DUSTMAC Séries is a range of multi-purpose centralized dust collectors for industrial vacuum applications, suitable for a wide range of uses.
How does this stationary industrial dust collector work?

Operation is simple: polluted air is drawn directly onto the production machine via a network of ducts.
All chips and coarse particles are separated and fall into the collection tank located on the lower level of the machine.
The remaining particles are captured by different filtration stages. The purified air then circulates through the unit before being exhausted.
Generally, the air is discharged outside the building via another duct network.
For which uses?

TheDUSTMAC range ofcentral vacuum dust collectors is ultra-versatile and perfectly suited to all types of industry.
DUSTMAC P with cartridge filters is particularly well-suited to the filtration of dry, free-flowing dusts and fumes.
DUSTMAC S, with its bag filters, is particularly well suited to the filtration of larger volumes of dust, which may be sticky and/or slightly damp and/or hygroscopic, such as cement dust, chalk dust, soot dust, fiberglass dust, and long fibers, wood chips, paper shavings,….
DUSTMAC F, equipped with cartridge filter media, is particularly well suited to the filtration of welding fumes.
But the units are also capable of handling fumes, chips and chemical dusts from industries such as metallurgy, plastics, textiles, wood, paper, cardboard, ores, etc….

What are its features?

The DUSTMAC Séries range is ultra-versatile thanks to its customizability. The size and type of filter, the size of fan, the principle of waste evacuation and storage – the configuration possibilities are virtually unlimited, making it possible to adapt to any situation. They have been designed to ensure exceptional suction power, enabling them to handle from 2,000 to 100,000 m3/h. Operating noise levels are particularly low (67-83 db).
The filter cartridges are automatically cleaned by compressed air, making them easy to maintain and guaranteeing a long service life. The dust collection tray is equipped with castors for quick and easy disposal.
An additional pre-separator for sparks and chips is also available (optional).
The DUSTMAC stationary industrial dust collector is also available in an ATEX version.

What are the advantages?

There are many advantages, first and foremost protecting employees from the many respiratory and skin diseases they can suffer. Automatic air jet cleaning of filter cartridges extends their service life. Low operating noise allows installation directly in the work area. Its highindustrial suction power means that, in addition to dry and other dusts, it can also handle sticky and wet dusts.
