In joinery, sanding operations generate numerous pollutants that pose a health risk to operators: wood dust, formaldehyde, isocyanates, as well as solvents and heavy metals. To protect your teams, there’s one solution: the joinery vacuum table. At OberA, we offer several ranges of industrial vacuum tables adapted to joinery to comply with regulations and protect your teams.

Vacuum sanding tables: OberA industrial ranges
Specializing in air treatment, OberA helps joineries capture and treat all the pollutants generated by their industrial processes.
When it comes to sanding operations, all our models are capable of effectively handling coarse dust, solvents/odors and fumes. However, each offers unique features to suit your specific requirements: a large vacuum table for working on bulky workpieces, a rotating table for complex tasks, or a compact, mobile vacuum table for moving from one workstation to another.
Connectable suction tables for joinery
Our connectable suction tables are connected to a dust extractor or a gaseous pollutant extractor (industrial dust collector). They can also be connected to a fan.
Their robust construction and materials ensure long-lasting resistance to industrial environments.

Vacuum tables with integrated filtration system
Our stand-alone vacuum tables are equipped with their own suction and pollutant filtration systems. These more compact solutions make no concessions to their efficiency in capturing and treating the pollutants emitted by workpiece sanding.
| ePURBOX ATEX table Compact, mobile table offering optimum operator comfort. | Self-contained suction table Genuine workspace with automatic filter cleaning system . Available in different sizes. |
A word from the expert: our suction tables are modular to adapt to your specific requirements. ATEX compliance, customized dimensions, addition of antistatic protection, ergonomic table adjustments, integrated lighting, suction arms, tubed inlets and outlets… Depending on our ranges, we can customize your future vacuum table by adding accessories and features.
Suction table for joinery: with or without connection?
Vacuum tables equipped with their own suction system are often more compact products, easily integrated into smaller workshops.
” They are ideal for occasional sanding operations, but are not suitable for high-volume industrial production. In this case, pollutant emissions are much more concentrated, and the vacuum table must be connected to an extractor to ensure maximum safety at the workstation. ” An OberA technician explains. Indeed, this is the whole advantage of connecting a table to a dust collector: to capture a greater volume of pollutants, which will then pass into the dust collector separate from the table. ” We recommend opting for a dust collector equipped with a filter media cleaning device. This means the operator will have to change the filters much less frequently. “.
It should be noted that sanding stations, like grinding, polishing and blowing stations, naturally give off a high concentration of dust. Don’t hesitate to ask our teams for advice on your needs and the type of product best suited to your workshop.
