Frans\u0131z yasalar\u0131 i\u015fyerindeki maksimum s\u0131cakl\u0131klar i\u00e7in kesin bir e\u015fik belirlemese de, termal g\u00fcvenlik i\u00e7in bir \u00e7er\u00e7eve sa\u011flamak ve a\u015f\u0131r\u0131 s\u0131cakla ili\u015fkili tehlikeleri \u00f6nlemek i\u00e7in standartlar ve tavsiyeler mevcuttur. Maddesi i\u015fverenin &#8220;i\u015f\u00e7ilerin g\u00fcvenli\u011fini sa\u011flamas\u0131 ve sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 korumas\u0131&#8221; gerekti\u011fini belirtmektedir, ancak a\u015f\u0131lmamas\u0131 gereken bir s\u0131cakl\u0131k s\u0131n\u0131r\u0131 tan\u0131mlamamaktad\u0131r. Bu nedenle yasa kesin de\u011ferler belirlememekte, i\u015fverenlere ortam\u0131n \u00f6zelliklerine g\u00f6re <strong>g\u00fcvenli \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma ko\u015fullar\u0131n\u0131<\/strong> sa\u011flama g\u00f6revini b\u0131rakmaktad\u0131r.  <\/p>\n\n<p>Mevzuatta azami bir s\u0131cakl\u0131k belirlenmemi\u015f olsa da, i\u015fyerinde \u0131s\u0131 y\u00f6netimi s\u00f6z konusu oldu\u011funda i\u015fverenlerin uygulamalar\u0131na rehberlik edecek bir dizi standart ve tavsiye bulunmaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Mevcut standartlar ve tavsiyeler<\/h3>\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ISO 7730 standard\u0131  <\/h4>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-28f84493 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"flex-basis:66.66%\">\n<p>Binalar\u0131n tasar\u0131m\u0131 i\u00e7in ge\u00e7erli olan <strong>ISO 7730 standard\u0131<\/strong>,<strong> i\u00e7 ortamlarda termal konfor ko\u015fullar\u0131n\u0131<\/strong> tan\u0131mlar. \u00d6nerileri a\u015fa\u011f\u0131daki gibidir: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Ofiste 20 ve 22 derece;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ortalama fiziksel aktiviteye sahip bir at\u00f6lyede 16 ila 18 derece;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>S\u00fcrekli fiziksel aktivite i\u00e7in 14 ila 16 derece.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Bu s\u0131cakl\u0131k aral\u0131klar\u0131, \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n \u00fcretkenli\u011fini bozmadan<strong> termal konfor sa\u011flamak<\/strong> i\u00e7in en uygun olarak kabul edilir. INRS&#8217;ye g\u00f6re, ortam s\u0131cakl\u0131\u011f\u0131 hareketsiz bir \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan i\u00e7in 30\u00b0C&#8217;yi, fiziksel \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma i\u00e7in ise 28\u00b0C&#8217;yi a\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131nda tehlikeler artmaktad\u0131r. 33\u00b0C&#8217;nin \u00fczerinde, <strong>s\u0131cak \u00e7arpmas\u0131 ve dehidrasyon tehlikeleri<\/strong> \u00f6nemli \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcde artar ve \u00f6nleyici tedbirlerin acilen uygulamaya konulmas\u0131 gerekir.  <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u0130\u015fverenin termal g\u00fcvenlik y\u00fck\u00fcml\u00fcl\u00fckleri<\/h2>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">S\u0131cakl\u0131\u011fa ba\u011fl\u0131 risklerin de\u011ferlendirilmesi<\/h3>\n\n<p>\u0130\u015fverenler, \u0131s\u0131 y\u00f6netimi de dahil olmak \u00fczere<strong>\u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n\u0131n sa\u011fl\u0131k ve g\u00fcvenli\u011fini sa\u011flamakla y\u00fck<\/strong>\u00fcml\u00fcd\u00fcr. S\u0131cakl\u0131klar\u0131n \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131 i\u00e7in sa\u011fl\u0131k tehlikesi olu\u015fturabilece\u011fi durumlar\u0131 belirleyerek termal riskleri de\u011ferlendirmelidirler. Bu de\u011ferlendirme ortam s\u0131cakl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131, nemi, yap\u0131lan i\u015fin t\u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fc ve \u0131s\u0131ya maruz kalma s\u00fcresini dikkate almal\u0131d\u0131r. De\u011ferlendirme ayn\u0131 zamanda <strong>fiziksel i\u015f y\u00fck\u00fc<\/strong>, kullan\u0131lan ekipman ve i\u015f k\u0131yafetleri gibi di\u011fer fakt\u00f6rlerle birlikte \u0131s\u0131n\u0131n etkilerini de g\u00f6z \u00f6n\u00fcnde bulundurmal\u0131d\u0131r. \u0130\u015fverenler termometre ve higrometre gibi uygun ara\u00e7lar\u0131 kullanmal\u0131 ve karma\u015f\u0131k ko\u015fullarda t\u0131bbi uzmanlardan tavsiye almal\u0131d\u0131r. De\u011ferlendirme yap\u0131ld\u0131ktan sonra, Frans\u0131z \u0130\u015f Kanunu Madde L.4121-1 uyar\u0131nca,<strong>personelin<\/strong> tehlikeli ko\u015fullara<strong>maruz kalmas\u0131n\u0131 s\u0131n\u0131rland\u0131rmak i\u00e7in<\/strong> \u00f6nleyici tedbirler al\u0131nmal\u0131d\u0131r.     <\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Uygulanacak \u00f6nleyici tedbirler<\/h3>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-28f84493 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"flex-basis:66.66%\">\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Esnek \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma saatleri<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>S\u0131cak havayla kar\u015f\u0131la\u015f\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131nda g\u00f6z \u00f6n\u00fcnde bulundurulmas\u0131 gereken ilk \u015feylerden biri \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma saatlerinin ayarlanmas\u0131d\u0131r. \u00c7al\u0131\u015fmay\u0131 sabah erken veya ak\u015fam gibi <strong>daha serin saatlere kayd\u0131rmak<\/strong> gerekebilir. \u00c7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n dinlenmesine ve su ihtiyac\u0131n\u0131 gidermesine olanak tan\u0131mak i\u00e7in d\u00fczenli molalar da verilmelidir. Ayr\u0131ca, Frans\u0131z \u0130\u015f Kanunu&#8217;nun R. 4225-1 maddesi uyar\u0131nca, a\u00e7\u0131k hava i\u015f istasyonlar\u0131 a\u015f\u0131r\u0131 hava ko\u015fullar\u0131na kar\u015f\u0131 yeterli koruma sa\u011flayacak \u015fekilde donat\u0131lmal\u0131d\u0131r.   <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Taze i\u00e7me suyu temini<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Frans\u0131z \u0130\u015f Kanunu Madde R. 4225-2 uyar\u0131nca, t\u00fcm \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n temiz i\u00e7me suyuna eri\u015fimi garanti alt\u0131na al\u0131nmal\u0131d\u0131r.<strong>\u0130\u015fveren<\/strong>, \u00f6zellikle \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n fiziksel olarak aktif oldu\u011fu ortamlarda veya kapal\u0131 alanlarda dehidrasyonu \u00f6nlemek i\u00e7in yeterli<strong>su sa\u011flamakla y\u00fck\u00fcml\u00fcd\u00fcr<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Havaland\u0131rma ve iklimlendirme<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Frans\u0131z \u0130\u015f Kanunu Madde R. 4222-1 uyar\u0131nca, i\u015fveren,<strong> a\u015f\u0131r\u0131 s\u0131cakl\u0131k art\u0131\u015flar\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6nlemek<\/strong> i\u00e7in tesislerde yeterli hava yenilenmesini garanti etmelidir. Kirlili\u011fin belirli olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 alanlarda, bu yenileme mekanik havaland\u0131rma (\u00f6rne\u011fin kontroll\u00fc mekanik havaland\u0131rma) veya do\u011fal havaland\u0131rma (pencereler, a\u00e7\u0131kl\u0131klar vb. yoluyla) ile yap\u0131labilir (Madde R. 4222-4). At\u00f6lyeler veya fabrikalar gibi <strong>\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n y\u00f6netilmesinin zor oldu\u011fu ortamlarda<\/strong>, g\u00fcvenli ve ho\u015f bir s\u0131cakl\u0131\u011f\u0131 korumak i\u00e7in havaland\u0131rma veya klima sistemlerinin kurulmas\u0131 gerekli olabilir. Havan\u0131n \u00e7ok s\u0131cak olmas\u0131 durumunda, bir \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan s\u0131ca\u011fa <strong>maruz kalman\u0131n<\/strong> acil bir zarara (\u00f6rne\u011fin s\u0131cak \u00e7arpmas\u0131) yol a\u00e7abilece\u011fini d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcyorsa, i\u015fyerini terk edebilir. Bu hak belirli bir \u00e7er\u00e7evede kullan\u0131lmal\u0131 ve<strong>i\u015fveren derhal bilgilendirilmelidir<\/strong>.    <\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ciddi ve yak\u0131n tehlike durumunda izlenecek prosed\u00fcr<\/h3>\n\n<p>Bir <strong>\u00e7al\u0131\u015fan geri \u00e7ekilme hakk\u0131n\u0131 kulland\u0131\u011f\u0131nda<\/strong>, belirli bir prosed\u00fcr\u00fc takip etmelidir:<\/p>\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Tehlike hakk\u0131nda derhal b\u00f6l\u00fcm m\u00fcd\u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fcz\u00fc bilgilendirin.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u0130lgili riski a\u00e7\u0131klayarak geri \u00e7ekilmesini gerek\u00e7elendirin.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Bir anla\u015fmazl\u0131k durumunda olay\u0131 belgeleyin.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n<p><strong>\u0130\u015fverenin<\/strong> durumu d\u00fczeltmek i\u00e7in<strong>uygun ad\u0131mlar\u0131 atmamas\u0131<\/strong> halinde, \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan herhangi bir yapt\u0131r\u0131m riski olmaks\u0131z\u0131n i\u015fyerinden ayr\u0131lmaya karar verebilir. \u00c7ekilme hakk\u0131n\u0131n kullan\u0131lmas\u0131 herhangi bir yapt\u0131r\u0131m veya \u00fccret kesintisi ile sonu\u00e7lanmamal\u0131d\u0131r. \u00c7al\u0131\u015fanlar bu hakk\u0131 kendi takdirlerine ba\u011fl\u0131 olarak kullanmakta \u00f6zg\u00fcrd\u00fcrler. \u00d6te yandan, <strong>\u00e7al\u0131\u015fan\u0131n<\/strong> hayat\u0131 veya <strong>sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 ger\u00e7ekten tehlikede de\u011filse<\/strong>, \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan cezaland\u0131r\u0131labilir.   <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">A\u015f\u0131r\u0131 s\u0131caklar\u0131n \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u00fczerindeki etkileri<\/h2>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u0130lgili riskler  <\/h3>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-28f84493 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"flex-basis:66.66%\">\n<p><strong>S\u0131cak \u00e7arpmas\u0131<\/strong>, dehidrasyon, kas kramplar\u0131 ve yorgunluk y\u00fcksek s\u0131cakl\u0131klarda \u00f6nemli risklerdir. Bu olaylar ciddi fiziksel rahats\u0131zl\u0131klara ve baz\u0131 durumlarda hastaneye kald\u0131r\u0131lmaya yol a\u00e7abilir. \u00d6zellikle s\u0131cak \u00e7arpmas\u0131, h\u0131zl\u0131 bir \u015fekilde m\u00fcdahale edilmedi\u011fi takdirde <strong>\u00f6l\u00fcmc\u00fcl sonu\u00e7lar<\/strong> do\u011furabilecek t\u0131bbi bir acil durumdur.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Buna ek olarak, \u0131s\u0131 \u00f6zellikle kardiyo-solunum, b\u00f6brek ve endokrin olmak \u00fczere <strong>\u00f6nceden var olan patolojileri a\u011f\u0131rla\u015ft\u0131rabilir<\/strong>.
