Stiren ayr\u0131ca bu e\u015fanlaml\u0131larla da bilinir: <\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>sinnamen ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>etenil benzen ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>fenil etilen ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>stiren ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>stiren monomer;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>vinil benzen.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p><strong> Stiren i\u00e7eren<\/strong> ba\u015fl\u0131ca<strong> \u00fcr\u00fcnler ve kompozit malzemeler<\/strong> a\u015fa\u011f\u0131daki gibidir:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Polistiren;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>ABS (akrilonitril-b\u00fctadien-stiren) ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>SAN (stiren-akrilonitril) ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>SBR (stiren-b\u00fctadien kau\u00e7uk);<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>SBL (stiren-b\u00fctadien lateks);<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>UPR (doymam\u0131\u015f polyester re\u00e7ineler).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>Stiren ba\u015fl\u0131ca a\u015fa\u011f\u0131daki end\u00fcstrilerde kullan\u0131l\u0131r:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>plasti\u0307k i\u0307\u015fleme ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>tekne end\u00fcstrisi ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>metalurji ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>kaporta, vs.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>y\u00fczme havuzlar\u0131 imalat\u0131<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>kompozit malzemeler (fiberglas, karbon fiber)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>y\u00fcksek teknoloji malzemeleri (yar\u0131\u015f tekneleri ve arabalar\u0131, silahlar)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"vlep-styrene-valeur-limite-professionnelle-sur-8-h-et-court-terme\">VLEP stiren: 8 saatlik ve k\u0131sa s\u00fcreli mesleki s\u0131n\u0131r de\u011fer<\/h2>\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/obera.fr\/tr\/bizim-tavsiyemiz\/valeur-limite-exposition-professionnelle-ou-vlep\/\" data-type=\"post\" data-id=\"1999\">23 Mart 2016 tarihli ve 2016-344 say\u0131l\u0131 Kararname, stiren i\u00e7in ba\u011flay\u0131c\u0131 mesleki maruziyet s\u0131n\u0131r de\u011ferleri belirlemektedir<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p><strong>8 saatlik mesleki s\u0131n\u0131r de\u011fer<\/strong> (VLEP-8h) = 100<strong>mg\/m\u00b3K\u0131sa vadeli mesleki s\u0131n\u0131r<\/strong> de\u011fer (VLCT 15 mn) = 200 mg\/m\u00b3.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n<p>Ba\u011flay\u0131c\u0131 mesleki maruziyet s\u0131n\u0131r de\u011ferleri (VLEP) Frans\u0131z <strong>\u0130\u015f Kanunu<\/strong> taraf\u0131ndan y\u00f6netilmektedir.<strong>Madde R. 4412-149<\/strong> &#8216;da<strong>bir kimyasal maddenin a\u015f\u0131lmamas\u0131 gereken ortalama konsantrasyonu<\/strong> olarak tan\u0131mlanmaktad\u0131r: <\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>i\u015fyerinde ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n nefes alma b\u00f6lgesinde.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>\u0130ster <strong>g\u00f6sterge niteli\u011finde ister ba\u011flay\u0131c\u0131<\/strong> olsun, VLEP&#8217;ler \u015firketlerin bu de\u011ferleri <strong>COFRAC taraf\u0131ndan akredite edilmi\u015f bir kurulu\u015fa<\/strong> <strong>her y\u0131l kontrol <\/strong>ettirmelerini gerektirir. \u00c7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n i\u015fyerindeki kirleticilere maruziyetini de\u011ferlendirirken, <strong>VLEP&#8217;ler referans de\u011fer olarak kullan\u0131l\u0131r<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n<p>\u0130\u015fyerindeki havadaki kirleticilerin konsantrasyon seviyelerini \u00f6l\u00e7erek, hangi \u00f6nlemlerin al\u0131nmas\u0131 gerekti\u011fini belirlemek m\u00fcmk\u00fcnd\u00fcr:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>i\u0307\u015f g\u00fcvenli\u0307\u011fi\u0307 ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>risk \u00f6nleme ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>kolektif koruma.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>L\u00fctfen dikkat: Fransa&#8217;da <a href=\"https:\/\/obera.fr\/tr\/bizim-tavsiyemiz\/substances-cmr-risque-exposition-au-travail-quelle-reglementation-prevention\/\" data-type=\"URL\" data-id=\"https:\/\/obera.fr\/conseils\/substances-cmr-risque-exposition-au-travail-quelle-reglementation-prevention\/\">stiren CMR (kanserojen, mutajen veya \u00fcreme i\u00e7in toksik) olarak s\u0131n\u0131fland\u0131r\u0131lan bir kimyasal madde de\u011fildir<\/a>.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n<p>Avrupa Birli\u011fi d\u00fczeyinde, <strong>stirene maruz kalma ile ili\u015fkili sa\u011fl\u0131k ve g\u00fcvenlik riskleri<\/strong> a\u015fa\u011f\u0131daki gibi s\u0131ralanmaktad\u0131r:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>aspirasyon toksisitesi ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>akut soluma toksi\u0307si\u0307tesi\u0307 &#8211; buharlar ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>korozyon cilt tahri\u015fi ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>ciddi g\u00f6z hasar\u0131\/g\u00f6z tahri\u015fi ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00dcreme toksisitesi ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>kronik sucul toksisite (\u00e7evre i\u00e7in riskler).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"sous-quelles-formes-retrouve-t-on-les-styrenes-et-comment-les-traiter\">Stirenlerin ald\u0131\u011f\u0131 formlar nelerdir ve nas\u0131l tedavi edilebilirler?<\/h2>\n\n<p>Stirenler end\u00fcstride genellikle gaz halinde bulunur. \u00c7\u00f6z\u00fcmler genellikle kirleticilerin i\u015f istasyonunda ekstrakte edilmesini ve <a href=\"https:\/\/obera.fr\/tr\/bizim-tavsiyemiz\/reglementation-vlep-evaluation-risque-chimique-lieu-de-travail\/\" data-type=\"URL\" data-id=\"https:\/\/obera.fr\/conseils\/reglementation-vlep-evaluation-risque-chimique-lieu-de-travail\/\">yasal k\u0131s\u0131tlamalara<\/a> ba\u011fl\u0131 olarak ar\u0131tma ile veya ar\u0131tma olmadan harici olarak tahliye edilmesini i\u00e7erir. Stirenikler filtrelenebilir ve aktif karbon \u00fczerinde ayr\u0131\u015ft\u0131r\u0131labilir. Konsantrasyonlara ba\u011fl\u0131 olarak a\u015fa\u011f\u0131dakiler tercih edilir:   <\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck ila \u00e7ok d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck konsantrasyonlar i\u00e7in aktif karbon. Aktif karbon a\u011f\u0131rl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n en fazla %40&#8217;\u0131n\u0131 adsorbe edebildi\u011finden, gerekli aktif karbon t\u00fcketimini tahmin etmek kolayd\u0131r. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Daha y\u00fcksek konsantrasyonlar i\u00e7in oksidatif prosesler (termal oksidasyon veya katalitik oksidasyon) ve ideal olarak ototermal ar\u0131tma (oksidasyon prosesini s\u00fcrd\u00fcrmek i\u00e7in ilave oksidan olmadan).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/obera.fr\/tr\/produits\/traitement-cov\/\" data-type=\"page\" data-id=\"36\">Aktif karbon kullanarak VOC&#8217;lerin ar\u0131t\u0131lmas\u0131 i\u00e7in t\u00fcm \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcmleri<\/a> bulabilirsiniz.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Obera, bu OEL&#8217;lere uygun ekipmanlar tasarlar.
