Fixed and mobile industrial air coolers

An adiabatic air cooler is a device that generates cool air naturally and ecologically.

How does an air cooler work?

The operation is simple: the propellers located at the front of the adiabatic air cooler will suck the hot airand force it to pass through a water saturated filter. Under the effect of the evaporation of water, the air will lose calories and thus decrease its temperature.

It is the same principle as the natural breeze that we can feel at the seaside.

Our mobile air fresheners: ECOCLIM

These 3 devices have wheels which make them easy to move around. Our air coolers also have a remote control. Their control panels allow you to program the desired temperature, the power, the water flow on the filter and the shutdown of the unit at a specific time.

ECOCLIM 12

EcoCLIM 12

The EcoCLIM 12 is the smallest unit in our line of adiabatic air coolers. The unit has 3 speeds and an airflow of 12000 m3/h, which allows it to treat an area of about 80 to 150m². It has a tank capacity of 80L and a water consumption of 10L/h, which allows it to run for 8 hours when it is not connected to the water network and when the automatic filling is not used.

The noise level of this device is 66 decibels, which is much lower than a domestic vacuum cleaner (76dB). It weighs 43 kg when empty. It features an automatic tank filling system and a continuous UV (ultraviolet) water treatment system.

ECOCLIM 22

The EcoCLIM 22 is the medium-sized unit in our line of adiabatic air coolers. The unit also has 3 speeds and an airflow of 22000 m3/h, which allows it to treat an area of about 150 to 250m². It has a tank capacity of 80L and a water consumption of 18L/h, which allows it to run for up to 5 hours when not connected to the water network and not using the automatic filling system.

The noise level is similar to the EcoCLIM 12, but it weighs 68 kg when empty.

he EcoCLIM 30 is the largest unit in our line of adiabatic air coolers. The unit still has 3 speeds but an airflow of 30,000 m3, which allows it to treat an area of about 200 to 400m².

It has a huge tank capacity of 200L and a water consumption of 20L/h which gives it a tremendous autonomy of 10 hours when it is not connected to the water network and when not using the automatic filling. It weighs 105 kg when empty.

Why should you use an adiabatic air cooler ?

Using an adiabatic air cooler offers many advantages. First of all, adiabatic air coolers consume up to 10 times less electricity than conventional air conditioners. The air is cooled naturally by water evaporation and not by compressing a refrigerant. This allows the air coolers to blow air directly into a workspace without causing illness or a chill effect.

Our units have a filter media that not only cools the air, but also captures coarse particles to provide clean air. A UV lamp is also added to this, in order to eliminate any virus and bacteria present in the water during its flow on the filter.

How do I choose an adiabatic air cooler ?

Choosing the right adiabatic air cooler depends on the size of the room to cool but also on your cooling needs. The larger the space and the higher the temperatures, the greater the air flow.

The area’s ventilation is also an important factor. The room must be dry and well ventilated for our units to work properly. Indeed, OberA air coolers are designed to be used even outdoors. The area must ventilated or aired continuously to remove humid air and bring warm, dry air.

Our air coolers slightly increase the relative humidity (from 5 to 10%) of your space while lowering the temperature. This guarantees improved well-being and working conditions without any risk to the goods or equipment.
