Principle and application of the W3 industrial vacuum cleaner
TheW3 industrial vacuum cleaner is renowned for its versatility and quiet operation. It features three powerful by-pass motors that draw in air and divide it into two streams: one stream is used to cool the motor, the second to extract dust and solids. A suction system that not only prevents motor clogging, but also retains fine particles by passing the airflow through the dust filter. W3 Series by-pass motors offer high suction power, less maintenance and longer equipment life (less risk of overheating and clogging).
For which applications? Versatile, agile and practical, the W3 single-phase vacuum cleaner is ideal for general cleaning: floors, walls, construction sites, workshops, production machines… It’s also an excellent choice for fine dust and allergenic particles. Its construction and numerous customization options make it easy to adapt to all industrial sectors. It is particularly effective for extracting dust and solids in mechanical workshops, food processing companies, carpentries, craft workshops, sandblasting, cement works and surface treatment.
General cleaning: W3 vacuum cleaner features
The W3 industrial vacuum cleaner is available in two versions. It is equipped with 3 single-phase motors of 1.1 kW in the 65-liter version, and 1.3 kW in the 100-liter version. This special technical feature makes the machine particularly efficient for vacuuming high specific weight materials (gravel, sand, nails, screws, glass shards). The vacuum cleaner offers a maximum vacuum of between 2,400 and 3,600 Pa and a maximum flow rate of between 540 m3/h and 450 m3/h, depending on the version chosen.
Despite its 3 by-pass motors, the W3 industrial vacuum cleaner is silent. The suction unit is soundproofed to reduce noise to a minimum.
The robust suction device features a solid steel head. The filter unit is also made of stainless steel (filter chamber), as is its wheeled container and chassis.
Finally, the filter unit is equipped with a polyester bag filter for protection and high dust retention. The large 2m2 surface area and high filtration efficiency (3 microns) also guarantee the purity of the outgoing air.
The W3 vacuum cleaner includes accessories dedicated to cleaning professionals: flexible suction hose, brushes, crevice tool, etc.
