Sanayi taraf\u0131ndan kullan\u0131lan veya \u00fcretilen \u00fcr\u00fcnler aras\u0131nda \u00f6zellikle solventler, VOC&#8217;lerden olu\u015fan buharlar ve aerosoller yaymaktad\u0131r.  <\/p>\n\n<p>Saf olarak veya \u00fcr\u00fcn form\u00fclasyonlar\u0131na dahil edilen bu solventler \u00e7e\u015fitli end\u00fcstriyel proseslerde ve bak\u0131m, temizlik ve onar\u0131m i\u015flemlerinde kullan\u0131l\u0131r. Ortaya \u00e7\u0131kan <strong>at\u0131klar\u0131 emdirir <\/strong>ve kullan\u0131lan aksesuar ve ekipmanlar\u0131 kirletirler.   <\/p>\n\n<p>Asl\u0131nda, herhangi bir solvent kullan\u0131m\u0131, VOC emisyonu yoluyla ortam havas\u0131n\u0131 kirletir. Solventler genellikle <strong>toksik etkilere<\/strong> sahiptir ve kolayca tutu\u015fabilir. Sonu\u00e7 olarak, i\u015f\u00e7ilerin ve \u00e7evrenin sa\u011fl\u0131k ve g\u00fcvenli\u011fi risk alt\u0131ndad\u0131r ve bunun ekonomik ve yasal sonu\u00e7lar\u0131 vard\u0131r.    <\/p>\n\n<p>Bu riskleri \u00f6nlemek i\u00e7in, <strong>y\u00f6netmelikler<\/strong> havadaki <strong>VOC konsantrasyonu i\u00e7in s\u0131n\u0131r de\u011ferler gerektirmektedir<\/strong>. Bu gereklili\u011fi yerine getirmenin bir yolu, solvent buharlar\u0131yla kirlenmi\u015f atmosferin etkili bir \u015fekilde ekstrakte edilmesini ve ard\u0131ndan \u00f6zel filtreleme ekipman\u0131 kullan\u0131larak ar\u0131t\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flamakt\u0131r.   <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Solvent kategorileri<\/h2>\n\n<p>aras\u0131nda bir ayr\u0131m yap\u0131lmaktad\u0131r:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>U\u00e7ucu organik bile\u015fikler yayan organik <strong>\u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcc\u00fcler<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong> Sulu asidik veya bazik \u00e7\u00f6zeltiler<\/strong>. Asidik veya bazik buharlar ve VOC&#8217;ler (organik asitler) yayarlar. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00c7\u00f6z\u00fcnd\u00fcr\u00fcc\u00fcler (alkoller, glikol eterler, vb.), parf\u00fcmler, boyalar, vb. i\u00e7eriyorsa asidik veya bazik buharlar ve VOC&#8217;ler yayan <strong>deterjanlar<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Biyolojik aerosol yayan <strong>sulu mikrobiyolojik \u00e7\u00f6zeltiler<\/strong> <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Solventlerin riskleri ve etkileri<\/h2>\n\n<p>Solventler insan sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131, <strong>yang\u0131n ve patlama <\/strong>(ATEX riski) ve \u00e7evre i\u00e7in risk olu\u015fturur.<\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Solventler ve buharlar\u0131 ile ili\u015fkili sa\u011fl\u0131k riskleri<\/h3>\n\n<p>\u0130nsanlar solventler ve buharlar\u0131 ile temas ettiklerinde, :  <\/p>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image alignright size-full is-resized\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"712\" height=\"478\" src=\"https:\/\/obera.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/09\/toxique-1.png\" alt=\"Beyaz &#xF6;nl&#xFC;kl&#xFC; ve mavi eldivenli kimyager, bir &#x15F;i&#x15F;e i&#xE7;inde mavi bir kimyasal madde sunuyor\" class=\"wp-image-33941\" style=\"width:500px\" srcset=\"https:\/\/obera.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/09\/toxique-1.png 712w, https:\/\/obera.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/09\/toxique-1-300x201.png 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 712px) 100vw, 712px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>toksik riskler <\/strong>(\u00f6zellikle organik \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcc\u00fcler),  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>a\u015f\u0131nd\u0131r\u0131c\u0131l\u0131k riskleri<\/strong> (asidik ve bazik sulu \u00e7\u00f6zeltiler),  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>biyolojik riskler<\/strong> (mikrobiyolojik sulu \u00e7\u00f6zeltiler).  <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>Eri\u015fimler taraf\u0131ndan yap\u0131l\u0131r :<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>pulmoner<\/strong> (buharlar\u0131n veya aerosollerin solunmas\u0131 yoluyla penetrasyon),  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>dermal<\/strong> (\u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcc\u00fc ile temas),  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Sindirim<\/strong> (\u00f6rne\u011fin eller arac\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131yla \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcc\u00fclerle kirlenmi\u015f yiyecek veya i\u00e7ecek).  <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>Di\u011fer organlar da zarar g\u00f6rebilir: kalp, beyin, karaci\u011fer, b\u00f6brekler vb. Etkiler hafif, geri d\u00f6nd\u00fcr\u00fclebilir semptomlardan (ba\u015f a\u011fr\u0131s\u0131, mide bulant\u0131s\u0131, tahri\u015f, vb.) ciddi semptomlara veya hastal\u0131klara (bilin\u00e7 kayb\u0131, siroz, kanser, h\u00fccre mutasyonu, \u00fcreme sorunlar\u0131, vb.)   <\/p>\n\n<p>Etki derecesi a\u015fa\u011f\u0131dakilere ba\u011fl\u0131d\u0131r  <\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcc\u00fc i\u00e7indeki <strong>kimyasal maddelerin toksisitesi<\/strong>,  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>insan v\u00fccuduna<strong> n\u00fcfuz etme yolu<\/strong>,  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Her maruziyette \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan\u0131n <strong>ald\u0131\u011f\u0131 doz<\/strong>,  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcc\u00fcye <strong>maruz kalma s\u0131kl\u0131\u011f\u0131 <\/strong>,  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00e7al\u0131\u015fan\u0131n<strong>soluma yoluyla maruz kalma<\/strong> s\u0131ras\u0131nda g\u00f6sterdi\u011fi fiziksel \u00e7aba, genetik yap\u0131s\u0131yla ba\u011flant\u0131l\u0131 olarak maruz kalmaya kar\u015f\u0131 g\u00f6sterdi\u011fi biyolojik tepki, maruz kalan \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan\u0131n sa\u011fl\u0131k durumu, \u00e7evresi ve ya\u015fam tarz\u0131 vb.  <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>Zehirlenmelerin \u00e7o\u011fu solvent buharlar\u0131n\u0131n veya aerosollerinin solunmas\u0131ndan kaynaklan\u0131r. Y\u00fcksek solvent veya oda s\u0131cakl\u0131\u011f\u0131, geni\u015f bir solvent <strong>buharla\u015fma y\u00fczeyi<\/strong> ve hava ak\u0131m\u0131 akci\u011fer yolu ile penetrasyonu desteklemektedir.   <\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Solventler ve buharlar\u0131n\u0131n olu\u015fturdu\u011fu g\u00fcvenlik riski.<\/h3>\n\n<p>Organik solventlerin \u00e7o\u011fu tutu\u015fur. Do\u011frudan patlay\u0131c\u0131 de\u011fillerse, kullan\u0131m ko\u015fullar\u0131 patlay\u0131c\u0131 bir <strong>atmosfere<\/strong> yol a\u00e7abilir <strong>(ATEX)<\/strong>. G\u00fcvenlik riski her bir solventin fiziko-kimyasal \u00f6zelliklerine ba\u011fl\u0131d\u0131r: parlama noktas\u0131, kendili\u011finden tutu\u015fma s\u0131cakl\u0131\u011f\u0131, patlay\u0131c\u0131 aral\u0131\u011f\u0131, buhar yo\u011funlu\u011fu; ve solvent buharlar\u0131n\u0131n tutu\u015fma kaynaklar\u0131: alev, s\u0131cak y\u00fczey, statik elektrik, vb. Yang\u0131nlar ve patlamalar i\u0122\u00e7iler, yerel halk, binalar ve<a href=\"https:\/\/obera.fr\/tr\/bizim-tavsiyemiz-tr\/endustriyel-sureclerde-vocler-hangi-azaltma-stratejisi\/\">end\u00fcstriyel alan ve \u00e7evresindekido\u011fal \u00e7evre<\/a> \u00fczerinde <strong>fiziksel ve kimyasal etkiler yarat\u0131r<\/strong>.   <\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Solventler ve buharlardan kaynaklanan \u00e7evresel risk.<\/h3>\n\n<p>Solvent buharlar\u0131n\u0131n emisyonu ve<strong> s\u0131v\u0131 solventlerin<\/strong> de\u015farj\u0131 hava, su ve topra\u011f\u0131n<strong> do\u011frudan kirlenmesine neden olmaktad\u0131r<\/strong>. Ancak bu 3 ekolojik kompart\u0131man\u0131n dolayl\u0131 olarak kirlenmesi de s\u00f6z konusudur   <\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Atmosferik serpinti,  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>topra\u011fa ve suya emilen \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcc\u00fclerin buharla\u015fmas\u0131,  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcc\u00fclerin daha tehlikeli maddelere par\u00e7alanmas\u0131<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00c7\u00f6z\u00fcc\u00fclerin canl\u0131 organizmalar taraf\u0131ndan emilimi ve biyoak\u00fcm\u00fclasyonu.  <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p><strong>Solvent kirlili\u011fi<\/strong> insanlar\u0131, faunay\u0131 ve floray\u0131 do\u011frudan etkiler. Bir sanayi tesisinden yap\u0131lan de\u015farjlar dolayl\u0131 olarak i\u00e7me suyunda, bitkilerde ve bal\u0131klarda solventlerin bulunmas\u0131na neden olur. <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u00c7\u00f6z\u00fcc\u00fclerin kullan\u0131m\u0131n\u0131 etkileyen y\u00f6netmelikler nelerdir?<\/h2>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u0130\u015fyerinde solventle ilgili riskleri \u00f6nlemek i\u00e7in Frans\u0131z \u0130\u015f Kanunu<\/h3>\n\n<p>Solventlerin kullan\u0131m\u0131<strong> Frans\u0131z \u0130\u015f Kanunu&#8217;nun bir\u00e7ok y\u00f6n\u00fcn\u00fc,<\/strong> \u00f6zellikle de i\u015f sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve g\u00fcvenli\u011fi ile ilgili maddeleri ilgilendirmektedir. \u0130\u015f Kanunu, i\u015fverenin a\u015fa\u011f\u0131dakilerle ilgili y\u00fck\u00fcml\u00fcl\u00fcklerini kapsamaktad\u0131r   <\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\u00f6zellikle buharlar ve aerosoller olmak \u00fczere <strong>i\u015fyeri emisyonlar\u0131n\u0131n yakalanmas\u0131<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Solvent kullan\u0131rken yang\u0131n ve patlama riskini (ATEX riski) \u00f6nleme,  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>i\u015fyerinde<\/strong> solventleri veya buharlar\u0131n\u0131 kullanan veya i\u015fleyen <strong>ekipman\u0131n uygunlu\u011fu<\/strong>,  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcc\u00fclerdeki kimyasal bile\u015fiklerin olu\u015fturdu\u011fu <strong>kimyasal, CMR<\/strong> ve biyolojik <strong>risklerin \u00f6nlenmesi<\/strong>&#8230;  <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Solventlerden kaynaklanan VOC emisyonlar\u0131n\u0131n etkileri i\u00e7in \u00c7evre Kanunu<\/h3>\n\n<p>Frans\u0131z \u00c7evre Kanunu, solventlerin rutin (da\u011f\u0131n\u0131k ve kanalize) veya kazara \u00e7evreye bo\u015falt\u0131lmas\u0131ndan kaynaklanan kirlili\u011fin \u00f6nlenmesiyle ilgilenmektedir. Solventlerden t\u00fcretilen her bir VOC i\u00e7in \u00e7evreye emisyon s\u0131n\u0131r de\u011ferleri (ELV&#8217;ler) belirler. Solvent t\u00fcketiminin faaliyete g\u00f6re belirlenen belirli bir e\u015fi\u011fi a\u015fmas\u0131 halinde \u015firket, <strong>\u00c7evre Koruma i\u00e7in S\u0131n\u0131fland\u0131r\u0131lm\u0131\u015f Tesisleri (ICPE)<\/strong> d\u00fczenleyen y\u00f6netmeliklere tabi olur. \u00c7evre Kanunu ayr\u0131ca solvent kullan\u0131m\u0131yla ili\u015fkili at\u0131klar\u0131n i\u015flenmesini de d\u00fczenler.   <\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Solvent emisyonlar\u0131n\u0131n genel halk \u00fczerindeki etkileri i\u00e7in Halk Sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 Kanunu<\/h3>\n\n<p>Halk Sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 Kanunu, \u00f6zellikle ICPE olarak s\u0131n\u0131fland\u0131r\u0131lmayan faaliyetler s\u0131ras\u0131nda, i\u00e7me suyunda, at\u0131k suda vb. <strong>solvent<\/strong> kullan\u0131m\u0131 ve emisyonlar\u0131n\u0131n <strong>halk \u00fczerindeki<\/strong> sa\u011fl\u0131k etkilerini ele almaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Solvent kullan\u0131m\u0131na ba\u011fl\u0131 meslek hastal\u0131klar\u0131 i\u00e7in Sosyal G\u00fcvenlik Kanunu<\/h3>\n\n<p>Sosyal G\u00fcvenlik Kanunu, meslek hastal\u0131klar\u0131na neden olabilecek solventlerin kullan\u0131m\u0131n\u0131 ve bundan kaynaklanan katk\u0131 paylar\u0131n\u0131 kapsamaktad\u0131r. \u0130\u015fverenin <strong>\u00e7e\u015fitli sosyal g\u00fcvenlik kurumlar\u0131na<\/strong> (sa\u011fl\u0131k sigortas\u0131, emeklilik fonlar\u0131, vb.) bilgi sa\u011flama y\u00fck\u00fcml\u00fcl\u00fcklerini belirler. <\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">End\u00fcstriyel sahalarda solvent lojisti\u011fi i\u00e7in ADR d\u00fczenlemeleri<\/h3>\n\n<p>Tehlikeli Mallar\u0131n Karayolu ile Uluslararas\u0131 Ta\u015f\u0131mac\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131na ili\u015fkin Avrupa Anla\u015fmas\u0131 (ADR) solventleri birden fazla \u015fekilde <strong>ele<\/strong> almaktad\u0131r: solvent ambalaj\u0131n\u0131n ta\u015f\u0131ma i\u00e7in uygunlu\u011fu (tenekeden tanka) ve <strong>end\u00fcstriyel sahalarda bo\u015faltma ve y\u00fckleme s\u0131ras\u0131nda<\/strong> solventlerin ta\u015f\u0131nmas\u0131na ili\u015fkin \u00f6zel ko\u015fullar.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Solvent buharlar\u0131n\u0131n veya aerosollerin \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131lmas\u0131 i\u00e7in farkl\u0131 teknikler.<\/h2>\n\n<p>Sanayi sahas\u0131nda \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan ki\u015filerin soluma yoluyla maruziyetinin azalt\u0131lmas\u0131,<a href=\"https:\/\/obera.fr\/tr\/bizim-tavsiyemiz-tr\/hangi-voc-kaynaklari-bir-sanayi-tesisinde-kotu-hava-kalitesine-katkida-bulunur\/\">ortam havas\u0131n\u0131n<\/a> temizlenmesi i\u00e7in VOC&#8217;lerin ve solvent aerosollerinin yakalanmas\u0131n\u0131 gerektirir. <strong>\u0130\u015f istasyonu ba\u015f\u0131na solvent emisyonlar\u0131n\u0131 m\u00fcmk\u00fcn oldu\u011funca<\/strong> azaltmak i\u00e7in kaynakta yakalama tercih edilmelidir. Art\u0131k VOC&#8217;ler, telafi edici havaland\u0131rma ile birlikte tesislerdeki atmosferin genel ekstraksiyonu ile yakalan\u0131r.    <\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Solvent dumanlar\u0131n\u0131 yakalamak i\u00e7in bir teknik se\u00e7me kriterleri<\/h3>\n\n<p>Yakalama tekni\u011finin se\u00e7imi \u015funlara ba\u011fl\u0131d\u0131r<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>s\u00fcre\u00e7 k\u0131s\u0131tlamalar\u0131,  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>operat\u00f6r\u00fcn g\u00f6revi,  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>VOC&#8217;nin y\u00fczey alan\u0131 ve buharla\u015fma oran\u0131 ve yay\u0131lan VOC&#8217;nin havaya g\u00f6re yo\u011funlu\u011fu.  <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>Dumanlar\u0131 etkili bir \u015fekilde yakalamak i\u00e7in, :  <\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>cihaz\u0131n <\/strong>emisyon kayna\u011f\u0131na <strong>maksimum yak\u0131nl\u0131\u011f\u0131 <\/strong>,  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>emisyon b\u00f6lgesinin tamamen kaps\u00fcllenmesi ve emme ak\u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131n e\u015fit da\u011f\u0131l\u0131m\u0131,  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hem VOC&#8217;lerin hem de \u00fcrettikleri aerosollerin hava ak\u0131\u015f\u0131na \u00e7ekilmesini sa\u011flayan bir<strong> emme h\u0131z\u0131<\/strong>.  <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>Sens\u00f6r\u00fcn konumu ve dumanlar\u0131n do\u011fal hareketinin dikkate al\u0131nmas\u0131 (buhar yo\u011funlu\u011funa ba\u011fl\u0131 olarak):  <\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>operat\u00f6r\u00fcn inhalasyon<\/strong> b\u00f6lgesinin solvent emisyon b\u00f6lgesini ge\u00e7mesini \u00f6nleyin,  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>cereyandan<\/strong>, termal <strong>rahats\u0131zl\u0131ktan<\/strong> ve yasal g\u00fcr\u00fclt\u00fc seviyelerinin a\u015f\u0131lmas\u0131ndan <strong>kaynaklanan rahats\u0131zl\u0131klar\u0131<\/strong> \u00f6nleyin.  <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>Kay\u0131t cihaz\u0131n\u0131n boyutu mek\u00e2nsal k\u0131s\u0131tlamalar\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131layacakt\u0131r:  <\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>i\u015f istasyonunun,  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>aktivite,  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>bak\u0131m i\u015flemleri.  <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>ATEX riski ta\u015f\u0131yan emanasyonlar i\u00e7in<strong>toplama cihaz\u0131<\/strong> ATEX b\u00f6lgelendirme kriterlerini kar\u015f\u0131layacakt\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Solventlerden yay\u0131lan VOC&#8217;ler i\u00e7in hangi yerel egzoz sistemini se\u00e7meliyim?<\/h3>\n\n<p>\u00dcreticiler i\u00e7in bir dizi lokalize ekstraksiyon sistemi mevcuttur. Emme ihtiya\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131n analizi ve yukar\u0131da belirtilen se\u00e7im kriterleri karar\u0131n\u0131 y\u00f6nlendirecektir.<\/p>\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Solvent buharlar\u0131 i\u00e7in d\u00f6ner ve mafsall\u0131 emme kollar\u0131 veya laboratuvar kollar\u0131<\/h4>\n\n<p>Uzayda <strong>konumland\u0131rma esneklikleri<\/strong> nedeniyle se\u00e7ilen bu \u00fcr\u00fcnler, alan k\u0131s\u0131tlamalar\u0131 alt\u0131nda ve d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck veya orta VOC emisyonlar\u0131 ile \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131rken d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck toksisiteli VOC&#8217;lerin yakalanmas\u0131 sorununa yan\u0131t verir.
