r. S\u0131cakl\u0131k ne kadar y\u00fcksek olursa, adsorban\u0131n emme kapasitesi o kadar d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck olur.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Konsantrasyona ek olarak, <strong>aktif karbon filtrelerin <\/strong>verimlili\u011fi ve <strong>hizmet \u00f6mr\u00fc <\/strong>, aktif karbonun kalitesi, \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma ko\u015fullar\u0131 (s\u0131cakl\u0131k, bas\u0131n\u00e7 ve nem) ve ak\u0131\u015fta bulunan toz dahil olmak \u00fczere bir dizi fakt\u00f6rden etkilenir. Karbonun g\u00f6zeneklerinin toz taraf\u0131ndan doyurulmamas\u0131 i\u00e7in filtrelenecek havada bulunan partik\u00fcllerin ve tozun filtrelenmesi \u00f6nemlidir. Y\u00fcksek ba\u011f\u0131l nem de <strong>karbonun<\/strong> verimlili\u011fini ve <strong>\u00f6mr\u00fcn\u00fc<\/strong> \u00f6nemli \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcde azalt\u0131r. Su buhar\u0131 yo\u011funla\u015f\u0131rsa, s\u0131v\u0131 haldeki su bir kirletici gibi karbonun g\u00f6zeneklerini doyurur.     <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>End\u00fcstriyel VOC&#8217;lerin ar\u0131t\u0131lmas\u0131nda, <strong>aktif karbon filtrelerinin<\/strong> verimlili\u011fini ve <strong>dayan\u0131kl\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131<\/strong> art\u0131rmak i\u00e7in kataliz\u00f6rlerin veya nano-kompozit malzemelerin kullan\u0131lmas\u0131 gibi yenilik\u00e7i yakla\u015f\u0131mlar ortaya \u00e7\u0131kmaktad\u0131r.
