Centralized systems for oil and emulsion mists, fumes and aerosols
AFS technology consists of 5 treatment stages: metal mesh filters, polyester felts, and the AFS-Longlife separator, which forms the heart of the treatment.
The units are equipped with HEPA H13-type absolute terminal filtration (guaranteed standardized efficiency >99.95% on 0.3µm particles). Given the high efficiency of the main filtration, absolute filters have a very long service life, even for continuous 3-station operation.
Different configurations are possible: recycling and reintroduction of filtered air into the building, or evacuation of filtered air and introduction of fresh air with heat recovery via a heat exchanger. AFS extraction solutions (recirculation or heat exchangers) enable maximum re-use of the heat contained in extracted air flows.
