Belirli bir kimyasal madde ve belirli bir s\u00fcre i\u00e7in havadaki konsantrasyon \u015feklinde ifade edilirler. Yaln\u0131zca daha y\u00fcksek konsantrasyonlara veya daha uzun bir s\u00fcre boyunca maruz kalman\u0131n sa\u011fl\u0131k a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan sonu\u00e7lar\u0131 olaca\u011f\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fclmektedir.  <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">TLV&#8217;ler nas\u0131l ayarlan\u0131r?<\/h2>\n\n<p>98\/24\/EC say\u0131l\u0131 Direktiften bu yana, ELV&#8217;ler, tehlikeli maddelerin sa\u011fl\u0131k etkileri ile mesleki maruziyet seviyesi aras\u0131ndaki ili\u015fkinin bilimsel bir de\u011ferlendirmesine dayanarak belirlenmi\u015ftir. Bu farkl\u0131 cihazlar havay\u0131 analiz eder ve \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma alan\u0131n\u0131zdaki havada bulunan kirleticinin miktar\u0131n\u0131 ve t\u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fc belirler. Hava kontrollerinin sonu\u00e7lar\u0131 daha sonra ulusal bir veri taban\u0131na<strong>(SCOLA<\/strong> veri taban\u0131) kaydedilir ve bu da kamu yetkililerinin bu istatistiklerden yararlanmas\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flar.   <\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n<p>Atmosferik \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcmlerin ve izlemenin sonu\u00e7lar\u0131 i\u015fyeri hekimine ve <strong>CHSCT<\/strong>&#8216;ye iletilir. Kimyasal maddelere maruziyetten kaynaklanan risklerin de\u011ferlendirilmesine katk\u0131da bulunurlar ve uygun \u00f6nleyici tedbirlerin belirlenmesine yard\u0131mc\u0131 olurlar. <\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">VLEP&#8217;i kim izleyebilir?<\/h3>\n\n<p>Genel olarak, hava analiz cihaz\u0131na sahip olan herkes tesislerinde bulunan ELV&#8217;leri kontrol edebilir. Ancak, akredite olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131z i\u00e7in yasalar nezdinde testinizin hi\u00e7bir de\u011feri olmayacakt\u0131r. Bu nedenle COFRAC (Comit\u00e9 Fran\u00e7ais d&#8217;Accr\u00e9ditation) taraf\u0131ndan akredite edilmi\u015f kurulu\u015flar\u0131n kullan\u0131lmas\u0131 hayati \u00f6nem ta\u015f\u0131maktad\u0131r. Teknik denetimlerin ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirildi\u011fi \u015firketlerden ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131z olan bu kurulu\u015flar, <strong>\u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcm stratejisini<\/strong> belirlemek, numune almak ve analizleri ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirmek \u00fczere akredite edilmi\u015ftir.   <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u0130\u015fyerinde tehlikeli kimyasallara ve CMR&#8217;lere maruziyet nas\u0131l \u00f6nlenir?<\/h2>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns are-vertically-aligned-center is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-28f84493 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div ve 15 Aral\u0131k 2009 tarihli emirlere g\u00f6re, i\u015fveren y\u0131lda en az bir kez ve \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n maruziyetini etkileyebilecek herhangi bir de\u011fi\u015fiklik oldu\u011funda hava kalitesini \u00f6l\u00e7erek bir risk de\u011ferlendirmesi yapmal\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">VLEP&#8217;e uyum zorunlu mudur?<\/h2>\n\n<p>Evet, k\u0131s\u0131tlay\u0131c\u0131 bir d\u00fczenleyici VLEP&#8217;in a\u015f\u0131lmas\u0131 \u015fu sonu\u00e7lara yol a\u00e7mal\u0131d\u0131r <\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>CMR 1A veya 1B d\u0131\u015f\u0131ndaki bir kimyasal madde veya toplam veya solunabilir toz durumunda, <strong>koruyucu \u00f6nlemlerin<\/strong> derhal uygulanmas\u0131 (madde R. 4412-28 ve R. 4412-29),<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>CMR kategori 1A veya 1B olarak s\u0131n\u0131fland\u0131r\u0131lan bir kimyasal madde s\u00f6z konusu oldu\u011funda, \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n korunmas\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flamak i\u00e7in \u00f6nlemler uygulanana kadar ilgili i\u015f istasyonlar\u0131nda<strong>\u00e7al\u0131\u015fman\u0131n durdurulmas\u0131<\/strong> (madde R. 4412-77 ve R. 4412-78).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>G\u00f6sterge niteli\u011findeki bir d\u00fczenleyici VLEP a\u015f\u0131l\u0131rsa, uygun \u00f6nleme ve koruma tedbirlerini belirlemek i\u00e7in yeni bir <strong>risk de\u011ferlendirmesi<\/strong> yap\u0131lmal\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u015eirketin TLV&#8217;leri a\u015f\u0131l\u0131rsa ne yap\u0131lmal\u0131d\u0131r?<\/h2>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-28f84493 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div <strong>d\u00fczenleyici<\/strong> limit ise,<strong> HCA <\/strong>&#8216;lar (Tehlikeli Kimyasal Maddeler) i\u00e7in \u00f6nleyici tedbirlerin derhal uygulanmas\u0131 ve a\u015fa\u011f\u0131dakiler i\u00e7in uygun \u00f6nlemler ve koruma sa\u011flanana kadar ilgili i\u015f istasyonlar\u0131n\u0131n tamamen durdurulmas\u0131 <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/obera.fr\/conseils\/substances-cmr-risque-exposition-au-travail-quelle-reglementation-prevention\/\" data-type=\"post\" data-id=\"6581\">CMR<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>  S\u00f6z konusu VLEP <strong>g\u00f6sterge<\/strong> niteli\u011findeyse, i\u015fveren uygun \u00f6nleme ve koruma tedbirlerini belirlemek i\u00e7in bir risk de\u011ferlendirmesi ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirir.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>Ayr\u0131ca okumaya de\u011fer: <a href=\"https:\/\/obera.fr\/conseils\/vlep-quels-risques-cas-de-non-respect-reglementation\/\" data-type=\"post\" data-id=\"1816\">VLEP&#8217;lere uymaman\u0131n riskleri nelerdir<\/a>?<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n<p>\u0130\u015f m\u00fcfetti\u015fi veya kontrol\u00f6r\u00fc, \u015firketten d\u00fczenleyici VLEP&#8217;in akredite bir kurulu\u015f taraf\u0131ndan kontrol edilmesini de isteyebilir.<\/p>\n\n<p>Akredite kurulu\u015f, daha sonra periyodik olarak kontrol edilecek d\u00fczeltici eylemleri uygulamak i\u00e7in \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan\u0131n maruz kald\u0131\u011f\u0131 t\u00fcm s\u00fcreyi temsil edecek \u00f6rnekleme stratejisini tan\u0131mlayacakt\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n<p>\u0130lk \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcm kampanyas\u0131 s\u0131ras\u0131nda (GEH ba\u015f\u0131na en az \u00fc\u00e7 \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcm &#8211; homojen maruziyet grubu), t\u00fcm sonu\u00e7lar VLEP setinin %10&#8217;undan azsa, a\u015fma riski s\u0131f\u0131rd\u0131r ve bu nedenle di\u011fer iki kampanyan\u0131n ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilmesi zorunlu de\u011fildir.<\/p>\n\n<p>TLV&#8217;ler a\u015f\u0131l\u0131rsa, m\u00fcmk\u00fcn olan en k\u0131sa s\u00fcrede d\u00fczeltici \u00f6nlem al\u0131nmal\u0131 ve ilk de\u011ferlendirme tekrarlanmal\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n<p>\u00d6l\u00e7\u00fcm sonucu TLV&#8217;nin %10&#8217;u ile <a href=\"https:\/\/obera.fr\/tr\/bizim-tavsiyemiz\/vlep-cobalt-et-composes-valeurs-limites-exposition-professionnelle\/\" data-type=\"post\" data-id=\"6351\">TLV<\/a> aras\u0131nda ise \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcm kampanyas\u0131na devam edilir. \u00dc\u00e7\u00fcnc\u00fc \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcm kampanyas\u0131n\u0131n sonunda, elde edilen sonu\u00e7lar yine istatistiksel hesaplamalar temelinde analiz edilir. Bu nedenle, bu VLEP&#8217;lerin a\u015f\u0131lma olas\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve genel \u00f6nleme ilkelerinin uygulanmas\u0131 hakk\u0131nda \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131m yapmak m\u00fcmk\u00fcnd\u00fcr.  <\/p>\n\n<p>\u0130\u015fverenler, tesislerinde kullan\u0131lan t\u00fcm kimyasal \u00fcr\u00fcnlerin bir envanterini \u00e7\u0131karmak, riski de\u011ferlendirmek ve \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n\u0131 e\u011fitmekle y\u00fck\u00fcml\u00fcd\u00fcr. Her bir operat\u00f6r i\u00e7in sonu\u00e7lar\u0131, t\u00fcm \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcmleri ve sonu\u00e7lar\u0131 listeleyen bir ki\u015fisel maruziyet sayfas\u0131 \u015feklinde resmile\u015ftirmelidirler. Bu formlar \u015firket doktoruna teslim edilir.
