ATEX ekipman\u0131 olarak da bilinen patlay\u0131c\u0131 ortamlar i\u00e7in ekipman, potansiyel olarak patlay\u0131c\u0131 ortamlarda g\u00fcvenli kullan\u0131m i\u00e7in \u00f6zel olarak tasarlanm\u0131\u015f cihazlar\u0131 ifade eder. ATEX&#8217;in a\u00e7\u0131l\u0131m\u0131<strong>&#8220;ATmosph\u00e8res<\/strong> <strong>EXplosibles<\/strong>&#8221; olup, bu t\u00fcr ortamlarda \u00f6zel ekipmanlar\u0131n kullan\u0131m\u0131n\u0131 d\u00fczenleyen bir Avrupa direktifidir.  <\/p>\n\n<p><strong>ATEX ekipman<\/strong> \u0131n\u0131n amac\u0131,<strong> kullan\u0131lan ekipman\u0131n bu ortamlar<\/strong> i\u00e7in uygun olmas\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flayarak bu patlamalar\u0131 \u00f6nlemek ve b\u00f6ylece riskleri en aza indirmektir.<\/p>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Patlay\u0131c\u0131 atmosfer nedir?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image alignright size-medium is-resized\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"300\" height=\"300\" src=\"https:\/\/obera.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/11\/26-zone-atex-300x300.jpg\" alt=\"26 Atex b&#xF6;lgesi\" class=\"wp-image-1667\" srcset=\"https:\/\/obera.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/11\/26-zone-atex-300x300.jpg 300w, https:\/\/obera.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/11\/26-zone-atex-150x150.jpg 150w, https:\/\/obera.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/11\/26-zone-atex.jpg 500w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n<p><strong>ATEX patlay\u0131c\u0131 atmosfer <\/strong>, gazlar, buharlar, s\u0131v\u0131lar veya tozlar gibi yan\u0131c\u0131 maddelerin havada yeterli miktarlarda bulundu\u011fu ve potansiyel patlama riski olu\u015fturdu\u011fu bir ortamd\u0131r. &#8220;ATEX&#8221; terimi, bu <strong>tehlikeli ortamlarda<\/strong> ekipman kullan\u0131m\u0131n\u0131 d\u00fczenleyen 2014\/34\/EU say\u0131l\u0131 Avrupa Direktifine at\u0131fta bulunmaktad\u0131r. <\/p>\n\n<p>Patlay\u0131c\u0131 atmosferler kimya, petrol ve gaz end\u00fcstrileri, at\u0131k ar\u0131tma tesisleri, ila\u00e7 end\u00fcstrisi, madencilik, g\u0131da end\u00fcstrisi gibi farkl\u0131 end\u00fcstri ve i\u015fyeri t\u00fcrlerinde olu\u015fabilir. Bu ortamlarda bulunan <strong>yan\u0131c\u0131 maddeler<\/strong>, \u00f6rne\u011fin s\u0131z\u0131nt\u0131lar, d\u00f6k\u00fclmeler, kimyasal reaksiyonlar veya<strong> belirli \u00fcretim s\u00fcre\u00e7leri<\/strong> s\u0131ras\u0131nda kazara a\u00e7\u0131\u011fa \u00e7\u0131kabilir. <\/p>\n\n<p>Bir atmosferin patlay\u0131c\u0131 olarak kabul edilebilmesi i\u00e7in iki temel unsurun ayn\u0131 anda mevcut olmas\u0131 gerekir: yak\u0131t ve ate\u015fleme kayna\u011f\u0131. Yak\u0131t bir gaz, buhar, toz veya yan\u0131c\u0131 bir s\u0131v\u0131 olabilirken, <strong>ate\u015fleme kayna\u011f\u0131<\/strong> bir k\u0131v\u0131lc\u0131m, a\u00e7\u0131k alev, s\u0131cak bir y\u00fczey, elektrostatik bo\u015falma vb. olabilir. <\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Patlay\u0131c\u0131 ortamlar\u0131n s\u0131n\u0131fland\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n<p>Potansiyel tehlikeleri daha iyi anlayabilmek i\u00e7in patlay\u0131c\u0131 ortamlar, <strong>yan\u0131c\u0131 maddelerin<\/strong> bulunma olas\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve s\u00fcresine g\u00f6re farkl\u0131 b\u00f6lgelere ayr\u0131l\u0131r. En yayg\u0131n kullan\u0131lan s\u0131n\u0131fland\u0131rma, b\u00f6lgeleri \u00fc\u00e7 kategoriye ay\u0131ran ATEX standard\u0131 taraf\u0131ndan tan\u0131mlanan s\u0131n\u0131fland\u0131rmad\u0131r: gazl\u0131 atmosferler i\u00e7in B\u00f6lge 0, B\u00f6lge 1 ve B\u00f6lge 2 ve tozlu atmosferler i\u00e7in B\u00f6lge 20, B\u00f6lge 21 ve B\u00f6lge 22. <\/p>\n\n<p>\u0130\u015fte gazlar, buharlar ve tozlar i\u00e7in ana s\u0131n\u0131fland\u0131rma b\u00f6lgeleri:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>B\u00f6lge 0 (gaz\/buhar) veya B\u00f6lge 20 (toz)<\/strong>: Patlay\u0131c\u0131 bir atmosfer s\u00fcrekli olarak, uzun s\u00fcreler boyunca veya s\u0131k s\u0131k = 1000 saat\/y\u0131l mevcuttur.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>B\u00f6lge 1 (gaz\/buhar) veya B\u00f6lge 21 (toz)<\/strong>: Normal \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma s\u0131ras\u0131nda patlay\u0131c\u0131 bir atmosfer olu\u015fmas\u0131 muhtemeldir = 10 ila 1000 saat\/y\u0131l aras\u0131nda.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>B\u00f6lge 2 (gaz\/buhar) veya B\u00f6lge 22 (toz)<\/strong>: Patlay\u0131c\u0131 bir atmosfer olas\u0131 de\u011fildir ve ihmal edilebilir miktarlarda ve k\u0131sa bir s\u00fcre i\u00e7inde = 10 saat \/ y\u0131ldan daha az bir s\u00fcre i\u00e7inde meydana gelir.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>ATEX patlay\u0131c\u0131 ortamlar\u0131nda uygun \u00f6nleyici ve g\u00fcvenlik tedbirlerinin al\u0131nmas\u0131 esast\u0131r. Bu, ATEX sertifikal\u0131 ekipmanlar\u0131n kullan\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131, g\u00fcvenli \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma prosed\u00fcrlerinin uygulanmas\u0131n\u0131, personelin e\u011fitilmesini, \u00e7evrenin izlenmesini, <strong>ate\u015fleme kaynaklar\u0131n\u0131n<\/strong> ve yan\u0131c\u0131 maddelerin <strong>y\u00f6netilmesini<\/strong> ve patlamalar\u0131 \u00f6nlemek ve \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n ve tesislerin g\u00fcvenli\u011fine y\u00f6nelik riskleri en aza indirmek i\u00e7in uygun koruyucu \u00f6nlemlerin uygulanmas\u0131n\u0131 i\u00e7erir. <\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>ATEX ekipman\u0131<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n<p><strong> ATEX ekipman\u0131 <\/strong>, potansiyel olarak patlay\u0131c\u0131 ortamlarda g\u00fcvenli kullan\u0131m i\u00e7in \u00f6zel olarak tasarlanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. \u00d6zel tasar\u0131m ve yap\u0131m teknikleri kullan\u0131larak patlama riskini s\u0131n\u0131rland\u0131rmak i\u00e7in \u00fcretilmi\u015ftir. Armat\u00fcrler, motorlar, anahtarlar, sens\u00f6rler, ileti\u015fim cihazlar\u0131 ve \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcm aletleri gibi geni\u015f bir ekipman yelpazesini i\u00e7erir.  <\/p>\n\n<p>ATEX ekipman\u0131, gerekli g\u00fcvenlik standartlar\u0131n\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131lad\u0131\u011f\u0131ndan emin olmak i\u00e7in titiz sertifikasyon s\u00fcre\u00e7lerinden ge\u00e7melidir. \u00dcreticiler, \u00fcr\u00fcnlerindeki uygun koruma kategorisi, s\u0131cakl\u0131k s\u0131n\u0131f\u0131, s\u0131n\u0131fland\u0131rma b\u00f6lgeleri ve di\u011fer g\u00fcvenlik \u00f6zellikleri hakk\u0131nda ayr\u0131nt\u0131l\u0131 bilgi vermelidir.<\/p>\n\n<p>ATEX ekipmanlar\u0131 iki ana kategoriye ayr\u0131labilir: <strong>gaz ortamlar\u0131<\/strong> i\u00e7in ekipmanlar ve <strong>toz ortamlar\u0131<\/strong> i\u00e7in ekipmanlar. Her kategori, potansiyel olarak patlay\u0131c\u0131 ortamlarda g\u00fcvenli\u011fi sa\u011flamak i\u00e7in tasarlanm\u0131\u015f belirli \u00f6zelliklere sahiptir. <\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Gazl\u0131 ortamlarda<\/strong> kullan\u0131lacak ekipmanlar, patlamay\u0131 tetikleyebilecek k\u0131v\u0131lc\u0131m veya elektrik arklar\u0131n\u0131n olu\u015fmas\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6nlemek i\u00e7in tasarlanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Yan\u0131c\u0131 gazlar\u0131n giri\u015fini \u00f6nlemek i\u00e7in patlamaya dayan\u0131kl\u0131 muhafazalar ve contalar gibi koruyucu cihazlar i\u00e7erirler. Bu ekipman patlamaya dayan\u0131kl\u0131 malzemelerden yap\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r ve tutu\u015fma riskini en aza indirecek \u015fekilde tasarlanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.  <\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Tozlu ortam<\/strong>lara y\u00f6nelik ekipmanlar, yan\u0131c\u0131 tozlar\u0131n birikmesini \u00f6nlemek i\u00e7in \u00f6zel olarak tasarlanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. \u0130nce par\u00e7ac\u0131klar\u0131 tutmak i\u00e7in \u00f6zel filtreler, toz birikintilerini ortadan kald\u0131rmak i\u00e7in toz emme sistemleri ve yan\u0131c\u0131 tozlar\u0131n yap\u0131\u015fmas\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6nlemek i\u00e7in p\u00fcr\u00fczs\u00fcz y\u00fczeyler gibi \u00f6zelliklerle donat\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.
