ESTMAC is a series of fixed, compact dust collectors that offer a low-cost solution for extracting small to medium quantities of dust and swarf.

What is the ESTMAC dust collector?

Dust collectors extract dry and trickling dust, and offer a wide range of applications for many sectors.

Thanks to their compact dimensions, ESTMAC dry dust collectors can be flexibly installed in changing locations.

They are equipped with cleanable “M” dust class filter cartridges, corresponding to a particle separation efficiency of 99.9%. The integrated pre-separator extends filter cartridge life by separating coarse particles in advance. This reduces the exposure of the filters, which only have to filter out the finest dust.

The mobile dust collector can be used to remove dirt easily and safely. The soundproof ventilation unit is designed to deliver maximum airflow with minimum noise. This ensures low operating noise.

For which uses?

Small dust collectors are designed to efficiently extract small to medium quantities of metal dust and chips, plastic dust and chip, mineral dust, airborne dust and composite dust.

These fixed dust extractors can be connected directly to one or more workstations or to one or more production machines. They can also be fitted with a suction arm in the case of source suction.

Typically, these pollutants are generated during sawing, cutting, machining, milling, sanding, polishing, separation or settling of materials.

What are the features?

This range of industrial dust collectors is designed for stationary use, but can be easily moved. Its airflow of up to 1,800 m3/h enables it to handle an average amount of dust and swarf. The ESTMAC series is available in two models:

ESTMAC 1500 dust collector for an airflow of 1500 m3/h.
ESTMAC 1800 dust collector for an airflow of 1800 m3/h.

These dust collectors feature an attractive power-to-noise ratio, with a soundproofed fan unit. The ESTMAC range is also available in class H, which makes it possible to handle hazardous dusts (CMR). In this case, the unit is equipped with an additional class H14 saturation filtration stage.

An optional spark pre-separator can also be added.

ESTMAC dust collectors feature a manual rotary filter cleaning system. The filter is blown evenly through a rotating nozzle connected to the compressed air tank.

WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS?

ESTMAC fixed dust collectors are easy to use and maintain. What’s more, despite their “fixed dust collector” status, they can still be moved without much effort.

Its sheet-steel design makes it a robust dust collector, ensuring a long service life. The soundproof design of the fan units guarantees low operating noise of 71 to 74dB.

The manual rotary filter cleaning system extends the life of filter cartridges, reducing maintenance and consumables costs.
