Kentsel alanlardaki hava kirlili\u011fi, ince partik\u00fcl kirlili\u011findeki zirveler hakk\u0131nda \u00e7ok \u015fey duyuyoruz&#8230; <\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n\n<p><em><strong>Halihaz\u0131rda Avrupa standartlar\u0131 ultra ince partik\u00fcllere ili\u015fkin herhangi bir d\u00fczenleme getirmemektedir. Ancak skandallar art\u0131k bu e\u011filime meydan okuyor.   <\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"focus-sur-les-particules-les-plus-fines\">En ince par\u00e7ac\u0131klara odaklan\u0131n<\/h2>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"fos-sur-mer\">Fos-sur-mer<\/h3>\n\n<p>2017 y\u0131l\u0131nda Fos-sur-mer&#8217;de akci\u011fer enfeksiyonlar\u0131, kanserler ve kalp hastal\u0131klar\u0131 Fransa&#8217;n\u0131n di\u011fer yerlerine k\u0131yasla iki kat daha fazla g\u00f6r\u00fclm\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr. Kasaba, rafineriler, petrol depolar\u0131 ve b\u00fcy\u00fck bir \u00e7elik fabrikas\u0131n\u0131 i\u00e7eren Avrupa&#8217;n\u0131n en b\u00fcy\u00fck sanayi b\u00f6lgelerinden birinde yer almaktad\u0131r&#8230; <\/p>\n\n<p>Partik\u00fcl emisyonlar\u0131n\u0131 analiz eden bilim insanlar\u0131, sonu\u00e7lar\u0131n PM 2.5&#8217;ten daha b\u00fcy\u00fck partik\u00fcller i\u00e7in norm dahilinde oldu\u011funu tespit etti. Frans\u0131z Sa\u011fl\u0131k Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131&#8217;na g\u00f6re, insanlar fiziksel aktivitelerini m\u00fcmk\u00fcn oldu\u011funca azaltmal\u0131, d\u0131\u015far\u0131 \u00e7\u0131kmaktan ka\u00e7\u0131nmal\u0131, semptomlar geli\u015firse doktora ba\u015fvurmal\u0131d\u0131r&#8230; <\/p>\n\n<p>Ancak, \u00fcretim ve ta\u015f\u0131ma s\u00fcre\u00e7lerinden kaynaklanan kirleticilerin tutulmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 (veya yetersiz tutuldu\u011fu) fabrikalar, at\u00f6lyeler ve depolar, b\u00fcy\u00fck \u015fehirlerdeki zirve noktalar\u0131na benzer kirlilik geli\u015ftirmektedir. Bu durum \u015fehirlerimizde, \u00e7evreyi en \u00e7ok kirleten ara\u00e7lara getirilen k\u0131s\u0131tlamalar, sa\u011fl\u0131k ve sosyal tedbirler vb. ile devam etmektedir. <\/p>\n\n<p>Sonu\u00e7 olarak, ince partik\u00fcllerle ilgili g\u00fcvenlik d\u00fczenlemeleri s\u0131k\u0131la\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. G\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fczde kirleticilerin hem \u00e7ap\u0131 hem de bile\u015fimi ile ilgili \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcmler yap\u0131lmaktad\u0131r.
