The DUSTOMAT Dry is a new mobile dust extractor from 2,000 to 6,400 cubic meters of air per hour.
How does DUSTOMAT Dry work?

Polluted air is drawn in through a dedicated inlet (via an exhaust arm, an extraction hood or a duct network) and the pollutants are retained in the unit.
Thanks to the various (customizable) filters, air quality in your workspace will be significantly improved.
Firstly, the integrated impact separator separates coarse and heavy particles. Next, the main filters will retain the finer particles. Finally, you can add a final filter, such as the H-14 HEPA filter, which provides up to 99.995% filtration. There’s also the option of activated carbon cartridges, offering additional filtration for odors and volatile organic compounds.
Healthier air is diffused into your premises.
In which industrial sectors is it used?
The DUSTOMAT Dry joins the ranks of industrial vacuum systems in terms of efficiency and speed. It is suitable for virtually all applications, such as dust, welding fumes or brazing fumes produced during the machining of various metals. Thanks to its modular housing, installations can be configured with great precision.
Depending on the application you require for your DUSTOMAT Dry, the filter package can be fitted with separation levels of up to 99.95%. Certain system components can be customized and flexibly adapted to spatial conditions, such as the position of suction ducts, touch screen or control cabinet. The Dustomat Dry is suitable for single or multi-shift extraction.

What are its technical specifications?
The Dustomat Dry has been designed to extract dust and fumes with a power range from 2000 to 6400 cubic meters of air per hour. Compressed air consumption is reduced by 50% thanks to a new filter cleaning system. Traditional filter cleaning systems consume more energy and affect the life of the filter media. Vacuum systems can also be operated in 100% recirculation mode, reducing your energy costs, especially in winter. It is also equipped with a soundproof enclosure that guarantees low operating noise and protects your employees from additional noise emissions.
Like the previous model, the Dustomat Dry is equipped with castors for smooth, risk-free movement. The unit also features a differential pressure indicator to signal when the filter has reached saturation.

The device is available in an ATEX version.

DISCOVER ITS ADVANTAGES
Compact and rectangular, it fits into any room and takes up no space. It’s mobile thanks to its castors, and easy to maneuver thanks to the various handles along the length of the unit. You can also fix it in place with its fixed feet, making it easy to connect next to various machining centres.
As far as maintenance is concerned, you have easy access to all filters, especially the last one, which is customizable and therefore easily interchangeable. To access the second filter, unscrew the service cover and change it if necessary. An alert is set up if your filters need changing.
The filter cartridges are automatically cleaned by compressed air during and after extraction. And thanks to a rotating nozzle connected to the compressed air system, the filter lamellae are blown evenly.
The dust collected goes directly into the dedicated bin at the bottom of the unit. It is watertight and easy to handle for fast, simple collection. There is no contact with the dust, which is very important as it avoids touching or inhaling dust that can be hazardous to health.

The control system is based on a simplified touch screen for easy start-up. It displays the main operating parameters, such as status, operating hours and maintenance. What’s more, maintenance can easily be carried out remotely by contacting a technician. It also features a timer and a residual dust and filter breakage monitoring system.
