M\u00fc\u015fterimiz, mevcut \u00e7evre standartlar\u0131na uyarken bu emisyonlar\u0131 azaltacak etkili bir \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm bulmak istiyordu. <\/p>\n\n<p><strong> Hava i\u015fleme<\/strong> ve kirletici emisyonlar\u0131n azalt\u0131lmas\u0131 konusundaki uzmanl\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131zdan yararlanarak, m\u00fc\u015fterimizin \u00f6zel ihtiya\u00e7lar\u0131na g\u00f6re uyarlanm\u0131\u015f yenilik\u00e7i bir yakla\u015f\u0131m \u00f6nerdik. Erimi\u015f metal d\u00f6k\u00fcm sahalar\u0131na aktif karbon kartu\u015flu bir <strong>Dustomat 4-24 mobil toz toplama<\/strong> sistemi kurduk. <\/p>\n\n<p>Bu sistem, yay\u0131lan VOC&#8217;leri yakalay\u0131p filtreleyerek i\u015fyerinde daha iyi hava kalitesi sa\u011flamak \u00fczere tasarlanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. VOC&#8217;leri kayna\u011f\u0131nda ortadan kald\u0131rarak, sadece <strong>\u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131<\/strong> korumakla kalmad\u0131k, ayn\u0131 zamanda bu kirleticilerin emisyonlar\u0131yla ba\u011flant\u0131l\u0131 faaliyetlerinin \u00e7evresel etkilerini azaltmaya da yard\u0131mc\u0131 olduk. <strong>Toz toplay\u0131c\u0131<\/strong> ise ye\u015fil kum kal\u0131plar\u0131n\u0131n so\u011futulmas\u0131 s\u0131ras\u0131nda ortaya \u00e7\u0131kan silika tozunu filtreliyor ve aktif karbonu koruyarak tozun erken doymas\u0131n\u0131 engelliyor.  <\/p>\n\n<p>Ki\u015fiye \u00f6zel \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm\u00fcm\u00fcz, \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma ko\u015fullar\u0131nda belirgin bir iyile\u015fme ve mevcut standartlara daha fazla uyum sa\u011flayan m\u00fc\u015fterimiz taraf\u0131ndan heyecanla kar\u015f\u0131land\u0131.<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>D\u00f6k\u00fcmhane ve tala\u015fl\u0131 imalat m\u00fc\u015fterimizle<\/strong> ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirdi\u011fimiz bu ba\u015far\u0131l\u0131 i\u015fbirli\u011fi, end\u00fcstriyel \u015firketlerin kar\u015f\u0131la\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u00e7evre ve halk sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 sorunlar\u0131na yenilik\u00e7i ve etkili \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcmler sunma konusundaki kararl\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n bir \u00f6rne\u011fidir.<strong> End\u00fcstriyel emisyonlar\u0131n ar<\/strong>\u0131t\u0131lmas\u0131 alan\u0131nda sorumlu bir oyuncu olma misyonumuzu peki\u015ftirirken ba\u015far\u0131lar\u0131na katk\u0131da bulunabildi\u011fimiz i\u00e7in gurur duyuyoruz. <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">D\u00f6k\u00fcm\/metalurji sekt\u00f6r\u00fcnde erimi\u015f metal d\u00f6k\u00fcm\u00fc s\u0131ras\u0131nda VOC \u00fcreten prosesler<\/h2>\n\n<p><strong>D\u00f6k\u00fcmhanelerde<\/strong> veya \u00e7elik fabrikalar\u0131nda <strong>erimi\u015f metal d\u00f6k\u00fcm\u00fc<\/strong> s\u0131ras\u0131nda, \u00e7e\u015fitli i\u015flemler U\u00e7ucu Organik Bile\u015fikler (VOC&#8217;ler) \u00fcretebilir. Kal\u0131p kumu ve ma\u00e7alar, erimi\u015f metalin \u0131s\u0131s\u0131na maruz kald\u0131klar\u0131nda bozunarak havaya VOC emisyonuna neden olan<strong> organik bile\u015fikler <\/strong>i\u00e7erebilir. Kal\u0131p dilim bazl\u0131 ye\u015fil kum i\u00e7erir. Bu kum, kuma eklenen organik veya mineral ba\u011flay\u0131c\u0131lar (kataliz\u00f6r, sertle\u015ftirici, priz h\u0131zland\u0131r\u0131c\u0131, vb.) ile aglomere edilir. Kum \u0131s\u0131t\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131nda VOC \u00fcreten \u00e7e\u015fitli re\u00e7ine bazl\u0131 i\u015flemler vard\u0131r:<strong> fenolik re\u00e7ineler, poli\u00fcretan re\u00e7ineler, fenolatlar, furan<\/strong> re\u00e7ineler, alkid re\u00e7ineler, vb.    <\/p>\n\n<p>D\u00f6k\u00fcmden \u00f6nce, ya\u011f veya gres izlerini gidermek i\u00e7in kal\u0131plar ya\u011fdan ar\u0131nd\u0131r\u0131labilir. Ya\u011f giderme i\u015fleminde kullan\u0131lan solventler buharla\u015ft\u0131klar\u0131nda VOC sal\u0131n\u0131m\u0131 yapabilir. <\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Kal\u0131plar\u0131n ya\u011fdan ar\u0131nd\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131  <\/h3>\n\n<p>D\u00f6k\u00fcmden \u00f6nce,<strong> ya\u011f veya gres izlerini gidermek<\/strong> i\u00e7in kal\u0131plar ya\u011fdan ar\u0131nd\u0131r\u0131labilir. Ya\u011f giderme i\u015fleminde kullan\u0131lan solventler buharla\u015ft\u0131klar\u0131nda VOC sal\u0131n\u0131m\u0131 yapabilir. <\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Refrakter astarlar  <\/h3>\n\n<p>Is\u0131ya direnmek i\u00e7in kal\u0131plar\u0131n i\u00e7ine uygulanan baz\u0131 refrakter astarlar, erimi\u015f metal d\u00f6k\u00fcld\u00fc\u011f\u00fcnde a\u00e7\u0131\u011fa \u00e7\u0131kabilen u\u00e7ucu <strong>organik bile\u015fikler <\/strong>i\u00e7erebilir.<\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Gazlar\u0131n veya yak\u0131tlar\u0131n yanmas\u0131  <\/h3>\n\n<p>Baz\u0131 metal eritme proseslerinde \u0131s\u0131 kayna\u011f\u0131 olarak gazlar veya yak\u0131tlar kullan\u0131l\u0131r. Bu yak\u0131tlar\u0131n yanmas\u0131 VOC \u00fcretebilir. <\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Erimi\u015f metalin ta\u015f\u0131nmas\u0131  <\/h3>\n\n<p>Erimi\u015f metal i\u015flenirken ve bir yerden ba\u015fka bir yere aktar\u0131l\u0131rken, s\u0131cak metal ile ortam havas\u0131 aras\u0131ndaki reaksiyon sonucunda <strong>\u00e7o\u011funlukla mikro toz partik\u00fclleri<\/strong> ve gazlar <strong>i\u00e7eren dumanlar<\/strong> yay\u0131labilir.<\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Erimi\u015f metalin h\u0131zl\u0131 so\u011futulmas\u0131  <\/h3>\n\n<p>Erimi\u015f metalin h\u0131zla so\u011fumas\u0131, daha so\u011fuk y\u00fczeylerle temas etti\u011finde <strong>gaz dumanlar\u0131n\u0131n olu\u015fmas\u0131na yol a\u00e7abilir<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n<p>Bu duman, gaz ve VOC emisyonlar\u0131 \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n ve \u00e7evrenin sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan endi\u015fe yaratabilir. Operat\u00f6r\u00fcn maruziyetini azaltmak i\u00e7in, emisyonlar\u0131 kayna\u011f\u0131nda s\u0131n\u0131rland\u0131rmak i\u00e7in<strong>yakalama<\/strong> ve havaland\u0131rma<strong>sistemlerinin<\/strong> kullan\u0131lmas\u0131 ve daha az emisyon yayan malzeme ve s\u00fcre\u00e7lerin kullan\u0131lmas\u0131 gibi \u00f6nleyici tedbirlerin uygulanmas\u0131 esast\u0131r. Tozlara ve VOC&#8217;lara maruz kalan i\u015f\u00e7iler i\u00e7in uygun ki\u015fisel koruyucu ekipman (KKE) kullan\u0131m\u0131 da sa\u011fl\u0131k risklerini en aza indirmek i\u00e7in gerekli olabilir.  <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Metalurji \/ d\u00f6k\u00fcm sekt\u00f6r\u00fcnde VOC ile ilgili tehlikeler<\/h2>\n\n<p>D\u00f6k\u00fcmhane ve metal\u00fcrji end\u00fcstrilerinde, d\u00f6k\u00fcmhanelerde iyi bilinen kristal silika bazl\u0131 tozlara ek olarak, U\u00e7ucu Organik Bile\u015fikler (VOC&#8217;ler) de <strong>hava kirleticilerinin olu\u015fumuna katk\u0131da<\/strong> bulunabilir ve kronik olarak y\u00fcksek konsantrasyonlara maruz kalan \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar i\u00e7in sa\u011fl\u0131k sorunlar\u0131na neden olabilir. \u0130\u015fte bu alanda VOC&#8217;larla ili\u015fkili baz\u0131 yayg\u0131n hastal\u0131klar. <\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Solunum yollar\u0131nda tahri\u015f  <\/h3>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image alignleft size-full is-resized\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"600\" height=\"600\" src=\"https:\/\/obera.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/12\/picto-risque-mutagene.jpg\" alt=\"picto mutajenik risk\" class=\"wp-image-26440\" style=\"width:55px;height:auto\" srcset=\"https:\/\/obera.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/12\/picto-risque-mutagene.jpg 600w, https:\/\/obera.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/12\/picto-risque-mutagene-300x300.jpg 300w, https:\/\/obera.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/12\/picto-risque-mutagene-150x150.jpg 150w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 600px) 100vw, 600px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n<p>VOC&#8217;ler \u00f6ks\u00fcr\u00fck, bo\u011faz a\u011fr\u0131s\u0131, burun t\u0131kan\u0131kl\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve hap\u015f\u0131rma gibi semptomlarla birlikte solunum yollar\u0131nda tahri\u015fe neden olabilir. D\u00fczenli olarak VOC emisyonlar\u0131na maruz kalan<strong> d\u00f6k\u00fcm\/metalurji \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131<\/strong> kronik solunum problemleri ya\u015fayabilir.<\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ast\u0131m<\/h3>\n\n<p>VOC&#8217;lere uzun s\u00fcre maruz kalmak, yatk\u0131n bireylerde ast\u0131m semptomlar\u0131n\u0131 \u015fiddetlendirebilir. <strong>Ast\u0131m hastas\u0131 \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar<\/strong>, \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma ortam\u0131ndaki VOC&#8217;lerin varl\u0131\u011f\u0131 nedeniyle semptomlar\u0131n\u0131n \u015fiddetlendi\u011fini g\u00f6rebilirler. <\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">N\u00f6rolojik bozukluklar<\/h3>\n\n<p>Baz\u0131 VOC&#8217;ler n\u00f6rotoksin olarak kabul edilir ve merkezi sinir sistemini etkileyebilir. Y\u00fcksek seviyelerde VOC&#8217;lara kronik maruziyet ba\u015f a\u011fr\u0131s\u0131, ba\u015f d\u00f6nmesi, <strong>haf\u0131za bozuk<\/strong> lu\u011fu ve konsantrasyon problemleriyle ili\u015fkilendirilebilir. <\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Dermatit  <\/h3>\n\n<p>Baz\u0131 ki\u015filer d\u00f6k\u00fcm\/metalurji end\u00fcstrisinde kullan\u0131lan VOC&#8217;lere ve kimyasallara tekrar tekrar maruz kald\u0131ktan sonra alerjik cilt reaksiyonlar\u0131 geli\u015ftirebilir.<\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Karaci\u011fer ve b\u00f6brekler \u00fczerindeki etkiler<\/h3>\n\n<p>Baz\u0131 VOC&#8217;ler karaci\u011fer ve b\u00f6brekler i\u00e7in toksik olabilir ve uzun s\u00fcreli maruz kalma durumunda ve y\u00fcksek konsantrasyonlarda <strong>bu organlarda hasara<\/strong> neden olabilir.<\/p>\n\n<p><strong> Sa\u011fl\u0131k etkilerinin ciddiyetinin<\/strong> havadaki VOC konsantrasyonuna, maruz kalma s\u00fcresi ve s\u0131kl\u0131\u011f\u0131na ve bireysel duyarl\u0131l\u0131\u011fa ba\u011fl\u0131 oldu\u011funu unutmamak \u00f6nemlidir. \u0130\u015fverenler ve i\u015f\u00e7iler, VOC&#8217;lere maruziyeti en aza indirmek ve i\u015f\u00e7ilerin sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 korumak i\u00e7in \u00f6nleyici tedbirler almal\u0131d\u0131r. <\/p>\n\n<p>\u00d6nleyici tedbirler, VOC <strong>emisyonlar\u0131n\u0131 s\u0131n\u0131rland\u0131rmak<\/strong> i\u00e7in kapal\u0131 i\u015f s\u00fcre\u00e7lerinin veya yakalama sistemlerinin kullan\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131 ve VOC&#8217;lere maruz kalan \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar i\u00e7in uygun ki\u015fisel koruyucu ekipmanlar\u0131n (KKE) kullan\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131 i\u00e7erebilir.  <\/p>\n\n<p>Havadaki VOC konsantrasyonunu azaltmak i\u00e7in \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma alanlar\u0131nda yeterli havaland\u0131rman\u0131n sa\u011flanmas\u0131 ve \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n VOC&#8217;larla ili\u015fkili riskler ve iyi g\u00fcvenlik uygulamalar\u0131 konusunda e\u011fitilmesi de \u00f6nemlidir.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Metal i\u015fleme \/ d\u00f6k\u00fcm sekt\u00f6r\u00fcnde hava \u015fartland\u0131rman\u0131n faydalar\u0131<\/h2>\n\n<p><strong> D\u00f6k\u00fcmhane ve metal\u00fcrji sekt\u00f6r\u00fcnde<\/strong> hava \u015fartland\u0131rma bir dizi \u00f6nemli avantaj sunar. \u0130lk olarak, ma\u00e7a yap\u0131m\u0131 ve erimi\u015f metalin d\u00f6k\u00fclmesi s\u0131ras\u0131nda ortaya \u00e7\u0131kan U\u00e7ucu Organik Bile\u015fiklerin (VOC) emisyonlar\u0131n\u0131 ve kokular\u0131 \u00f6nemli \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcde azalt\u0131r. Hava \u015fartland\u0131rma, VOC&#8217;leri kayna\u011f\u0131nda etkili bir \u015fekilde yakalayarak ve filtreleyerek \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma alanlar\u0131ndaki ortam havas\u0131 kalitesinin iyile\u015ftirilmesine yard\u0131mc\u0131 olur.  <\/p>\n\n<p>Bir di\u011fer \u00f6nemli fayda da <strong>\u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n korunmas\u0131d\u0131r<\/strong>. Hava \u015fartland\u0131rma, zararl\u0131 emisyonlara maruziyeti azaltarak solunum yolu tahri\u015fi, cilt alerjileri, n\u00f6rolojik bozukluklar ve kronik solunum problemleri gibi sa\u011fl\u0131k sorunlar\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6nler. Bu nedenle, \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar i\u00e7in <strong>daha g\u00fcvenli ve sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131<\/strong> bir <strong>\u00e7al\u0131\u015fma ortam\u0131n\u0131<\/strong> te\u015fvik ederek refahlar\u0131na ve \u00fcretkenliklerine katk\u0131da bulunur.  <\/p>\n\n<p>Hava \u015fartland\u0131rma ayn\u0131 zamanda d\u00f6k\u00fcm ve metal\u00fcrji \u015firketlerinin VOC emisyonlar\u0131na ili\u015fkin kat\u0131 d\u00fczenlemelere uymalar\u0131na da yard\u0131mc\u0131 olabilir. \u015eirketler bu standartlara uyarak <strong>olas\u0131 cezalardan<\/strong> ka\u00e7\u0131n\u0131r ve sosyal ve \u00e7evresel sorumluluk imajlar\u0131n\u0131 g\u00fc\u00e7lendirir. <\/p>\n\n<p>Sonu\u00e7 olarak, d\u00f6k\u00fcm ve metal\u00fcrji sekt\u00f6r\u00fcnde hava \u015fartland\u0131rma, VOC emisyonlar\u0131n\u0131n azalt\u0131lmas\u0131ndan \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n ve \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma ortam\u0131n\u0131n korunmas\u0131na kadar \u00f6nemli faydalar sunmaktad\u0131r.
