Stationary dust collectors

Our stationary dust collectors are a range of powerful systems for dusting workshops and storage halls, as well as stationary workstations, directly via an extraction arm or hood. Our equipment is capable of handling fine dusts and chips, as well as oil mists, fumes and odors, in various industrial sectors such as metal, plastics, wood, minerals, textiles, chemicals and paper/cardboard.

Dusts and other pollutants must be treated as they represent a risk to the human body.

Breathing polluted air can cause illness, especially when it comes to carcinogenic, mutagenic and reprotoxic pollutants. Treating polluted air is essential to protect workers and production teams, but also to guarantee the quality of manufactured products and, of course, to comply with the law.

Our range of compact centralized dust collectors with dry bag or cartridge collectors, or wet process collectors

DUSTMAC Series

System - Product design

DUSTMAC Séries is a centralized dust collector which, thanks to its modular design, can be used for a wide range of applications. The configuration possibilities are virtually unlimited, allowing you to fully customize your unit to your specific requirements for optimum efficiency. Cartridge cleaning is performed automatically by a jet of compressed air (Jet-pulse).

This device is available in 3 ranges: DUSTMAC P, DUSTMAC S and DUSTMAC F.

All DUSTMACs are available in different filtration classes M or H for CMR compounds and in ATEX dust versions.

DUSTOMAT HYDRO

dustomat hydro 1

DUSTOMAT HYDRO is a new series of high-performance wet dust collectors, specially designed for single- or multi-shift extraction, including metal dusts, sparks and highly flammable dusts from grinding, brushing, polishing and welding processes.

Innovative water-separation technology safely removes dust and sparks.

The separators operate silently and are available in two power levels, as well as in an ATEX version. Thanks to their technology, the new separators operate at full power, with low energy consumption.

STOMACH

Estmac Fixed Dust Collector

ESTMAC is a fixed but compact dry dust collector, making it relatively easy to move around. This dust collector can therefore be adapted to a wide range of applications.

This unit is ideal for vacuuming metal and plastic dust and chips, as well as mineral and composite dust.

ESTMAC is available in 2 power ratings:

ESTMAC 1500 with an airflow of 1500 m3/h at a vacuum of 2040 Pa and ESTMAC 1800 with an airflow of 1800 m3/h at a vacuum of 2650 Pa.

Lease your ready-to-use stationary dust collectors

Take action without CAPEX with OberA stationary dust collector rental. Our centralized systems process chips, fine dust, oil mists, fumes, and odors directly at the source (extraction arms/hoods) or via ductwork. Depending on your risk, we configure the appropriate technology: DUSTMAC (dry path with cartridges/sleeves, jet-pulse), DUSTOMAT HYDRO (wet path for sparks and flammable dust), or ESTMAC. Options include ATEX, M/H filtration classes, and custom solutions for metal, wood, chemical, textile, paper/cardboard, etc.

Regarding service, everything is turnkey: audit and sizing (flow rates, transport velocities, capture points), commissioning, included maintenance, and filter monitoring. Is your production evolving? We readjust the installation (increase/decrease in capacity, addition of capture points). And if you wish to retain the equipment, a purchase option with rent deduction is available.

How to choose the right dust collection system?

It’s imperative to choose the right dust collector, otherwise the unit will quickly wear out and stop working. If you’re doing your own research, the first thing to do is to find out about the unit’s filtering capacity, which will depend on the pollutant, its size, its state (solid or gaseous) and its quantity. This will enable you to select the type of filter the dust collector should have. Secondly, you’ll need to find out how powerful the device is, in other words, how much flow it can deliver. The unit’s flow rate will depend on the quantity of material to be vacuumed, the speeds to be guaranteed at the collection point, and the transport speeds to be guaranteed in the piping to the existing suction machine outlets.

Next, you’ll need to decide which accessory to equip your machine with: a sheath to connect to the production machine, a collection device, a backsplash or even a suction arm for a workstation.

The best thing to do is ask our experts, who will be able to guide you through your projects and offer you a product tailored to your specific needs.
