Size yard\u0131mc\u0131 olmas\u0131 i\u00e7in, at\u00f6lyelerinizde ve ofislerinizde elektrik tasarrufu yapmak i\u00e7in izleyebilece\u011finiz sekt\u00f6re \u00f6zg\u00fc baz\u0131 ipu\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131 burada bulabilirsiniz.  <\/p>\n\n<p>Enerji t\u00fcketimini azaltmak i\u015fletmeniz i\u00e7in \u00e7ok \u00f6nemlidir. Sadece enerji faturalar\u0131n\u0131zda \u00f6nemli tasarruflar yapmakla kalmaz, ayn\u0131 zamanda en y\u00fcksek elektrik t\u00fcketimini ve \u00e7ok so\u011fuk havalarda olas\u0131 elektrik kesintilerini de kontrol edebilirsiniz. <\/p>\n\n<p>A\u015fa\u011f\u0131daki analizden \u00fcretim s\u00fcreci (f\u0131r\u0131nlar, ocaklar, vb.) ve \u00fcretim makinelerine g\u00fc\u00e7 sa\u011flamak i\u00e7in gereken enerjiyle ili\u015fkili maliyetleri \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131rsan\u0131z, enerji t\u00fcketiminin ana kaynaklar\u0131 \u015funlard\u0131r. End\u00fcstriyel elektrik talebinin kullan\u0131ma g\u00f6re da\u011f\u0131l\u0131m\u0131 \u00fczerine 2013 y\u0131l\u0131nda yap\u0131lan bir \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmaya g\u00f6re, motorlar sanayi sekt\u00f6r\u00fcndeki toplam elektri\u011fin 2\/3&#8217;\u00fcn\u00fc olu\u015fturmaktad\u0131r. Havaland\u0131rma (%12), pompalama (%11), makine ve s\u0131z\u0131nt\u0131lar\u0131n beslenmesi ile bas\u0131n\u00e7l\u0131 hava (%7), so\u011futma (%7) ve ayd\u0131nlatma (%4) gibi di\u011fer alanlar da end\u00fcstriyel elektrik talebinin paylar\u0131n\u0131 olu\u015fturmaktad\u0131r. Genel olarak, elektrik enerjisinin \u00e7o\u011fu motorlu bir emi\u015f fan\u0131 taraf\u0131ndan t\u00fcketilir. Fan\u0131n g\u00f6revi, bayat havay\u0131 bir boru a\u011f\u0131 \u00fczerinden \u00e7ekmek ve temizlenebilmesi i\u00e7in bir toz toplay\u0131c\u0131ya veya filtreye iletmektir. Bu havay\u0131 harekete ge\u00e7irmek ve hava ak\u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131 iletmek i\u00e7in fan\u0131n enerjisine ihtiya\u00e7 duyulur, b\u00f6ylece tesisat\u0131 olu\u015fturan t\u00fcm bile\u015fenlerdeki bas\u0131n\u00e7 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fc\u015fleriyle m\u00fccadele edilir.   <\/p>\n\n<p>\u0130yi verimli bir orta bas\u0131n\u00e7l\u0131 motorlu emi\u015f fan\u0131n\u0131n 10.000 m3\/saat i\u00e7in 10 kW ila 15 kW t\u00fcketti\u011fini d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcn. Bu da 1,5 EUR\/sa ile 3 EUR\/sa aras\u0131nda bir i\u015fletme maliyetine kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131k gelir. <\/p>\n\n<p>Fan\u0131n g\u00fc\u00e7 t\u00fcketimi hava ak\u0131\u015f h\u0131z\u0131, a\u011f bas\u0131n\u00e7 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fc\u015f\u00fc ve fan\u0131n verimlili\u011fi ile orant\u0131l\u0131d\u0131r. Bu t\u00fcketim seviyelerini s\u0131n\u0131rland\u0131rmak i\u00e7in, i\u015fte tasarruf i\u00e7in birka\u00e7 \u00f6ncelikli alan: <\/p>\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Emme ak\u0131\u015flar\u0131n\u0131 azalt\u0131n veya s\u0131n\u0131rlay\u0131n<\/h4>\n\n<p>Emme debisini azaltmak veya s\u0131n\u0131rland\u0131rmak i\u00e7in toz emisyonu kaynaklar\u0131n\u0131n daha iyi \u00f6rt\u00fclmesi ve kapat\u0131lmas\u0131 gerekir. Gerekli ak\u0131\u015f h\u0131zlar\u0131n\u0131 azaltmak i\u00e7in kirletici emisyon kaynaklar\u0131na yakla\u015f\u0131lmas\u0131 tavsiye edilir. E\u015f zamanl\u0131 \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma da sadece ger\u00e7ekten gerekli olan\u0131 \u00e7\u0131karmak i\u00e7in bir \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm olabilir. Gerekti\u011finde ak\u0131\u015f eklemek i\u00e7in ak\u0131\u015f d\u00fczenlemesine ve otomatik kapaklara ba\u011fl\u0131 frekans invert\u00f6rleri de kullanabilirsiniz. Elektriksel kazan\u00e7 en az\u0131ndan ak\u0131\u015ftaki azalma ile orant\u0131l\u0131d\u0131r.      <\/p>\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Filtrelerdeki ve emi\u015f a\u011flar\u0131ndaki bas\u0131n\u00e7 kay\u0131plar\u0131n\u0131 azalt\u0131n veya s\u0131n\u0131rland\u0131r\u0131n<\/h4>\n\n<p>Bir boru \u015febekesi taraf\u0131ndan \u00fcretilen bas\u0131n\u00e7 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fc\u015f\u00fc, h\u0131z\u0131n karesi olarak de\u011fi\u015fir. Dolay\u0131s\u0131yla bir \u015febekenin veya cihaz\u0131n h\u0131z\u0131n\u0131 yar\u0131ya indirmek enerji t\u00fcketimini d\u00f6rt kat azaltabilir. Ancak emi\u015f h\u0131zlar\u0131n\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcrmek her zaman m\u00fcmk\u00fcn de\u011fildir. Toz s\u00fcp\u00fcr\u00fcrken, birikintileri \u00f6nlemek i\u00e7in minimum ta\u015f\u0131ma h\u0131zlar\u0131n\u0131 garanti etmeniz gerekir. Ancak a\u015fa\u011f\u0131 do\u011fru akan dikey kanallarda bu her zaman m\u00fcmk\u00fcnd\u00fcr.    <\/p>\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Fan verimlili\u011finin art\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131<\/h4>\n\n<p>Fan verimlili\u011fini art\u0131rmak i\u00e7in, optimum fan \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma aral\u0131klar\u0131 ile y\u00fcksek veya \u00e7ok y\u00fcksek verimlili\u011fe sahip fanlar ve motorlar kullan\u0131lmal\u0131d\u0131r. \u00c7al\u0131\u015fma noktalar\u0131na ince ayar yapmak i\u00e7in frekans invert\u00f6rleri kullan\u0131labilir. <\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u00c7al\u0131\u015fma alanlar\u0131n\u0131n havaland\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 ve \u0131s\u0131t\u0131lmas\u0131<\/h3>\n\n<p>HVAC tesisatlar\u0131n\u0131n enerji t\u00fcketimi iki bile\u015fene ba\u011fl\u0131d\u0131r:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Is\u0131tma i\u00e7in \u00fcretilen kaloriye ba\u011fl\u0131 enerji maliyetleri (\u0131s\u0131tma kalorisi)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Havan\u0131n ta\u015f\u0131nmas\u0131 ile ilgili enerji maliyetleri (\u015febeke ve enerji santrali bas\u0131n\u00e7 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fc\u015f\u00fc ile m\u00fccadele i\u00e7in fanlar)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>Is\u0131tma enerjisi genellikle havay\u0131 ta\u015f\u0131mak i\u00e7in gereken enerjiden \u00e7ok daha fazlad\u0131r. Bu durumda, \u0131s\u0131tma gereksinimlerini azaltman\u0131n baz\u0131 yollar\u0131 vard\u0131r. <\/p>\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Yeniden \u0131s\u0131t\u0131lm\u0131\u015f hava i\u00e7in telafi gerektirecek \u015fekilde d\u0131\u015far\u0131ya tahliye edilen hava ak\u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131 azalt\u0131n<\/h4>\n\n<p>Bir binan\u0131n d\u0131\u015f\u0131na 10.000 m3\/saatlik bir de\u015farj yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131zda, bina bas\u0131n\u00e7s\u0131z hale gelir. Bu nedenle 10.000 m3\/sa&#8217;lik ak\u0131\u015f h\u0131z\u0131, binan\u0131n t\u00fcm hava ge\u00e7irmez alanlar\u0131ndan do\u011fal olarak yeniden verilir. Hava d\u0131\u015far\u0131daki s\u0131cakl\u0131kta girer ve bina i\u00e7indeki s\u0131cakl\u0131\u011fa kadar yeniden \u0131s\u0131t\u0131lmas\u0131 gerekir. \u00d6rne\u011fin, 10.000 m3\/saat&#8217;i 0\u00b0C&#8217;den +20\u00b0C&#8217;ye \u0131s\u0131tmak i\u00e7in 50 kW&#8217;l\u0131k bir \u0131s\u0131tma kapasitesi veya 8 ila 20 EUR\/saat&#8217;lik bir maliyet gerekir. D\u0131\u015far\u0131ya giden at\u0131k hava ak\u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131 azaltarak enerji maliyetlerinizi d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcrebilirsiniz.    <\/p>\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Is\u0131tma fonksiyonunun havaland\u0131rma fonksiyonundan ayr\u0131lmas\u0131  <\/h4>\n\n<p>Bu iki i\u015flevi birbirinden ay\u0131rarak, yaln\u0131zca y\u00f6netmeliklere uygun olarak binay\u0131 havaland\u0131rmak i\u00e7in gereken miktarda taze hava sa\u011flayabilirsiniz (\u00e7al\u0131\u015fan ba\u015f\u0131na m3\/h say\u0131s\u0131). Binadaki havan\u0131n kalitesi, tamamen geri d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr\u00fclm\u00fc\u015f hava ile end\u00fcstriyel bir hava temizleyici kullan\u0131larak kontrol edilebilir. Bu \u015fekilde, d\u0131\u015far\u0131ya tahliye edilmeyen havay\u0131 \u0131s\u0131tmak i\u00e7in kullan\u0131lan kaloriden tasarruf edersiniz, bu da telafi edilmesi ve tekrar s\u0131cakl\u0131\u011fa getirilmesi gerekirdi. Dahas\u0131, havay\u0131 ta\u015f\u0131mak i\u00e7in kullan\u0131lan \u015febekelerdeki bas\u0131n\u00e7 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fc telafi ederek de enerji tasarrufu sa\u011flars\u0131n\u0131z. Ar\u0131t\u0131c\u0131lar genellikle ayn\u0131 ak\u0131\u015f h\u0131z\u0131 i\u00e7in 10 kat daha az enerji t\u00fcketir. Saatte 10.000 m3\/h i\u00e7in tasarruf 60 kW&#8217;a kadar \u00e7\u0131kabilir.     <\/p>\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">S\u0131cak hava katmanlar\u0131n\u0131 destratif hale getirmek i\u00e7in destratif fanlar veya temizleyiciler kullan\u0131n<\/h4>\n\n<p>Hava temizleyicileri s\u0131cak havay\u0131 destratif hale getirmek i\u00e7in kullan\u0131l\u0131r. Havan\u0131n destrifikasyonu, \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma alan\u0131nda e\u015fit bir s\u0131cakl\u0131k sa\u011flar. Bu, s\u0131cak havan\u0131n odada dola\u015fmas\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flar ve \u00e7at\u0131dan \u0131s\u0131 kayb\u0131n\u0131 s\u0131n\u0131rlar. Egzoz havas\u0131 ne kadar s\u0131caksa, bu \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm o kadar mant\u0131kl\u0131d\u0131r. Bu \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm\u00fcn verimlili\u011fi %84&#8217;e kadar \u00e7\u0131kabilir ve 10.000 m3\/saat ak\u0131\u015f h\u0131z\u0131 i\u00e7in 40 kW&#8217;a kadar tasarruf sa\u011flar.  <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">So\u011fuk<\/h2>\n\n<p>Adyabatik so\u011futma sistemleri end\u00fcstriyel iklimlendirmeye do\u011fal ve ekonomik bir alternatiftir. Adyabatik so\u011futma \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcmleri \u00f6zellikle y\u00fcksek s\u0131cakl\u0131ktaki at\u00f6lyelerin 25\u00b0C ila 30\u00b0C&#8217;ye kadar so\u011futulmas\u0131 i\u00e7in uygundur. Adyabatik so\u011futucular sadece hava ak\u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131 ta\u015f\u0131mak i\u00e7in enerji gerektirir. Asl\u0131nda, so\u011futucu ak\u0131\u015fkan i\u00e7ermeyen ekipman kulland\u0131klar\u0131 ve \u0131s\u0131y\u0131 d\u0131\u015far\u0131ya atmad\u0131klar\u0131 i\u00e7in <strong>bir klima sisteminden 10 kata kadar daha az enerji<\/strong> t\u00fcketirler. So\u011futma enerjisi yaln\u0131zca evaporatif panellerdeki suyun buharla\u015fmas\u0131ndan elde edilir.    <\/p>\n\n<p>Evaporatif so\u011futma sisteminin kalbi, suyun buharla\u015farak i\u00e7inde dola\u015fan havay\u0131 so\u011futtu\u011fu so\u011futma ortam\u0131d\u0131r. Evaporatif so\u011futma ortam\u0131 yivli sel\u00fcloz levhalardan yap\u0131l\u0131r. Entegre su da\u011f\u0131t\u0131m sistemi, t\u00fcm y\u00fczeyin nemli kalmas\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flamak i\u00e7in suyu so\u011futma e\u015fanj\u00f6rlerinin \u00fczerine e\u015fit olarak da\u011f\u0131t\u0131r. Bu da so\u011futma etkisini en \u00fcst d\u00fczeye \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131r.
