What is a small industrial dust collector?
A small dust collector is generally a small air-handling unit with a suction capacity of 80 m3/h to 500 m3/h. These dust collectors are generally low-noise, mobile and easy to move around, and can generally vacuum a single production machine. These compact dust collectors are equipped with saturation filter media (for the ePUR ex 1000/3000) or a manually removable filter.
Small dust collectors are used to collect air with a low to medium dust content. These dust collectors capture dust and fumes from laser engraving machines, welding stations and small weighing stations. Dust collectors with regenerative filters are suitable for fine, dry dusts and feature a dust collection tray that can be fitted with a bag. This bag allows easy and clean emptying of the collected dust.
Dust collectors equipped with saturation filters ( ePUR ex model) are suitable for all types of dust and low-volume fumes. It’s the filter itself that retains and stores the dust. When the filter is full, it should be disposed of in a special bag. Filter media are easily accessible on all our small dust collector models, and can be easily replaced. These dust collectors capture grinding dust, sanding dust and dust from dosing and weighing stations.

TK SERIES
TK series dust collectors are compact dust extractors designed to extract small quantities of dust for craft and industrial applications, and to be connected directly to production machines to capture dust at source. The device is perfectly suited to intermittent use. These units are ideal for processing coarse metal dusts, particularly those produced by metal grinding in the jewelry industry. Its size and light weight make it easy to use and move around.
The small TK 4 dust collector has a maximum flow rate of 300 m3/h and the small TK 6 dust collector has a flow rate of 450 m3/h. The cleaned air is discharged directly into the workspace.
EPUR Ex 1000-3000-5000
The EPUR Ex 1000-3000-5000 dust collector range are mobile suction boxes equipped with saturated filter media. They are particularly suitable for extracting welding fumes, solder, dust, vapors, solvents and gases. These highly versatile dust collectors can be adapted to virtually any industrial sector, thanks to their three-stage filtration. Controllable via touchscreen or remotely for excellent ease of use. Quiet and powerful, you can vacuum up to three small workstations or production machines.
These dust collectors are suitable for use in ATEX zones.
The advantage of these devices is that they offer high suction power (up to 10,000 Pa vacuum) and are fully configurable. In fact, they feature two to three filtration stages whose filter media can be fully adapted to the fineness and dangerousness of the dust (filtration stages ranging from G4 to HEPA 14). It is also possible to choose an activated carbon stage specially dedicated to the problem of gaseous pollutants. An electronically commutated motor also allows the flow rate to be varied from 0 to 100 percent. Filter replacement is carried out cleanly and safely, using an available replacement kit comprising: filter cover, disposable airtight bag, personal protective mask and disposable gloves.
SRF-T
The SRF T is a portable device designed to extract welding fumes. It features a high vacuum and can therefore be connected directly to welding torches to treat directly at source.
Several models are available, including the SRF T-2, which connects one extraction arm, and the SRF T-4, which connects up to two arms.
This device is particularly well suited to applications such as shipyards, small parts welding stations and automotive production plants. Filter cartridges are cleanable and reusable.
JUMBO
Jumbo is a small, comprehensive dust collector that can be adapted to a wide range of applications. What’s more, its flow rate of 170 m3/h and vacuum of 2800 Pa enable it to vacuum 1 to 2 workstations.
This small dust collector is particularly suitable for extracting fine and coarse dust, as well as fumes, vapors and odors.
Its footprint is small, as is its energy consumption. Equipped with several joints, it can vacuum in different positions and adapt to any situation.
